यूनिफॉर्म फैब्रिक में भी नहीं दिख रहा उठाव

 

मुंबई : कपड़ा बाजार की गति काफी धीमी हो चुकी है, कपड़े की लेवाली ना के बराबर है। अभी फैंसी फैब्रिक में काम काज बिल्कुल नहीं है। वर्तमान में यूनिफॉर्म फैब्रिक के क्षेत्र में रेडी स्टॉक की मांग प्रारम्भ हो चुकी है, लेकिन वह भी फिलहाल नजर नहीं आ रही है। कुल मिलकर वर्तमान में कपड़ा बाजार की गति धीमी पड़ी है। यार्न के रेट तो फिलहाल स्थिर ही है, लेकिन यार्न की मांग कुछ खास नहीं है। कपास की गांठें अच्छी मात्रा में स्टॉक हो रही हैं। कपास की फसल कटने की गांठें हर रोज पैक हो कर गोदाम में जा रही हैं, जिनके चलते कपास धागे के रेट भी स्थिर बने हुए हैं, लेकिन घरेलू बाजार के साथ निर्यात के क्षेत्र में भी फिलहाल धागे की मांग धीमी है। गारमेंटर्स के टेस्ट की फैब्रिक का उत्पादन करने वाले व्यापारियों के लिए शरद ऋतु और सर्दियों के मौसम की सैंपलिंग चल रही है। पिछले सप्ताह ही मुंबई में सीएमएआई का फैब शो संपन्न हुआ।  ये गारमेंट फैब्रिक के सप्लायर्स का शो होता है।  इस 3 दिन के शो में विजिटर्स की एंट्री होती है तो ठीक है, लेकिन व्यापार की दृष्टि से शो कामजोर रहा, क्योंकि यह शो प्रकार से मेल-मिलाप, गेट-टुगेदर जैसा शो नज़र आया। आगामी माह में मुंबई में ही एक और गारमेंट फैब्रिक सप्लायर्स का शो होने जा रहा है, जिसके फैब्रिक सप्लायर्स एसोसिएशन [एफ एस ए] द्वारा किया जाएगा। इस शो में एसोसिएशन के सदस्य आगामी सीजन के डेवलपमेंट पेश करेंगे, और इस शो में पूरे देश की गारमेंट उत्पादक मंडियों से गारमेंटर्स को आमन्त्रित किया जा रहा है। वैसे इनके पिछले शो में भी गुणवत्तापूर्ण विजिटर्स की मात्रा काफी देखी गई है। जिस तरह से इस एसोसिएशन के सदस्य काफी संतुष्ट दिखते हैं। इस गारमेंट फैब्रिक सप्लायर्स की कड़ी में अहमदाबाद का फैब्रिक एसोसिएशन भी मई में 4 दिनों का फैब्रिक शो अहमदाबाद में ही करने जा रहा है। आगामी 2 माह फैंसी फैब्रिक से कपड़े के बाजार को उम्मीद नहीं है, लेकिन यूनिफॉर्म फैब्रिक से बाजार को काफी उम्मीद है, क्योंकि हर वर्ष देखा जाता है कि, अप्रैल, मई, जून, जुलाई माह में स्कूली यूनिफॉर्म का कपड़ा काफी अच्छा रहता है। इसलिए अब आगामी 2-3 महीने कपड़ा बाजार को यूनिफॉर्म फैब्रिक के क्षेत्र से काफी उम्मीद है। फिलहाल फैब्रिक प्रोडक्शन की स्थिति भी कमज़ोर है। छुट्टियां चल रही हैं, लूम कामगार अपने वतन जा रहे हैं, और गर्मी के मौसम की भी मार पड़ रही है, और गर्मी के चलते फैब्रिक प्रोडक्शन के साथ-साथ रंगाई, प्रोसेसिंग की क्षमता भी नीचे ही चल रही है, रंगाई घरों में श्रम, पानी, बिजली इन सभी चीजों की दिक्कतें गर्मियों के मौसम के दौरान देखी जाती हैं।

Sampling of autumn and winter season is going on for the traders producing fabric of taste for garmenters. CMAI's Fab Show was concluded in Mumbai last week. This is a show of garment fabric suppliers. It is fine if visitors enter this 3-day show, but from the business point of view the show was weak because it looked like a get-together show. In the coming month, another garment fabric suppliers' show is going to be organized in Mumbai itself, which will be organized by the Fabric Suppliers Association [FSA]. In this show, the association members will present the developments for the upcoming season, and garmenters are being invited from garment producing markets across the country. However, their previous shows too have seen a high number of quality visitors. The way the members of this association seem quite satisfied. In this series of garment fabric suppliers, the Fabric Association of Ahmedabad is also going to organize a 4-day fabric show in Ahmedabad in May. The market of clothes does not have expectations from fancy fabric in the next 2 months, but the market has a lot of expectations from uniform fabric, because every year it is seen that the fabric of school uniform remains very good in the months of April, May, June and July. Therefore, now the textile market has a lot of expectations from the field of uniform fabric in the next 2-3 months. At present the situation of fabric production is also weak. Holidays are going on, loom workers are going to their homeland, and the summer season is also hitting, and due to the heat, along with fabric production, the capacity of dyeing and processing is also going down, labor in dyeing houses. Problems of water, electricity, all these things are seen during the summer season.
