कल्याण: 2026/10/01:  7 सितंबर 2026 को मैगस फैशन सिटी के एमडी मयूर सूचक ने गारमेंट ब्रांड्स और मीडिया की उपस्थिति में अपने नए प्रोजेक्ट सुवेशा को लॉन्च किया।

सुवेशा, मैगस फैशन सिटी के भीतर स्थित बड़े और अति-बड़े औद्योगिक गालाओं का एक विशेष समूह है। मुंबई के निकट कल्याण-भिवंडी क्षेत्र में भारत के पहले पूर्णतः एकीकृत फैशन विनिर्माण पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के हिस्से के रूप में विकसित, ये स्थान गार्मेंट और फैशन से संबघित उत्पाद जैसे फैशन वियर गार्मेंट,  होम टेक्सटाइल, कास्मेटिक, लेडिज हेंड बेग्स ,फुट वियर इत्यादि‍ उत्पादों हेतु विशेष रूप से तैयार किए गए हैं जो अपने व्यवसाय को बढ़ाना चाहते हैं।

 

मयुर सुचक ने सुवेशा गालाओं की मुख्य विशेषता का उल्लेख करते हुए उपस्थित मेहमानो को गालाओं की जानकारी दी।

• गालास की चौड़ाई: इसमें मशीनरी की इष्टतम स्थापना और लेआउट लचीलेपन के लिए 26 फुट चौड़े गाला सहित विस्तृत संरचनाएं शामिल हैं।

• लॉजिस्टिक्स और बुनियादी ढांचा: निर्बाध लोडिंग के लिए 40 फीट कंटेनर अनुकूलता और भारी सामान को संभालने के लिए उच्च क्षमता वाले यात्री और मालवाहक लिफ्टों से सुसज्जित है।

सुवेशा का उद्देश्य : बड़े विनिर्माण संयंत्रों, कपड़ों के ब्रांडों और कपड़ा कंपनियों के लिए विशेष रूप से निर्मित, जो अपनी उत्पादन क्षमता का विस्तार करने के लिए आतुर है, ऐसे व्यापारीयो के लिए विशेष रूप से यह प्रोजेक्ट लांच किया गया है।

 

सुवेशा मे गाला खरीदने वाले व्यापारियो को विभिन्न बैंको से मिलने वाली वित्तीय सहायता और सरकारी स्कीम्स के बारे मे भी जानकारी दी गई और आन द स्पाट गाला की  बुकिंग देने वाले व्यापारीयों को विशेष डिस्काउंट देने की घोषणा भी की गई।

'Suvesha' is a specialized cluster of large and extra-large industrial units (galas) situated within Magus Fashion City. Developed as part of India’s first fully integrated fashion manufacturing ecosystem in the Kalyan-Bhiwandi region near Mumbai, these spaces are specifically designed for businesses dealing in fashion-related products—such as garments, home textiles, cosmetics, ladies' handbags, and footwear—that are looking to scale up their operations.

 

Mayur Suchak briefed the guests on the key features of the Suvesha units:

Traders looking to purchase units at Suvesha were informed about financial assistance available from various banks and relevant government schemes; additionally, a special discount was announced for those who booked units on the spot.
