मुंबई: शर्टिंग फैब्रिक का व्‍यापार बेहतरी की ओर लौट रहा है। आगे रमजान है। मैरेज सीजन भी है। इन दोनो सीजन के हिसाब से अच्‍छी खरीददारी हुई है। रेमंड ने गत मार्च में शर्टिंग फैब्रिक की  सर्वाधिक बिक्री की है। रेमंड के शर्टिंग व्‍यापार के डायरेक्‍टर सेल्‍स राजन मलहोत्रा ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

श्री मलहोत्रा ने कहा कि आगामी जून तक बाजार अच्‍छा चलता रहेगा ऐसा लगता है। बेशक जुलाई व्‍यापार की दृष्टि से डल पीरियड रहता है। अगस्‍त से वापस से बेहतर व्‍यापार शुरू हो जाएगा। उसके बाद अगले मार्च तक व्‍यापार के लिए बेहतर सीजन रहेगा। यह साल व्‍यापार की दृष्टि से अच्‍छा रहेगा।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि रमजान का डिस्‍पैच पूरा हो चुका है। मैरेज का डिस्‍पैच अगले एक महीने में पूरा हो जाएगा। जनवरी और फरवरी में उसकी बुकिंग पूरी हो चुकी है। जो नई वेरायटियां बनी हैं उसमें फैंसी फैब्रिक प्रमुख हैं। शादियों के हिसाब से लिनन भी बनाए गए हैं। पार्टी वेयर शर्ट  के लिए जकार्ड का पूरा रेंज तैयार किया गया है। कुर्ता के लिए एंब्रोडरी फैब्रिक बनाए गए हैं। फेस्टिवल और वेडिंग सीजन को ध्‍यान में रखकर एक्‍सकलूसिव प्रिंट का लंबा रेंज Vivez   ब्रांड नेम से बनाया गया है। ये वेरायटी युवाओं को काफी आकर्षित करता है। फैंसी डिजायंस और फैंसी प्रिंट की एक लंबी रेंज बनायी गयी है।

श्री मलहोत्रा ने कहा कि रेमंड के शर्टिंग फैब्रिक में कॉटन, पीसी, लीनन, पीवी, सभी मौजूद हैं। रेमंड की शर्टिंग फैब्रिक ३६ और ५८ पने में बनाई जाती है। रेमंड के सभी फैब्रिक चाहे वे सूटिंग हो या शर्टिंग वे सैलवेज के साथ आता है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि अप्रैल में हमारी होलसेल मीट होनेवाली है। इसमें एक कॉटन और दूसरा लिनेन के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी। मई महीने में विंटर सीजन और फेस्‍टिव सीजन के लिए हमारी एक्‍जोटिक बुकिंग शुरू हो जाएगी। उसमें प्रीमियम कपड़े बेचे जाते हैं। उसका रेंज ८०० रुपए प्रति मीटर से शुरू होता है और अधिकतम ५०००० प्रति मीटर तक जाता है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि रेमंड शर्टिंग फैब्रिक और सूटिंग फैब्रिक का निर्यात भी करता है। मिडल ईस्‍ट और यूरोप हमारे बेहतर डेस्‍टिनेशंस हैं। भारत का मार्केट ग्रुम कर रहा है। लगता है कि यह बूम कर सकता है। यह साल अच्‍छा जाने वाला है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि रेमंड का युनिफार्म का भी एक बड़ा सेक्‍टर है। रेमंड अनेक प्राइवेट कॉरपोरेट  संस्‍थाओं और सरकार की संस्‍थाओं को युनिफार्म सप्‍लाई करता है। इसमें सूटिंग फैब्रिक, शर्टिंग फैब्रिक, गारमेंट आदि शामिल हैं। हमारा पिछले कुछ सालों में इंस्‍टीच्‍यूशनल सेल काफी बढ़ा है। कोविड के सालों में भी हमारा काम काफी बढ़ा है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय में टेक्‍सटाइल की दृष्टि से भारत का भविष्‍य उज्‍वल है। भारत की अर्थव्‍यवस्‍था प्रगति पर है। टेक्‍सटाइल भी विकास करेगा क्‍योंकि डिमांड है। यह दुनियां का सबसे ज्‍यादा डिमांडिंग देश है। देश में डिमांड रेगुलर बढ़ रहा है। एक्‍पार्ट के क्षेत्र में भारत विश्‍वसनीय सपलायर्स की लिस्‍ट में आ गया है।

Mumbai: Shirting fabric business is making a comeback. Ramadan and marriage season are ahead. Good buying has happened in view of both these seasons. Raymond has made the highest sales of shirting fabric in last March. This information was given by Rajan Malhotra, the Director of Sales, and Raymond’s Shirting business.

 

Mr. Malhotra said that it seems that the market will continue to do well till the coming June. Of course, July remains a dull period in terms of business. Better business will start back from August. After that till next March, there will be a better season for business. This year will be good in terms of business.

 

He said that the dispatch for Ramzan has been completed. The dispatch for marriage will be completed in the next one month. Its booking has been completed in January and February. Fancy fabrics are prominent in the new varieties that have been created. Linen has also been made for weddings. A complete range of Jacquard is designed for Party Wear Shirts. Embroidery fabrics have been made for the kurtas. Keeping in mind the festive and wedding season, a wide range of exclusive prints has been created under the brand name Vivez. This variety attracts a lot of youth. A wide range of fancy designs and fancy prints are made.

 

He said that Raymond makes more fabrics of formal test. We have merged Formal with Fancy to create some new variants. Now we are promoting more fashion items. We are now expanding the production of Fashion Fabrics and Casual Fabrics. Boota and other types of development have been done for the kurta. Many variations of the plane have also been made. A long range of Stripes and Checks has also been made. Taking all the varieties of offerings together, Raymond brings to the market about 30000 new designs every year for the customers. There are always a choice of 20000 shirting fabric available in our warehouse.

 

Mr Malhotra said that Raymond's shirting fabric includes cotton, PC, linen, PV, all. Raymond's shirtings are made in fabrics of 36 and 58 inches. All Raymond fabric whether suiting or shirting comes with salvage.

 

He said that we are going to have wholesale meat in April. One will be held for cotton and the other for linen. Our exotic bookings for winter season and festive season will start in the month of May. It sells premium clothes. Its range starts from Rs 800 per meter and goes up to a maximum of 50000 per meter.

 

He said that Raymond also exports shirting fabric and suiting fabric. The Middle East and Europe are our best destinations. India's market is growing. Looks like it might boom. This year is going to be good.

 

He said that Raymond also has a large sector of uniforms. Raymond supplies uniforms to many private corporate entities and government entities. It includes suiting fabric, shirting fabric, garment etc. Our institutional sales have grown tremendously in the last few years. Even in the years of Covid, our work has increased a lot.

 

He said that India has a bright future in terms of textiles in the coming times. India's economy is progressing. Textiles will also grow as there is demand. It is the most demanding country in the world. Demand is increasing regularly in the country. India has come in the list of reliable suppliers in the field of exports.
