मुंबई: २०२४/०३/२२: एमएसएमई के लिए जो नए सर्कूलर लागू किए गए हैं उससे व्‍यापार पर प्रतिकूल असर पड़ा है। बजाज फैब के एमडी रमण जिंदल ने कहा।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हो सकता है कि सरकार व्‍यापारियों  की असुविधा पर कोई संशोधन लाए। संभवत: वे इसे जुलाई के आस पास लाएं।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि यह एमेंडमेंट आएगा जरूर। निर्यातकों ने भी इस पर विचार करने की मांग की है। मगर इसने इस वक्‍त बाजार को तकलीफ में डाल दिया है। मार्च क्‍लोदिंग में इसने टेंशन दे दी है।

 

उन्‍होंन भारत के वित्‍त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण से आग्रह कि वे व्‍यापारियों  की कठिनाईयों को समझें और इसका कुछ निराकरण करे।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हम कपड़ा व्‍यापारी नाहक बदनाम हो रहें हैं। दूसरे किस्‍म के व्‍यापारियों को इसकी उतनी परवाह भी नहीं है।

 

उन्‍होंने सरकार से आग्रह किया कि कोई नई नियम एकाएक नहीं लाओ। उसे एक क्रमवद्ध तरीके से लागू करना चाहिए। अभी जनवरी फरवरी और मार्च व्‍यापार का अच्‍छा समय है। मगर इस नए सर्कुलर से व्‍यापारी लोग परेशान हैं। सरकार से विनम्र आग्रह  है कि वह इस समस्‍या को समझे। और व्‍यापारियों को इस समस्‍या से  निजात  दिलाए। 

 

उन्‍होंने यह भी कहा कि हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर ऑफ कामर्स और भारत चैंबर ऑफ कामर्स आदि ने सरकार तक इस समस्‍या के मद्देनज़र सरकार से संपर्क किया है। उन्‍हें आश्‍वसन भी मिला है।

 

 उन्‍होंने इस पर दुख व्‍यक्‍त किया कि कपड़ा व्‍यापारियों में एकता का अभाव है।  बहुत सारे लोगों ने सूरत  और अन्‍य फैब्रिक मंडियों में  एमएसएमई के चक्‍कर में उत्‍पादक और ट्रेडर का घालमेल कर रजिस्‍ट्रेशन करवा रहे हैं। सूरत मंडी का काम काज नैतिकता के खि़लाफ़ है।

 

उन्‍होंने सरकार से निवेदन किए कि चीन से आयात खासकर टेक्‍सटाइल आयात पर प्रतिवंध लगना चाहिए। देश को आत्‍म निर्भर बनने में यह कदम मदद करेगा। सरकार को एक्‍पोर्ट को प्रोमोट करना चाहिए और इमपोर्ट  को डिमोट करना चाहिए।  

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि चीन से जो आयात हो रहे हैं, उसमें अंडरप्राइस इनव्‍यासिंग होती है। मगर हम राष्‍ट्रवादी लोग हैं । हमने हमेशा भारत के डोमेस्‍टिक को मह‍त्‍व दिया। हम छुद्र लाभ के पीछे नहीं भागते। हम न तो आयातित यार्न लेते हैं न आयातित फैब्रिक। उन्‍होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का आहवान है कि देशी अपनाओ। 

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि पिछले सीजन में काम का कोई लोड आया  नहीं। जहां पर मुस्‍लिम समुदाय की परचेजिंग है, वहां काउंटरों में फैब्रिक का काम रहा है। लगन में बाजार को जैसा चलना चाहिए, वैसी इस बार नहीं दिखाई पड़ रही है। हमे इस सीजन से उम्‍मीद थी।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि मुसलमान इलाकों में रिटेल का अच्‍छा काम काज रहा। होल सेल में भी अच्‍छा  काम रहा।

Mumbai: 2024/03/22: The new circulars implemented for MSME have adversely affected the business. Bajaj Fab MD Raman Jindal said.

 

He said that it is possible that the government may bring an amendment due to the inconvenience to the traders. Maybe they should bring it out around July.

 

He said that this amendment will definitely come. Exporters have also demanded to consider this. But this has put the market in trouble at this time. This has created tension in March Clothing.

 

He urged the Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman to understand the difficulties of the traders and find some solution to it.

 

He said that we textile traders are being punished unnecessarily. Other types of businessmen do not care that much about it.

 

He urged the government not to bring any new rules suddenly. It should be implemented in a systematic manner. Right now January, February and March are good times for business. But business people are upset with this new circular. There is a humble request to the government to understand this problem. And provide relief to the traders from this problem.

 

He also said that Hindustan Chamber of Commerce and Bharat Chamber of Commerce etc. have approached the government in view of this problem. He has also received assurance.

 He expressed sorrow over the lack of unity among textile traders. Many people are getting themselves registered under MSME in Surat and other fabric markets by mixing up producers and traders. The functioning of Surat Mandi is against morality.

 

He requested the government that there should be a ban on imports from China, especially textile imports. This step will help the country to become self-reliant. The government should promote exports and demote imports.

 

He said that there is underprice biasing in the imports coming from China. But we are nationalist people. We always gave importance to the domestic side of India. We do not run after petty gains. We neither accept imported yarn nor imported fabric. He said that the Prime Minister's call is to adopt native.

 

He said that there was no work load in the last season. Where there is purchasing by the Muslim community, there has been fabric work in the counters. This time the market does not appear to be moving as it should. We had expectations from this season.

 

He said that retail was doing well in Muslim areas. Good work was done in wholesale also.
