मुंबई: रोनक शर्टिंग्‍स ने हाल ही में एथनिक फैब्रिक की नई रेंज लांच की है। रोनक शर्टिंग्‍स के डायरेक्‍टर विनोद जैन ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि एथनिक फैब्रिक इन दिनों हर जगह फैल रहा है। कम्‍पनी ने ५८ इंच पने और ३६ इंच पने दोनों में एथनिक फैब्रिक का उत्‍पादन शुरू किया। रोनक शर्टिंग्‍स के इन नए लांच एथनिक फैब्रिक को अच्‍छा रेस्‍पोंस मिल रहा है।

 

ज्ञातव्‍य है कि  कंपनी शर्टिंग्‍स फैब्रिक के एक लंबे रेंज का उत्‍पादन करती है। यहां ३६ पने में ५० रूपए प्रति मीटर से लेकर १२५ रूपए प्रति मीटर तक के फैब्रिक बनाए जाते हैं। ५८ पने में १२५ रूपए प्रति मीटर से लेकर ४०० रूपए प्रति मीटर तक के फैब्रिक बेचे जाते हैं। एथनिक फैब्रिक की रेंज में ३०० रूपए प्रति मीटर से लेकर १००० रूपए प्रति मीटर तक के फैब्रिक बनाए जा रहे हैं।

 

श्री जैन ने कहा कि कंपनी हर तरह के डिजायन बनाने में माहिर है। यह प्रिंट, एम्‍ब्रोडरी, चेक्‍स, लाइनिंग, प्‍लेन आदि सभी तरह की फैब्रिक का उत्‍पादन करती है। कंपनी गारमेंट टेस्‍ट की शर्टिंग्‍स फैब्रिक की पूरी रेंज बनाती है। एथनिक फैब्रिक के उत्‍पादन में गारमेंट टेस्‍ट का ध्‍यान रखा गया है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि कंपनी पीवी, पीसी, और प्‍योर कॉटन शर्टिंग्‍स फैब्रिक की पूरी रेंज बनाती है। ३६ पने में पीवी और पीसी की बड़ी रेंज बनाई जाती है। वहीं ५६ पने में  कॉटन की बड़ी रेंज बनाई जाती है।

 

श्री जैन ने कहा कि रोनक शर्टिंग्‍स का साउथ में बड़े बाजार पर कब्‍जा है। कर्नाटक, महाराष्‍ट्र, आंध्र प्रदेश, रोनक शर्टिंग्‍स के प्रमुख बाजार हैं। उत्‍तर भारत में भी यह कंपनी अपना माल बेचती है।  

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हमारा उत्‍पादन बेस भिवंडी, तारापुर, उमरगांव और उल्‍हास नगर में है। इसके अलावा कंपनी ज्‍यादा करके जॉब वर्क करती है।  

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हमारा टोटल इन हाउस उत्‍पादन नहीं है, मगर हमारा टोटल इन हाउस डिजाइनिंग होती है। हमारे डिजायन को हमारे ग्राहक बहुत पसंद करते हैं।

 

श्री जैन ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के अंत के साथ ही व्‍यापार में एक सकारात्‍मक परिवर्तन आया है। फैब्रिक का दाम बढ़ा है। यह उत्‍पादकों के लिए लाभदायक है। शर्टिंग्‍स फैब्रिक के दाम २० रूपए प्रति मीटर से ३० रूपए प्रति मीटर बढ़े हैं। ग्राहक धीरे धीरे इसे स्‍वीकार कर रहे हैं, एक्‍सेप्‍ट कर रहे हैं। और करना भी पड़ेगा। सभी चीजें दिन प्रति दिन मंहगी  होती  जा रही  हैं। और ग्राहक उसे स्‍वीकार कर रहे हैं तो फिर कपड़ा क्‍यों नहीं। धागे का दाम बढ़ा है। तो कपड़े का दाम बढ़ाना ही पड़ेगा।

Mumbai: Ronak Shirtings has recently launched a new range of Ethnic Fabrics. Vinod Jain, director of Ronak Shirtings gave this information.

 

He said that ethnic fabric is spreading everywhere these days. The company started production of ethnic fabric in both 58 inches and 36 inches. These newly launched ethnic fabrics from Ronak Shirtings are getting a good response.

 

It is known that the company produces a wide range of Shirting Fabrics. Here fabrics are ranging from Rs 50 per meter to Rs 125 per meter in 36 pana. Fabrics in 58 pane are sold ranging from Rs 125 per meter to Rs 400 per meter. The range of ethnic fabrics ranges from Rs.300 per meter to Rs.1000 per meter.

 

Mr. Jain said that the company specializes in making all kinds of designs. It produces all types of fabrics like print, embroidery, checks, lining, plain etc. The company manufactures a complete range of Garment Test Shirtings Fabric. Garment test has been taken care of in the production of ethnic fabric too.

 

He said that the company manufactures a complete range of PV, PC, and Pure Cotton Shirtings Fabrics. We manufactures a wide range of PV and PC in 36 Pane. At the same time, a large range of cotton is made in 56 pane.

 

Shri Jain said that Ronak Shirtings has a huge market share in the South. Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh are the major markets of Ronak Shirtings. This company also sells its goods in North India.

 

He said that we have production bases in Bhiwandi, Tarapur, Umargaon and Ulhas Nagar. Apart from this, the company does more job work by doing more.

 

He said that our total production is not in house, but our total designing is done in house. Our customers love our design.

Shri Jain said that with the end of Corona pandemic, there has been a positive change in business. Fabric prices have increased. It is beneficial for the producers. The price of shirting fabric has increased from Rs 20 per meter to Rs 30 per metre. Customers are slowly accepting it. And they will have had  to do it. Everything is getting expensive day by day. And customers are accepting them, then why not cloths. The price of yarn has gone up. So the price of clothes will have to increase.
