मुंबई: अभी शर्ट‍िंग फैब्रिक के डिसपैच का कामकाज फिलहाल बूम पर चल रही है। काम काज अपनी गति पकड़ रहा है। जून जुलाई में कारोबार मंद गया था। सितंबर से लेकर आगामी फरबरी मार्च तक बाजार की अच्‍छी रहने की उम्‍मीद है। सैन मारकोस के डायरेक्‍टर मनीष मेहता ने यह जानकारी दी।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हमने अपना स्‍टॉक कई गुणा बढ़ा दिया है। इससे हमे अच्‍छा रेसपोंस मिल रहा है। हमने अपने व्‍यापार का एरिया बढ़ाया है। हमने अपने संपर्क नेटवर्क का प्रसार किया है। हम मल्‍टीमेडिया का उपयोग भी कर रहे हैं। हम कुछ और नए डीलरों के संपर्क में हैं।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हमने पेमेंट के टर्म और कंडीशन में परिवर्तन लाया है। हम मुख्‍य रूप से इन दिनों सौ प्रतिशत कैश में काम कर रहे हैं। उधारी लगभग बंद कर दिया है। बेशक हम अपना मुनाफा कम से कम कर लेंगे मगर काम कैश का करेंगे। हमने अब क्रेडिट देना बंद कर दिया है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि इसका करण यह है कि यार्न ख़रीदने से सेल करने तक संपूर्ण चैनेल में कारोबार आज १०० प्रतिशत कैश में हो गया है। हमें भी इस नॉर्म को मेनटेन करना होगा। तभी हम भी अपना स्‍त‍ित्‍व बचा पाएंगे।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि इसीलिए हम अपना फैब्रिक उत्‍पात चीप एंड द बेस्‍ट रेट में बेच रहे हैं। इसका हमे अच्‍छा प्रतिसाद मिल रहा है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि उधार के लिए कितने फोन, कितना चक्‍कर होता है। यह हेक्‍ट‍िक एवं इरिटेटिंग काम है। इसमें लागत डूबने की आशंका रहती है। इससे व्‍यापार का मजा जाता रहता है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हमारा सैंपल एजेंटों के पास सीधा पहुंचता है। हम अपने एजेंटों से सैंपल भेज कर डायरेक्‍ट बुकिंग ले लेते हैं। उसका भी हमें अच्‍छा रेस्‍पोंस मिल रहा है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि रिटेल काउन्‍टरों पर अच्‍छा रेस्‍पोंस है। गणपति में अच्‍छा व्‍यापार हुआ है। उम्‍मीद है कि दशहरा और दीवाली का सीजन भी अच्‍छा चलेगा। ऐसा रुझान दिख रही है।

Mumbai: The dispatch work of shirting fabric is currently going on boom. Work is picking up its pace. Business slowed down in June-July. The market is expected to be good from September to the next February-March. Manish Mehta, Director, San Marcos gave this information.

He said that he has increased his stock manifold. He is getting good response from this. He has expanded his business area. He has expanded his contact network. He is also using multimedia. He is in touch with some more new dealers.

 

He said “ we have brought changes in the term and condition of payment. We are mainly dealing in 100% cash these days. Lending has almost stopped. Of course we will minimize our profits but we will do the work for cash. We have stopped giving credit now.”

 

He said “ the reason for this is that from buying yarn to selling, today the business in the entire channel is 100% cash. We also have to maintain this norm. Only then will we be able to save our existence.”

 

That is why we are selling our fabric products at the cheapest and the best rates, he added. We are getting good response for this.

 

He asked how many phones for credit, how much chakkar hai. This is hectic and irritating work. There is a risk of sinking costs. This makes business fun.

 

He said that our sample reaches the agents directly. We take direct booking by sending samples from our agents. We are getting good response for that too.

 

He said that there is good response at the retail counters. Good business has been done in Ganpati. Hope Dussehra and Diwali season will also go well. There seems to be such a trend.
