South Indian cotton yarn market sees mixed trend; prices up in Mumbai ।। दक्षिण भारतीय सूती धागे के बाजार में मिला-जुला रुख; मुंबई में कीमतें बढ़ीं

 

मुंबई: 14 अक्टूबर 2022: दक्षिण भारतीय यार्न बाजार में आज मिलाजुला रुख देखा गया। मुंबई में मिलों के समर्थन में यार्न की कीमतों में उत्पादन में कटौती हुई। लेकिन तिरुपुर में वही बात काम नहीं आई। यहां खरीदारी कमजोर रही।

 

कपास की कीमतों में गिरावट का रुझान डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग के लिए एक जरूरी सहूलियत है। बाजार की दिशा की अनिश्चितता के कारण बुनाई उद्योग अभी भी मांग को लेकर अनिश्चित है।

 

सूती धागे की कीमतों में मुंबई के बाजार में 3-7 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की वृद्धि देखी गई। कताई मिलों द्वारा उत्पादन रुकने और यार्न उत्पादन में आंशिक कटौती के बाद बाजार में खरीदारों की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी। मध्य भारत अन्य क्षेत्रों की तुलना में बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर रहा है।

 

मुंबई के बाजार के एक व्यापारी ने कहा, 'खरीदारों को लगा कि कम उत्पादन से कीमतें मौजूदा स्तर से बढ़ सकती हैं। कीमतें पहले से ही बहुत आकर्षक स्तरों पर आ रही हैं।"

 

मुंबई के बाजार में, ताना और बाने की किस्मों के 60 काउंट कार्डेड सूती धागे का कारोबार क्रमशः 1,650-1,690 रुपये और 1,590-1,650 रुपये प्रति 5 किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) पर हुआ। 60 कॉम्बेड ताना की कीमत 375-385 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। 80 कार्डेड (वेट) सूती धागा 1,580-1,630 रुपये प्रति 4.5 किलोग्राम पर बेचा गया। 44/46 काउंट कार्डेड कॉटन यार्न (ताना) की कीमत 320-325 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। 40/41 काउंट कार्डेड कॉटन यार्न (ताना) 305-310 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40/41 काउंट कॉम्बेड यार्न (ताना) की कीमत 315-325 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी।

 

तिरुपुर बाजार में कताई मिलों द्वारा उत्पादन में कटौती के बावजूद सूती धागे को 5-10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम का नुकसान हुआ। दक्षिण भारत और देश के अन्य हिस्सों में कई मिलों ने उत्पादन अस्थायी रूप से रोक दिया है या आंशिक क्षमता पर चल रहे हैं। लेकिन कम उत्पादन भी बाजार में यार्न की कीमतों का समर्थन करने में विफल रहा। तिरुपुर के एक व्यापारी ने कहा, “मांग में सुधार नहीं हुआ क्योंकि बुनाई उद्योग को परिधान उद्योग से खरीद में तत्काल सुधार की उम्मीद नहीं है। चीन से गारमेंट आयात से घरेलू उद्योग की धारणा भी प्रभावित होगी।

 

तिरुपुर बाजार में आज 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड कॉटन यार्न 315-320 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त), 34 काउंट कॉम्बेड 320-327 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40 काउंट कॉम्बेड 330-340 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था। 30 काउंट कार्ड का सूत 290-295 रुपये किलो, 34 काउंट कार्ड 295-305 रुपये किलो और 40 काउंट कार्ड 305-315 रुपये किलो बिका।

 

गुजरात में कपास की कीमतों में पिछले कुछ दिनों में 356 किलोग्राम प्रति कैंडी 3,000-3,500 रुपये की कमी आई है। गुजरात की अधिकांश मंडियों में आवक बढ़ी है। शंकर-6 कपास 68,500-69,500 रुपये प्रति कैंडी पर कारोबार कर रहा था। बाजार सूत्रों के मुताबिक, राज्यों में साफ मौसम से कॉटन बॉल की उठान बढ़ी। कई मंडियों में कपास की आवक भी बढ़ी और जिनिंग मिलों को कपास अधिक मात्रा में मिल रही है। कपास की दैनिक आवक 20,000-25,000 गांठ 170 किलोग्राम प्रत्येक नोट की गई थी।

Mumbai: 14 Oct 2022:  South Indian yarn market witnessed a mixed trend today as production cut in mills supported yarn prices in Mumbai. But the same factor did not work in Tiruppur. Here buying was weak.

 

A downward trend in cotton prices is a much-needed comfort for the downstream industry. The weaving industry is still uncertain about demand in the absence of market direction.

 

The Mumbai market witnessed an increase of Rs 3-7 per kg in cotton yarn prices. Buyers turned up in the market after the production halt and partial cuts in yarn production by spinning mills. Central India is performing better than the other regions.

 

A trader from Mumbai market said “Buyers felt that lower production may increase prices from the current level. The prices are already coming down to very attractive levels.”

 

In the Mumbai market, 60 count carded cotton yarn of warp and weft varieties were traded at Rs 1,650-1,690 and Rs 1,590-1,650 per 5 kg (GST extra) respectively. 60 combed warp was priced at Rs375-385 per kg. 80 carded (weft) cotton yarn was sold at Rs 1,580-1,630 per 4.5 kg. 44/46 count carded cotton yarn (warp) was priced at Rs 320-325 per kg. 40/41 count carded cotton yarn (warp) was sold at Rs 305-310 per kg and 40/41 count combed yarn (warp) was priced at Rs 315-325 per kg.

 

In the Tiruppur market, cotton yarn lost Rs 5-10 per kg despite production cuts by spinning mills. Many mills in southern India and the other parts of the country have halted production temporarily or are running at partial capacity. But lower production also failed to support yarn prices in the market. A trader from Tiruppur said, “Demand did not improve as weaving industry does not expect immediate improvement in buying from garment industry. Garment imports from China will also hurt domestic industry sentiments.”

 

Today, 30 count combed cotton yarn was traded at Rs 315-320 per kg (GST extra), 34 count combed at Rs320-327 per kg and 40 count combed at Rs 330-340 per kg in the Tiruppur market. Cotton yarn of 30 count carded was sold at Rs 290-295 per kg, 34 count carded at Rs 295-305 per kg and 40 count carded at Rs 305-315 per kg.

 

In Gujarat, cotton prices decreased by Rs 3,000-3,500 per candy of 356 kg in the last couple of days as arrival increased in most of the mandis of Gujarat. Shankar-6 cotton was traded at Rs 68,500-69,500 per candy. According to market sources, clear weather in the states increased picking of cotton ball. Seed cotton arrival also increased in many mandis and ginning mills are getting seed cotton in higher quantities. Daily cotton arrival was noted at 20,000-25,000 bales of 170 kg each.
