नई दिल्ली: 03/07/2026: भारत और जापान ने एनर्जी से जुड़ी मज़बूती (एनर्जी रेज़िलिएंस) के लिए आपसी सहयोग बढ़ाने का संकेत दिया है। दोनों सरकारों ने स्टॉक जमा करने (स्टॉकपाइलिंग), एनर्जी सप्लाई, तेल और गैस के ट्रांसपोर्ट, संस्थागत सहयोग और बातचीत को प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों के तौर पर पहचाना है। भारत के प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (PMO) ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

इस सहयोग में जानकारी साझा करना और जहाँ ज़रूरी हो, वहाँ कच्चे तेल और पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों के लिए स्टॉक जमा करने के सिस्टम और रिज़र्व मैकेनिज़्म पर ठोस काम करना शामिल होगा। PMO ने एक प्रेस रिलीज़ में बताया कि जिन क्षेत्रों को लिस्ट किया गया है, उनमें राष्ट्रीय स्टॉकपाइलिंग सिस्टम और रिज़र्व, इंडस्ट्री का स्टॉक, उत्पादक देशों के साथ व्यवस्था, आपातकालीन स्थिति में प्रतिक्रिया और बाज़ार में स्थिरता लाना शामिल है।

 

भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और जापान की प्रधानमंत्री तकाइची सनाए कल नई दिल्ली में मिले। उन्होंने मौजूदा जियो-पॉलिटिकल हालात को देखते हुए एशिया में ज़िम्मेदार ताकतों और एनर्जी की ज़्यादा खपत करने वाले प्रमुख देशों के तौर पर मिलकर काम करने की इच्छा जताई। भारत का पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय और जापान का अर्थव्यवस्था, व्यापार और उद्योग मंत्रालय ठोस पहलों पर सहयोग करेंगे।

 

दोनों पक्ष बाज़ार के ट्रेंड की जानकारी साझा करने, बाज़ार में स्थिरता के लिए संयुक्त प्रयास करने, तीसरे देशों से एनर्जी सप्लाई के लिए संभावित जुड़ाव और तीसरे देशों में अपस्ट्रीम निवेश के लिए कमर्शियल जुड़ाव पर भी सहयोग करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। वे तेल और गैस के मज़बूत, आत्मनिर्भर और कुशल समुद्री ट्रांसपोर्ट के महत्व पर भी सहमत हुए और समुद्री एनर्जी ट्रांसपोर्ट वैल्यू चेन में संयुक्त निवेश सहित सहयोग के तरीकों पर विचार करेंगे।

 

बयान में संस्थागत सहयोग के लिए भारतीय राष्ट्रीय तेल कंपनियों, इंडियन स्ट्रैटेजिक पेट्रोलियम रिज़र्व्स लिमिटेड, जापान ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन फॉर मेटल्स एंड एनर्जी सिक्योरिटी, जापान बैंक फॉर इंटरनेशनल कोऑपरेशन और अन्य संबंधित पक्षों की पहचान की गई। आगे की बातचीत भारत-जापान एनर्जी डायलॉग के तहत पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस पर भारत-जापान संयुक्त कार्य समूह (Joint Working Group) में होगी, ताकि नई जानकारी साझा की जा सके और आपसी फ़ायदे वाले सहयोग के तरीकों पर विचार किया जा सके।

 

टेक्सटाइल और कपड़ों के निर्माताओं, निर्यातकों, आयातकों और सोर्सिंग टीमों के लिए, यह बयान एनर्जी की उपलब्धता, किफ़ायती कीमत और ट्रांसपोर्ट की मज़बूती पर पॉलिसी के स्तर पर ध्यान देने की बात कहता है।

New Delhi: 2026/07/03: India and Japan have signalled closer cooperation on energy resilience, with the two governments identifying stockpiling, energy supplies, oil and gas transport, institutional collaboration and dialogue as priority areas. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) of India revealed.

 

The cooperation will cover knowledge-sharing and, where appropriate, concrete work on stockpiling systems and reserve mechanisms for crude oil and petroleum products. The areas listed include national stockpiling systems and reserves, industry stockpiles, arrangements with producing countries, emergency response and market stabilisation, the PMO said in a press release.

 

Indian PM Narendra Modi and Japanese PM Takaichi Sanae met in New Delhi yesterday, and expressed a shared intention to work together as responsible powers and major energy-consuming countries in Asia in light of the current geopolitical situation. The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of India and Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will cooperate on concrete initiatives.

 

The two sides also plan cooperation on market trend information-sharing, joint efforts for market stabilisation, possible engagement for energy supplies from third countries, and commercial engagement for upstream investment in third countries. They also agreed on the importance of resilient, self-reliant and efficient maritime transport of oil and gas, and will explore collaboration, including joint investments, across the maritime energy transport value chain.

 

The statement identified Indian National Oil Companies, Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited, Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security, Japan Bank for International Cooperation and other stakeholders for institutional cooperation. Further discussions will take place under the India-Japan Joint Working Group on Petroleum and Natural Gas, under the India-Japan Energy Dialogue, to share updated knowledge and explore mutually beneficial cooperation.
