मुंबई: २०२२ मार्च १३:  उत्तर भारतीय बाजारों में आज सूती धागे के दाम स्थिर रहे। होली के त्योहार और आगामी वार्षिक वित्तीय वर्ष के समापन से पहले मांग धीमी हो गई। होली का त्योहार मनाने के लिए कार्यकर्ता कुछ दिनों के लिए अपने गृहनगर जाएंगे। डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग में उत्पादन घटेगा। अब बाजार के अप्रैल में ही सामान्य होने की उम्मीद है।

लुधियाना में धीमे व्यापार के कारण सूती धागे की कीमतें स्थिर रहीं। बाजार के मौजूदा रुख से संतोष की वजह से व्यापारी भी सुकून के मूड में दिखे। कॉम्बेड किस्म में 20 और 30 काउंट सूती धागे का कारोबार क्रमश: 340-360 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 350-380 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम था। 25 काउंट कॉम्बेड यार्न 340-370 रुपये प्रति किलो बिका। 30 काउंट में कार्डेड यार्न की कीमत 310-330 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी।

 

दिल्ली के बाजार में भी ज्यादा हलचल नहीं देखी गई क्योंकि डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग की मांग बहुत खराब रही। दिल्ली में होली से पहले और वित्तीय वर्ष बंद होने से पहले खरीदार नदारद थे। इसके कारण बाजार में सन्नाटा पसरा रहा। गारमेंट इकाइयों को इस सप्ताह कम उत्पादन की उम्मीद थी। निर्यात परिदृश्य और भी अनिश्चित था। 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड यार्न का कारोबार 360-370 रुपये प्रति किलो, 40 काउंट कॉम्बेड 380-400 रुपये प्रति किलो, 30 काउंट कार्डेड 325-335 रुपये प्रति किलो और 40 काउंट कार्ड 335-355 रुपये प्रति किलो पर कारोबार किया गया था। 10 काउंट वीविंग (ओ/ई) यार्न की कीमत 120-125 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी। 16 काउंट वीविंग (ओ/ई) की कीमत 160-165 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी।

 

पानीपत में वित्तीय काम बंद होना भी धीमी मांग का एक कारण था। खरीदार और विक्रेता अपने खातों और वित्तीय काम को समेटने में व्यस्त थे। होली के बाद सूती धागे की कीमत में थोड़ा सुधार हो सकता है। लेकिन 31 मार्च को चालू वित्त वर्ष के अंत तक सामान्य व्यापार की वापसी नहीं हो सकती है।

 

पानीपत बाजार में पुराने कपड़ों और ऊनी कपड़ों से प्राप्त होने वाले सेकेंडरी फाइबर की कमी के कारण रिसाइकिल्‍ड  यार्न की कीमत 5-10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम बढ़ गई थी। पानीपत बाजार रिसाइकल्ड कॉटन और नॉन-कॉटन यार्न के लिए जाना जाता है। इसका इस्तेमाल फर्निश्ड फैब्रिक्स के लिए किया जाता है। 10 के रिसाइकिल्‍ड़ यार्न (सफेद) का 95-100 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 10 के रिसाइकिल्‍ड यार्न (रंगीन-उच्च गुणवत्ता) का 95-100 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 10 के रिसाइकिल्‍ड यार्न (रंगीन-निम्न गुणवत्ता) का 65-70 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार किया गया था। 20 के रिसाइकिल्‍ड यार्न (रंगीन) 125-140 रुपये प्रति किलो पर बिका। बाजार में 10s का ऑप्टिकल यार्न 100-110 रुपये प्रति किलो पर कारोबार कर रहा था।

 

 

उच्च कीमतों पर मिलों की मांग कम होने के बीच उत्तर भारतीय राज्यों में कपास की कीमतें सोमवार को स्थिर रहीं। दैनिक आवक स्थिर रही। पंजाब में कपास की कीमत 365 किलोग्राम प्रति कैंडी 77,200-78,400 रुपये प्रति कैंडी थी। हरियाणा में, कीमतें 72,800-77,100 रुपये प्रति कैंडी के बीच चल रही थीं। ऊपरी राजस्थान में कपास की कीमत 77,000-78,800 रुपये प्रति कैंडी थी। निचले राजस्थान में कपास 72,800-74,800 रुपये प्रति कैंडी पर बिका।

Cotton yarn prices stay steady in north India ahead of Holi festival

The Prices of cotton yarn remained stable in north Indian markets today. The demand slowed ahead of the Holi festival and the upcoming annual financial year closing. The workers will go their hometowns for few days to celebrate the Holi festival. The production in downstream industry will decline. The market is now expected to return to normalcy in April only.

The prices of cotton yarn remained stable due to thin trade in Ludhiana. Traders were also seen in relaxed mood because they were not surprised from current market trend. 20 and 30 count cotton yarn in combed variety were traded at Rs340-360 per kg and Rs 350-380 per kg respectively. 25 count combed yarn was sold at Rs 340-370 per kg. Carded yarn in 30 count was quoted at Rs 310-330 per kg.

 

Delhi market also did not see much movement as demand from downstream industry remained very poor. That the market remained silent because buyers were absent before Holi and closing financial year. Garment units were expecting lower production in this week. Export scenario was even more uncertain. 30 count combed yarn was traded at Rs 360-370 per kg, 40 count combed at Rs 380-400 per kg, 30 count carded at Rs 325-335 per kg and 40 count carded at Rs 335-355 per kg. 10 count weaving (O/E) yarn was quoted at Rs 120-125 per kg, while 16 count weaving (O/E) at Rs 160-165 per kg.

 

Financial closing was also a cause of slower demand in Panipat,  as buyers and sellers were busy reconciling their accounts and financials. The price of cotton yarn may improve slightly after Holi, but normal trade may not return until the end of current financial year on March 31.

 

Panipat market had noted price of recycled yarn rise Rs 5-10 per kg due to scarcity of secondary fibre, which is obtained from old clothes and woollens (rugs). Panipat market is known for recycled cotton and non-cotton yarn which is used for furnished fabrics. 10s recycled yarn (white) was traded at Rs 95-100 per kg, 10s recycled yarn (coloured - high quality) at Rs 95-100 per kg, 10s recycled yarn (coloured - low quality) at Rs 65-70 per kg and 20s recycled yarn (coloured) at Rs 125-140 per kg. 10s optical yarn was traded at Rs 100-110 per kg in the market.

 

 

 

The cotton prices remained stable in North Indian states on Monday amid reduced demand from the mills at higher prices, while daily arrivals remained stagnant. In Punjab, the price of cotton was noted at Rs 77,200-78,400 per candy of 365 kg each. In Haryana, the prices were ruling between Rs 72,800-77,100 per candy. In Upper Rajasthan, cotton was quoted at Rs 77,000-78,800 per candy. In Lower Rajasthan, cotton was sold at Rs 72,800-74,800 per candy.
