मुंबई: २०२२/०३/ १०: कपड़ा उत्‍पादन करना हर दिन मंहगा होता जा रहा है। एलेक्‍ट्रिक पर सबसीडी खत्‍म होने से जॉब वर्क में तेजी आई है। कॉटन यार्न, पीसी यार्न, सिंथैटिक यार्न, टेक्‍सचराइज चारों के दामों में बेइंतहा तेजी चल रही है। बजाज सिल्‍क के एमडी श्री रमण जिंदल ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

बजाज सिल्‍क फैब प्रा. लि. शर्टिंग फैब्रिक की हर तरह की क्‍वालिटी, रेंज, डेजायन  और वेरायटी का उत्‍पादन करती है। ब्रांड बजाज फैब  के अंतर्गत कम्‍पनी ३६ इंच पने तथा ५८ इंच पने में सभी प्रकार की शर्टिंग का उत्‍पादन करती है। इसमें कॉटन पीवी, पीसी, लीनन, फ्लैक्‍स, मैजिक, तास्‍पा, सिट्रा, आदि यार्न का इस्‍तेमाल किया जाता है।

 

श्री जिंदल ने कहा कि फैब्रिक मैनुफैक्‍चरर्स बहुत परेशान हैं। कॉस्‍टिंग कंट्रोल से बाहर है। हर तरह के यार्न के दाम बढ़े हैं। फैब्रिक उत्‍पादकों का मुनाफा बेहद कम हो गया है। फैब्रिक के दाम रोज नहीं बढ़ाए जा सकते जबकि यार्न के दाम हर रोज और हर हप्‍ते बढ़ रहे हैं।  

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि फैब्रिक की मांग अच्‍छी है। उत्‍पादन जोर शोर से हो रहा है। रिटेल सेक्‍टर में काम कम है, मगर होलसेल सेक्‍टर में काम बेहतर है। आगामी सीजन में कई त्‍यौहार आने वाले हैं। ईद आ रही है। व्‍याह शादियां आ रही हैं। उसके हिसाब से अच्‍छी डिमांड बनी हुई है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि सीजन बदल रहा है। गर्मी के सीजन के हिसाब से पतले कपड़े की खूब अच्‍छी मांग है। इसका उत्‍पादन जोर शोर से हो रहा है।

 

उनहोंने कहा कि तीन चीजें व्‍यापार के कौस्‍टिंग को बढ़ा रहे हैं। इस समय यार्न के भाव बहुत तेजी में है। किसी भी रनिंग आइटम का रेट नियंत्रण में नहीं है। एक तरफ सीजन के कारण प्रोडक्‍शन ज्‍यादा करना पड़ रहा है। दूसरी तरफ जॉब वर्क ज्‍यादा खर्चीला हो गया है। इसके अलावा राज्‍य सरकार जो सबसीडी दे रही थी, वह खत्‍म कर दी गयी है। इस कारण छोटे पने के ग्रे फैब्रिक के उत्‍पादन में दो से तीन रुपया मीटर का खर्च बढ़ गया है और बड़े पने में चार से पांच रुपया प्रति मीटर। ग्रे फैब्रिक का जॉब वर्क चार्ज और ज्‍यादा बढ़ सकता है।

 

श्री जिंदल ने कहा कि फैब्रिक उत्‍पादकों की कमाई खत्‍म हो गयी है। बस व्‍यापार कर रहे हैं। कमाई नहीं कर रहे हैं। मौजूदा समय में टेक्‍सटाइल उत्‍पादकों की यही कहानी है।

MUMBAI: 2022/03/10: To produce cloth is getting costlier every day. Job work has been increased due to the abolition of subsidy on electricity. The prices of all four Cotton Yarn, PC Yarn, Synthetic Yarn, Texturized Yarn, are going up. This information was given by Shree Raman Jindal, MD, Bajaj Silk Fab.

 

Bajaj Silk Fab Pvt. Ltd. manufactures a wide range of quality, range, designs and varieties of shirting fabrics. Under the brand Bajaj Fab, the company produces all types of shirtings in 36 inches and 58 inches. Cotton PV, PC, Linen, Flax, Magic, Taspa, Citra, etc. yarns are used in them.

 

Mr. Jindal said that the fabric manufacturers are very upset. Costing is out of control. Prices of all types of yarn have gone up. Profits of fabric manufacturers have come down drastically. Fabric prices cannot be increased every day whereas yarn prices are increasing every day and every week.

 

He said that the demand for fabric is good. Production is going on in full swing. The work is less in the retail sector, but the work is better in the wholesale sector. Many festivals are to come in the upcoming season. Eid is coming. Weddings are coming. Accordingly, there is good demand for it.

 

He said that the season is changing. Thin clothes are in great demand due to the summer season. Its production is going on in full swing.

 

He said three things are increasing the cost of the business. At present the price of yarn is very high. Rate of any running item is not under control. On one hand the production has to be increased due to the season. On the other hand job work has become more expensive. Apart from this, the subsidy on electricity that the state government was giving has been abolished. Due to this, the cost of production of gray fabric of small panna has increased by two to three rupees per meter and in big panna by four to five rupees per meter. The job work charge of gray fabric may increase further.

 

Mr. Jindal said that the earnings of the fabric producers have reduced. We are just continuing business. We are not earning. This is the story of the textile manufacturers at present.
