India's jute prices ease for 2nd month in row । भारत में जूट की कीमतों में लगातार दूसरे महीने गिरावट

 

मुंबई: 01 जुलाई 2022:  मई 2022 से भारत की जूट की कीमतों में लगातार गिरावट आ रही है। कच्चे जूट (TD-5) की कीमतें जून 2022 में 3.94 प्रतिशत घटकर ₹6,200 प्रति क्विंटल (Q) पर पहुंच गईं। कीमतें घटकर ₹6,454 प्रति क्विंटल हो गईं। इसमें मई 2022 के दौरान 4.07 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई।  जूट की कीमतों में अप्रैल 2022 में वृद्धि हुई थी। केंद्र सरकार ने न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) में वृद्धि की थी।

मार्च 2022 में जूट की कीमत ₹6,595.65 प्रति क्विंटल थी। अप्रैल में यह 2.02 प्रतिशत बढ़कर ₹6,728.57 प्रति क्विंटल हो गई। लेकिन जूट मई में 4.07 प्रतिशत घटकर ₹6,454.55 प्रति क्विंटल और जून 2022 में 3.94 प्रतिशत घटकर ₹6,200 प्रति क्विंटल हो गया। जनवरी 2022 के ₹6,457.14 प्रति क्विंटल से फरवरी में कीमतें 1.28 प्रतिशत बढ़कर ₹6,540 प्रति क्विंटल हो गईं।

 

सरकार ने 2022-23 सीज़न के लिए कच्चे जूट के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) को ₹250 से बढ़ाकर ₹4,750 प्रति क्विंटल कर दिया था। अगले खरीफ बुवाई की शुरुआत से पहले मार्च 2022 में नए एमएसपी की घोषणा की गई थी।

 

केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्रालय ने अपनी साप्ताहिक बुवाई रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि 24 जून 2022 तक जूट और मेस्टा की बुवाई का कुल क्षेत्रफल 6.80 लाख हेक्टेयर था जो पिछले सीजन की इसी अवधि के दौरान 6.82 लाख हेक्टेयर की बुवाई से 0.28 प्रतिशत कम था। 2021-22 के तीसरे कृषि अग्रिम अनुमान के अनुसार, जूट और मेस्टा का उत्पादन 102.22 लाख मीट्रिक टन था जो कि 106 लाख मीट्रिक टन के लक्ष्य से कम था, लेकिन पिछले वर्ष 2020-21 में 93.54 लाख मीट्रिक टन के उत्पादन से अधिक था।

India’s jute prices are declining since May 2022. The prices of raw jute (TD-5) reduced 3.94 per cent to reach ₹6,200 per quintal (Q) in June 2022. The prices reduced to ₹6,454 per quintal, declining by 4.07 per cent during May 2022. Jute prices had gained in April 2022 because the central government had increased the minimum support price (MSP).

According to Fibre2Fashion’s market insight tool TexPro, jute prices were ruling at ₹6,595.65 per quintal in March 2022. It increased by 2.02 per cent to ₹6,728.57 per quintal in April. But jute slipped 4.07 per cent to ₹6,454.55 per quintal in May and 3.94 per cent to ₹6,200 per quintal in June 2022. The prices gained 1.28 per cent to reach ₹6,540 per quintal in February from ₹6,457.14 per quintal of January 2022.

 

The government had increased the minimum support price (MSP) of raw jute by ₹250 to ₹4,750 per quintal for the 2022-23 season. The new MSP was announced in March 2022, before the beginning of the next Kharif sowing.

 

Union ministry of agriculture has said in its weekly sowing report that the total area under sowing of Jute and Mesta was 6.80 lakh hectare till 24 June 2022 which was 0.28 per cent lower from the sowing of 6.82 lakh hectare during corresponding period of last season. According to third agriculture advance estimate of 2021-22, Jute and Mesta production was 102.22 lakh MT which was lower than the target of 106 lakh MT but was higher than the production of 93.54 lakh MT in previous year 2020-21.
