मुंबईर: २०२२/११/१३: दीवाली के उपरांत पेमेंट की पोजीशन कुछ टाइट रही। मगर अब उसमें सुधार हुआ है। बाजार से बेहतर पेमेंट आना आरंभ हो चुका है। बजाज फैब के डायरेक्‍टर रमण जिंदल ने टेक्‍सटाइल पोस्‍ट को यह जानकारी दी।

बजाज सिल्क फैब प्रा. लि. शर्टिंग फैब्रिक में ३६ इंच पने तथा ५८ इंच पने में हर तरह की रेंज,  डेजायन क्वालिटी और वेरायटी के फैब्रिक का उत्पादन कर रही है जिसमें कॉटन, पीवी, पीसी, लीनन, फ्लैक्स, मैजिक,  तास्पा, सिट्रा, आदि यार्न का इस्तेंमाल हो रहा है।

वर्तमान सीजन के अनुरूप शर्टिंग फैब्रिक में प्‍लेन रेंज तथा डिजायनों में  चेक्स,  लाइनिंग, प्रिट  तथा फैंसी आइटम बनाए गए हैं। कम्पंनी ने नए डेजायनों के पोस्टर्स भी बनाए हैं। ५८ इंच पने में कम्पनी सभी प्रकार की सूटिंग का उत्पांदन कर रही है। इसमें कॉटन, पीवी, पीसी, लीनन, टीआर,  आदि यार्न का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है।

श्री जिंदल ने कहा कि आने वाले सीजन की जरूरियात के अनुसार नए आइटमों की तैयारी चल रही है। उसके अनुरूप प्रोग्रामिंग भी चल रही है। जिस तरह सीजनल आइटमों की डिमांड आ रही है उसी के अनुरूप नए नए आइटमो का उत्‍पादन हो रहा है।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि टेक्‍सटाइल वैल्‍यू चेन के लगभग हर हिस्‍से में चीजों के दाम बढ़ गए हैं। इसके चलते फिनिश फैब्रिक के दोमों में बढ़ोतरी हो गई है।

श्री जिंदल ने कहा कि आगे सीजन की तैयारी जोर शोर से चल रही है। जो क्‍वालिटियां ज्‍यादा बिकेंगी वे ज्‍यादा मात्रा में बना रहे हैं। लाइट कलर की फैब्रिक ज्‍यादा मात्रा में बन रही है। ह्वाइट क्रीम कलर की प्‍लेन फैब्रिक काफी मात्रा में बन रही है। कुर्ते की फैब्रिक भी काफी मात्रा में बन रही है। कुर्ता पाजामा जैकेट के चलन से ए‍थनिक फैब्रिक का चलन शुरू हुआ है।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि वर्तमान को देखते हुए लग रहा है कि काम आगे और भी अच्‍छा चलेगा। खूब अच्‍छी तैयारी चल रही है। सभी तरह की वेरायटियों का उत्‍पादन आगामी सीजन के हिसाब से हो रहा है। कॉटन की भी तैयारी चल रही है। ग्राहकों का हमे पूरा साथ मिल रहा है। आगामी सीजन लगता है अच्‍छा रहेगा।

Mumbai: 2022/11/13: Post Diwali the payment position remained somewhat tight. But now it has improved. Better payments have started to come from the market. Raman Jindal, Director, Bajaj Fab, gave this information to Textile Poster.

Bajaj Silk Fab Pvt. Ltd. produces Shirting Fabrics in 36 inches and 58 inches in all range, designs, quality and variety of fabrics using Yarns  of Cotton, PV, PC, Linen, Flax, Magic, Taspa, Citra, etc.

According to the current season, plain range and designs in shirting fabric, checks, lining, prints and fancy items have been made. The company has also made posters of the new designs. The company is manufacturing all types of suits in 58 inch size. Cotton, PV, PC, Linen, TR, etc. yarns are being used in them.

Mr. Jindal said that the preparation of new items is going on according to the requirement of the coming season. Programming is also going on accordingly. New items are being produced according to the demand for coming seasonal items.

He said that the prices of goods have increased in almost every part of the tex tile value chain. Due to this, there has been an increase in the number of Finnish fabrics.

Mr. Jindal said that preparations for the upcoming season are going on in full swing. The qualities that will sell more are being made in larger quantities. Light colored fabric is being made in large quantities. White cream colored plain fabric is being made in large quantities. Kurta fabric is also being made in large quantities. The trend of ethnic fabric has started with the trend of Kurta Pajama Jacket.

He said that it seems that the work will go on even better in future looking at the present. Very good preparations are going on. All varieties are being produced according to the upcoming season. Preparation for cotton is also going on. We are getting full support from the customers. It looks like the next season will be good.
