Cotton yarn demand low in north India; prices down in Ludhiana।। उत्तर भारत में सूती धागे की मांग कम; लुधियाना में कीमतों में गिरावट

 

लुधियाना : 27 फरवरी 2023: कपड़ा उद्योग की कम मांग के कारण उत्तर भारत के सूती धागे के बाजार में आज मंदी का रुख है। कॉटन यार्न की कीमतों में 50 रुपये की गिरावट आई है। कम मांग के कारण लुधियाना में 3-4 रुपये प्रति किग्रा, की कमी जबकि दिल्ली के बाजार में कीमतों में स्थिरता देखी गई है। निर्यात बाजार से सूती धागे की मांग औसत रही है, लेकिन डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग उतना सकारात्मक नहीं रहा है। बाजार रिपोर्ट कहती है।

 

लुधियाना के बाजार के व्यापार सूत्रों ने कहा है कि सूती धागे की निर्यात मांग सामान्य रही है, लेकिन डाउनस्ट्रीम परिधान उद्योग की खरीदारी सुस्त है। सूत कातने वाली मिलें सूती धागे की बिक्री में खामोश रही हैं, लेकिन डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग से मांग कम होने के कारण बाजार में कीमतों में गिरावट देखी गई है।

 

लुधियाना में 30 काउंट कॉटन कॉम्बेड यार्न की बिक्री रु.283-293 प्रति किग्रा (जीएसटी सहित) पर हुई; 20 और 25 काउंट कॉम्बेड सूत का कारोबार क्रमशः रु.273-283 प्रति किलो और रु.278-288 प्रति किग्रा पर बेचे गए; 30 काउंट का कार्डेड यार्न रुपये 262-272 प्रति किग्रा पर स्थिर रहा।

दिल्ली में औसत लिवाली के कारण कपास की कीमतें स्थिर बनी हुई हैं। होली के आगामी त्योहार के कारण सूती धागे की मांग कम रह सकती है। दिल्ली के बाजार में व्यापार की मात्रा कम होने की संभावना है क्योंकि होली का त्योहार आ रहा है। बाजार त्योहार की चपेट में आ जाएगा और सीमित खरीदारी और कीमतों में स्थिरता बनी रह सकती है। 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड सूत का कारोबार रु.285-290 प्रति किग्रा (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) पर हुआ।  40 काउंट कॉम्बेड रु. 315-320 प्रति किग्रा,  30 काउंट कॉम्बेड रु.266-270 प्रति किग्रा,  और 40 काउंट कॉर्डेड(carded) रु.295-300 प्रति किग्रा पर बिके.

 

धीमी मांग के बीच पानीपत के पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न बाजार में भी स्थिरता देखी गई है। कारोबारियों ने कहा है कि कमजोर मांग अगले 2-3 सप्ताह तक जारी रहने की संभावना है। 10s पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (ग्रे) का 88-92 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (GST अतिरिक्त), 10s पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (काला) का 60-65 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 20s पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (ग्रे) का 105-110 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार हुआ। और 30s पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (ग्रे) 150-155 रुपये प्रति किलो। कंबर की कीमत 150-152 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और पुनर्नवीनीकरण पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (पीईटी बोतल फाइबर) की कीमत 79-81 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम बताई गई।

 

आवक अधिक होने से उत्तर भारत में 37.2 किलोग्राम की कपास की कीमतों में 25-50 रुपये प्रति मन की कमी आई है। कारोबारियों के अनुसार कपास की आवक के सीजन में अब महज दो माह का समय बचा है। किसानों के पास कपास का बहुत बड़ा भंडार है क्योंकि उन्होंने अपनी पूरी उपज नहीं बेची और अब वे अपनी फसल को मौजूदा कीमतों पर बेचने के इच्छुक हैं, जो आने वाले हफ्तों में मंदी रहने की संभावना है। उत्तर भारतीय राज्यों में 170 किलोग्राम की कपास की आवक 14,000 गांठ से बढ़कर 16,000 गांठ हो गई है। कपास का कारोबार पंजाब में 6,300-6,400 रुपये प्रति मन, हरियाणा में 6,300-6,400 रुपये प्रति मन और ऊपरी राजस्थान में 6,490-6,590 रुपये प्रति मन और निचले राजस्थान में 356 किलोग्राम कैंडी 60,500-62,500 रुपये प्रति मन पर हुआ।

Cotton yarn demand low in north India; prices down in Ludhiana

Ludhiana : 27 Feb 2023: North India’s cotton yarn market has turned bearish today due to low demand from the garment industry. Cotton yarn prices have eased by Rs  3-4 per kg in Ludhiana as a result of low demand, while the Delhi market has noted stability in prices. Cotton yarn demand from the export market has been average, but the downstream industry has not been as positive. Market reports say.

 

Trade sources from Ludhiana market have said that the export demand for cotton yarn has been normal, but the downstream garment industry’s buying is sluggish. Spinning mills have remained silent in selling cotton yarn, but the market has noticed a decline in prices due to poor demand from the downstream industry.

 

In Ludhiana, 30 count cotton combed yarn was sold at Rs  283-293 per kg (including GST); 20 and 25 count combed yarn were traded at Rs  273-283 per kg and Rs  278-288 per kg, respectively; carded yarn of 30 count steadied at Rs  262-272 per kg.

 

In Delhi, cotton prices have remained steady due to average buying. Cotton yarn demand may stay low due to the upcoming festival of Holi. The Delhi market is likely to  see lower trade volume because the Holi festival is approaching. The market will come under the grip of festivity, and there may continue to be limited buying and steadiness in prices. 30 count combed yarn was traded at Rs  285-290 per kg (GST extra), 40 count combed at Rs  315-320 per kg, 30 count carded at Rs  266-270 per kg, and 40 count carded at Rs  295-300 per kg.

 

Panipat’s recycled yarn market has also noted stability amid slower demand. Traders have said that weak demand is likely to continue for the next 2-3 weeks. 10s recycled yarn (grey) was traded at Rs  88-92 per kg (GST extra), 10s recycled yarn (black) was traded at Rs  60-65 per kg, 20s recycled yarn (grey) at Rs  105-110 per kg, and 30s recycled yarn (grey) at Rs  150-155 per kg. Comber prices were noted at Rs  150-152 per kg and recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was noted at Rs  79-81 per kg.

 

North India’s cotton prices have decreased by Rs  25-50 per maund of 37.2 kg due to higher arrival. According to traders, there are only two months left in the cotton arrival season. Farmers have a huge stock of cotton because they did not sell their entire produce and now, they are keen to sell their crop at current prices, which are likely to remain bearish in the coming weeks. Cotton arrival has further increased to 16,000 bales of 170 kg each from 14,000 bales in North Indian states. Cotton was traded at Rs  6,300-6,400 per maund in Punjab, Rs  6,300-6,400 per maund in Haryana, and Rs  6,490-6,590 per maund in upper Rajasthan, and at Rs  60,500-62,500 per candy of 356 kg in lower Rajasthan.
