मुंबई : 07 मार्च 2023:  सीमित व्यापारिक गतिविधि के कारण तिरुपुर के सूती धागे के बाजार में आज कीमतों में स्थिरता देखी गई। व्यापार सूत्रों ने कहा।

 

नए सौदों के लिए खरीदार निष्क्रिय बने रहे।  व्यापारियों ने कहा कि आने वाले हफ्तों में पुनरुद्धार की उम्मीद की उम्‍मीद है।  परिधान निर्माण उद्योग देश में गति पकड़ रहा है। इस बीच होली के चलते मुंबई बंद रही।

 

होली के कारण ज्यादातर राज्यों में सूती धागे का कारोबार कम था। जबकि दक्षिण भारत में होली का उत्सव कम मनाया जाता है। त्योहार के चलते उत्तर और मध्य भारत के बाजार बंद रहे। दक्षिण भारत में व्यापारियों को नए खरीदार खोजने में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा। कपड़ा उद्योग से धीमी खरीद के कारण व्यापार में सुस्ती भी आई।

 

तिरुप्पुर दक्षिण भारत में एक प्रमुख होजरी परिधान निर्माण केंद्र है। तिरुपुर बाजार में 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड कॉटन यार्न 280-285 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त), 34 काउंट कॉम्बेड 292-297 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40 काउंट कॉम्बेड 308-312 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था। 30 काउंट कार्डेड काटन सूत 255-260 रुपये किलो, 34 काउंट कार्डेड 265-270 रुपये प्रति किलो और 40 काउंट कार्डेड 270-275 रुपये प्रति किलो की दर से बिके।

 

इस बीच, गुजरात में कम आवक और सीमित लिवाली के कारण कपास की कीमतें स्थिर रहीं। बाजार में कपास की नगण्य आवक देखी गई। किसान अपनी फसल को बाजार में नहीं लाए। 356 किलोग्राम कैंडी के भाव 62,500 रुपये से 63,000 रुपये प्रति कैंडी के बीच स्थिर रहे।

Mumbai :07 Mar 2023:  The cotton yarn market in Tiruppur witnessed stability in prices today due to limited trade activity.  Trade sources said.

 

Buyers remained inactive for fresh deals, and traders noted that the garment manufacturing industry is yet to pick up in the country, with hopes of revival in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Mumbai was closed on account of Holi.

 

There was little cotton yarn trade in most states because of Holi. While Holi festivities in south India is low.  North and central India’s market were closed due to the festival. Traders in South India faced difficulties in finding new buyers, while sluggishness in trade was also caused by slower buying from the garment industry.

 

Tiruppur is a major hosiery garment manufacturing hub in South India. 30 count combed cotton yarn was traded at Rs 280-285 per kg (GST extra), 34 count combed at Rs 292-297 per kg, and 40 count combed at Rs 308-312 per kg in the Tiruppur market. Cotton yarn of 30 count carded was sold at Rs 255-260 per kg, 34 count carded at Rs 265-270 per kg, and 40 count carded at Rs 270-275 per kg.

 

Meanwhile, in Gujarat, cotton prices remained stable due to low arrival and limited buying. The market noted a negligible arrival of cotton, as farmers did not bring their crop to the market. The prices remained steady, ranging between Rs 62,500 to Rs 63,000 per candy of 356 kg.
