मुंबई: आर्मिलोन यूनिफार्म शर्टिंग्‍स ने स्‍कूलों और कंपनियों के लिए नए कार्पोरेट बुक्‍स तैयार किया है। आर्मिलोन यूनिफार्म शर्टिंग्‍स के डायरेक्‍टर विनोद जैन ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

ज्ञातव्‍य है कि आर्मिलोन यूनिफार्म शर्टिंग्‍स यूनिफार्म शर्टिंग फैब्रिक के उत्‍पादन  में प्रख्‍यात है। कम्‍पनी चेक्‍स, लाइनिंग, प्‍लेन आदि डिजायनों में  यूनिफार्म शर्टिंग फैब्रिक की काफी लम्‍बी रेंज बनाती है। कंपनी का उत्‍पादन केंद्र भिवंडी में स्थित है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि स्‍कूल यूनिफार्म, कार्पोरेट, मिक्‍स एंड मैंच सहित ६ बुक्‍स बनाए गए हैं। यूनिफार्म फैब्रिक में अब हलका कपड़ा चलता नहीं है। अब बेहतर यूनिफार्म फैब्रिक की मांग बढ़ गई है। हर कोई अब सुपीरियर और गैरेंटेड क्‍वालिटी की मांग करता है। अब यार्न भी स्‍टैंडर्ड चाहिए। पीलिंग प्रोबलेम नहीं होनी चाहिए।

 

श्री जैन ने कहा कि काम काज धीरे धीरे चालू हो रहा है। आज कल स्‍टॉक मेनटेन करना आवश्‍यक हो गया है। भीलवारा, सूरत, मुंबई सब जगह यही हाल हो गया है। एडवांस आर्डर देने की परंपरा अब ख़त्‍म होती जा रही है। इससे डेड स्‍टॉक बढ़ता जा रहा है। कलर फेड या रोंग डिजायंस के नाम पर कपड़े रिजेक्‍ट होने का मामला भी सामने आ रहा है।

विनोद जैन ने बताया कि नए सैंपल डेवलपमेंट के लिए अच्छी मात्रा में आ रहे हैं। साथ ही सैंपल पास होने पर उनके प्रोडक्शन प्रोग्राम भी मिल रहे हैं। फिर भी हमें रेगुलर यूनिफॉर्म वैरायटी का स्टॉक मेंटेन करना पड़ रहा है। क्योंकि ये बाजार का ट्रेंड बन रहा है।  निर्माता ही स्टॉकिस्ट बन गया  है।

उन्‍होंने कहा  कि पहले दिवाली पश्‍चात से ही ऑर्डर बुकिंग शुरू हो जाता था। अब पिछले 5-7 सालों से ये देखा जा रहा है कि व्यापारी एडवांस बुकिंग ना करवा कर रेडी स्टॉक की मांग कर रहा है।

He said that 6 books have been made including School Uniform, Corporate, Mix and Match. Light cloth is no longer acceptable in uniform fabric. Now the demand for better uniform fabric has increased. Everyone now demands superior and guaranteed quality. Now the yarn also needs to be standard. Peeling should not be a problem.

 

Shri Jain said that the work is slowly starting. Nowadays it has become necessary to maintain stock. Same situation has happened everywhere in Bhilwara, Surat, Mumbai. The tradition of placing advance orders is now coming to an end. Due to this the dead stock is increasing. Cases of clothes being rejected in the name of color fade or wrong designs are also coming to light.

Mr Vinod Jain said that new samples are coming in good quantity for development. Apart from this, after passing the samples, their production programs are also available. Still we have to maintain stock of regular uniform variety. Because this is becoming a market trend. The manufacturers have become stockiests.

He said that earlier order booking used to start after Diwali. Now for the last 5-7 years it is being seen that the traders are demanding ready stock instead of doing advance booking.
