मुंबई: २०२४/०२/०७: बजाज फैब के डायरेक्‍टर रमण जिंदल ने सरकार से आग्रह किया कि सरकार ने जो नया कानून लागू किया है कि बिल बनने के ४५ दिनों के अंदर व्‍यापारी पेमेंट करने के लिए बाध्‍य है, यदि वह एमएसएमई के दायरे  में आता है। सरकार इसके लिए गाइडलाइन जारी करे और व्‍यापारियों के भ्रम का निवारण करे।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हम आज यह नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं कि क्‍या नया नियम जो इस बजट में लागू किया किया गया है, हम उसके दायरे में आते हैं कि नहीं। यदि हम पेमेंट करने की पोजीशन में नहीं हैं और हम जिसके देनदार हैं वह इंतजार करने को तैयार है तो सरकार को क्‍या दिक्‍कत होनी चाहिए। नए नियम से हम व्‍यपारियों की लेन देन की कठिनाइयां जटिल हो जाएगी। सरकार को इस पर पुनविचार करना चाहिए और व्‍यापारियों की कठिनाइयों को एड्रेस करना चाहिए। 

उन्‍होंने सभी चैंबरों से आग्रह किया वे सरकार को व्‍यापारियों की कठिनाइयों से अवगत कराएं।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि एमएसएमई की रजिस्‍ट्रेशन उन लोगों से मांगा जाता था, जिन्‍हें  लोन  की जरूरत होती थी। इसके अलावा इस रजिस्‍ट्रेशन का कोई विशेष महत्‍व नहीं था। इसलिए इस तरफ व्‍यापारियों को ध्‍यान भी नहीं गया। 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि नए नियम के अनुसार यदि आप एमएसएमई के दायरे में आते हैं तो आपके लिए अनिवार्य है कि आप ४५ दिनों के अंदर अपनी पेमेंट चुका दें। यह तारीख बिल के डेट से गिना जाएगा। हमें यह समझ में नहीं आ रहा  है कि हम ट्रेडर की कैटेगोरी में बैठते हैं या ननट्रेडर की या जॉब वर्कर की।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि अचानक ऐसे नियम कानून आने से व्‍यापार में रुकावट आ गई है। इससे एक प्रकार का कनफ्यूजन की स्थिति उत्‍पन्‍न हो गई है। यहां तक कि सीए के पास भी इसका स्‍पष्‍ट जवाब नहीं है। एमएसएमई की तरफ से किसी तरह की गाइडलाइन नहीं आ रही है। बड़ी संख्‍यां में व्‍यापरियों  में भ्रम पैदा हो गया है। 

उन्‍होंने सरकार से आग्रह किया कि इसका निवारण करें, इसका खुलासा करें । ताकि व्‍यापार गति से चल पाए। अन्‍यथा व्‍यापार दुर्लभ हो जाएगा। सारकार को सहजता की तरफ जाना चाहिए।

Mumbai: 2024/02.07: Bajaj Fab Director Raman Jindal urged the government to issue the guidelines the new law that the merchant is obliged to make the payment within 45 days of the bill generation, if it is under the ambit of MSME.

 

The government should issue guidelines for this and clear the confusion of traders.

 

He said that today we are not able to understand whether we come under the category of trader or non-trader or a job worker or whatever.

 

If we are not in a position to pay and the person to whom we owe and he is ready to wait, then what problem should the government face? The new rules will complicate the transaction difficulties for traders. The government should reconsider this and address the difficulties faced by traders.

 

He urged all the chambers to inform the government about the difficulties faced by the traders.

 

He said that MSME registration was sought from those people who needed loans. Apart from this, this registration had no special significance. Therefore the traders did not even pay attention to this side.

 

He said that according to the new rules, if you come under the ambit of MSME, then it is mandatory for you to pay your payment within 45 days. This date will be counted from the date of the bill. We are not able to understand whether we fit in the category of trader or non-trader or job worker.

He said that due to sudden introduction of such rules and regulations, business has come to a halt. Due to this a kind of confusion has arisen. Even CA does not have a clear answer to this. There is no guideline coming from MSME side. Confusion has arisen among a large number of traders.

 

He urged the government to solve it and disclose it. So that business can run at pace. Otherwise trade will become scarce. The government should move towards simplicity in trasections.
