मुंबई:२०२४/०२/०७: स्‍पर्श फैब ने अपने लगभग सभी यूनिफार्म फैब्रिक को थ्री एक्‍स कूल में तबदील कर दिया है। इसमें कॉटन ब्‍लेंड ज्‍यादा है। स्‍पर्श फैब टेक्‍सटाइल्‍स प्रा.लि. के डायरेक्‍टर गिरीश तोदी ने यह जानकारी दी। 

 

स्‍पर्श फैब टेक्‍सटाइल्‍स ने यूनिफार्म फैब्रिक में कई नए डेव्‍हलपमेंट किए हैं। कंपनी ने खासतौर पर बच्‍चों के सेहत और उनके नाजुक त्‍वचा का ख्‍याल रखते हुए ज्‍यादा से ज्‍यादा स्‍कील फ्रेंडली फैब्रिक के उत्‍पादन पर फोकस किया है। कंपनी की रिसर्च टीम ने ३X कूल  तकनीकी विकसित की है। यह फैब्रिक पर तीन गुणा कूल असर डालता है। इससे बच्‍चे कमफरटेबल महसूस करते हैं।  

 

कंपनी की रिसर्च टीम ने हाल में एक नई तकनीकी विकसित की है। इस तकनीकी की वजह से कपड़ा पसीने को सोंखकर बाहर ले आता है। और वह पसीने को फैला देता है। इससे कपड़ा जल्‍द सूख जाता है। जो काम कॉटन फैब्रिक करता है, वही काम यह पीवी फैब्रिक  भी करता है। इससे बच्‍चों को कपड़ा पहनने में आरामदायक महसूस होता है। इसमें गर्मी कम से कम लगती है। उन्‍हें इचिंग नहीं होती है। इरिटेशन नहीं होता है। उन्‍हें कमफर्ट महसूस होता है।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि इसके अलावा कंपनी ने उसमें स्‍वाइल रिलीज ट्रीटमेंट भी किया है। इसके कारण कपड़ा वाशिंग में दाग जल्‍द  छोड़ देता है। इससे कपड़ा सुदर  दिखता है।

 

इन कपड़ों में एक और डेव्‍हलपमेंट किया  गया है। सिंथैटिक कपड़े एलेक्‍ट्रीकली चार्ज हो जाते हैं। इसमें एंडी स्‍टैटिक बनाया गया है ताकि इसमें चार्ज न हो। इसे कंपनी ने ३X कूल नाम दिया है। अर्थात यह तीन गुणा कूल असर डालता है। यह एक रिवोल्‍यूशनरी तकनीकी है।

 

श्री तोदी ने बताया कि इस तकनीकी के विकास पर जो खर्च आया उसे कंपनी ने प्रोडक्‍ट पर नहीं डाला गया है। कंपनी ने इस खर्च को स्‍वयं एबजोर्ब कर लिया।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि हम अब लगभग सारे कपड़े  पीसी में बना रहे हैं। कंपनी जो नए कपड़े बना रही है उसमें कॉटन कंटेट ज्‍यादा हैं।  ताकि कमफर्ट को कमप्रोमाइज न किया जाय।

Sparsh Fab Textiles has made many new developments in uniform fabrics. The company has focused on producing as many skin-friendly fabrics as possible, especially keeping in mind the health of children and their delicate skin. The company's research team has developed 3X Cool technology. It has three times the cooling effect on the fabric. This makes children feel comfortable.

 

The company's research team has recently developed a new technology. Due to this technology, the cloth absorbs the sweat and brings it out. And that spreads the sweat. Due to this the cloth dries quickly. The work that cotton fabric does, this PV fabric also does the same work. This makes children feel comfortable in wearing clothes. It requires minimum heat. They do not have itching. There is no irritation. They feel comfortable. 

 

He said that apart from this the company has also done soil release treatment in it. Due to this, the cloth leaves stains quickly in washing. This makes the cloth look beautiful.

Mr. Todi said that the company has not invested the expenditure incurred on the development of this technology on the product. The company itself absorbed this expense.
