मुंबई: 2024/04/28: भारतीय कपड़ा फर्म वेलस्पन लिविंग ने वित्त वर्ष 2024 (FY24) में 98.251 बिलियन रुपये (लगभग 1.17 बिलियन $) का कुल राजस्व दर्ज किया है, जो 19.6 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्शाता है। कंपनी ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा।

 

इस वृद्धि के प्रमुख चालक, कपड़ा व्यवसाय ने राजस्व में 18.7 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्ज की, जो 90.63 बिलियन रुपये हो गई। वार्षिक EBITDA भी प्रभावशाली रहा, जो 15.4 प्रतिशत के मार्जिन पर 15.147 बिलियन रुपये तक पहुंच गया, जो वर्ष भर में 73.3 प्रतिशत की पर्याप्त वृद्धि दर्शाता है। कपड़ा क्षेत्र ने 13.827 बिलियन रुपये के EBITDA के साथ महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया, जो 73.2 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्शाता है।

 

वर्ष के लिए कर पश्चात लाभ (पीएटी) उल्लेखनीय रूप से 6.811 बिलियन रुपये रहा, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में तीन गुना से भी अधिक है, तथा प्रति शेयर आय (ईपीएस) 2.02 रुपये से बढ़कर 7.06 रुपये हो गई। वित्त वर्ष 2024 की चौथी तिमाही (Q4 FY24) में, वेलस्पन लिविंग ने अपना मजबूत प्रदर्शन जारी रखा, जिसने 26.167 बिलियन रुपये का राजस्व दर्ज किया, जो कि पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 19.2 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि है। कपड़ा व्यवसाय के लिए Q4 राजस्व 20.1 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 24.217 बिलियन रुपये हो गया। तिमाही के लिए समेकित EBITDA 25 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 4.001 मिलियन रुपये हो गया, जिससे 15.3 प्रतिशत का मार्जिन प्राप्त हुआ। कपड़ा व्यवसाय के लिए Q4 EBITDA 3.640 बिलियन रुपये था, जो कि पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 24.2 प्रतिशत अधिक था। तिमाही में कंपनी की लाभप्रदता मजबूत रही, समेकित पी.ए.टी. 16.4 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 1.460 बिलियन रुपये हो गया, तथा प्रति शेयर आय पिछले वर्ष की इसी तिमाही के 1.28 रुपये से बढ़कर 1.52 रुपये हो गई।

Welspun Living's revenue jumps 19.6% in FY24

 

Mumbai: 2024/04/28: Indian textile firm Welspun Living has reported a total revenue of Rs 98.251 billion (approximately $1.17 billion) in fiscal 2024 (FY24), marking a 19.6 per cent increase. The company said in a press release.

 

The textile business, a key driver of this growth, reported an 18.7 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 90.63 billion. The annual EBITDA was also impressive, reaching Rs 15.147 billion at a margin of 15.4 per cent, which represents a substantial growth of 73.3 per cent over the year. The textile sector contributed significantly with an EBITDA of Rs 13.827 billion, growing by 73.2 per cent.

 

Profit after tax (PAT) for the year was notably high at Rs 6.811 billion, more than tripling from the previous year, and the earnings per share (EPS) surged to Rs 7.06 from Rs 2.02.

 

In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 (Q4 FY24), Welspun Living continued its strong performance, recording a revenue of Rs 26.167 billion, a 19.2 per cent increase YoY. The Q4 revenue for the textile business grew by 20.1 per cent to Rs 24.217 billion. The consolidated EBITDA for the quarter grew by 25 per cent to Rs 4.001 million, achieving a margin of 15.3 per cent. 

 

The Q4 EBITDA for the textile business was Rs 3.640 billion, up 24.2 per cent YoY. The company’s profitability remained robust in the quarter, with consolidated PAT increasing by 16.4 per cent to Rs 1.460 billion, and earnings per share rising to Rs 1.52 from Rs 1.28 in the same quarter of the previous year.
