Madhya Pradesh showcases textile investment potential to Inditex।। मध्य प्रदेश ने इंडिटेक्स को वस्त्र निवेश की संभावनाओं से अवगत कराया

भोपाल: 2025/07/18: अपनी स्पेन यात्रा के दूसरे दिन, मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने गैलिसिया स्थित इंडिटेक्स के मुख्यालय में कंपनी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ बातचीत की। उन्होंने मध्य प्रदेश को एक 'हरित, लागत-प्रतिस्पर्धी और सुगम उत्पादन केंद्र' के रूप में स्थापित किया और इंडिटेक्स को राज्य के बढ़ते वस्त्र पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में निवेश के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

 

बैठक के दौरान, डॉ. यादव ने मध्य प्रदेश की मज़बूत साख पर ज़ोर दिया, जिसमें लगभग 18 लाख गांठ (3 लाख मीट्रिक टन) वार्षिक उत्पादन के साथ भारत के शीर्ष कपास उत्पादकों में से एक होना और इंदौर, मंदसौर, बुरहानपुर, उज्जैन और नीमच जैसे शहरों में 15 से अधिक वस्त्र क्लस्टरों का घर होना शामिल है।

 

उन्होंने धार ज़िले में बनने वाले पीएम मित्र टेक्सटाइल पार्क को इंडिटेक्स के लिए एक स्थायी और एकीकृत परिधान निर्माण इकाई स्थापित करने का एक सुनहरा अवसर बताया। भारत सरकार की प्रमुख योजना के तहत विकसित इस पार्क का उद्देश्य उन्नत बुनियादी ढाँचे और हरित विनिर्माण क्षमताओं के माध्यम से वैश्विक खिलाड़ियों को आकर्षित करना है।

 

डॉ. यादव ने जैविक कपास उत्पादन में सहयोग का भी प्रस्ताव रखा, विशेष रूप से निमाड़ और मालवा क्षेत्रों में, जो अपने GOTS-प्रमाणित किसान समूहों के लिए जाने जाते हैं। मध्य प्रदेश के जनसंपर्क विभाग की एक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, उन्होंने इंडिटेक्स के सतत विकास लक्ष्यों के अनुरूप 'किसान-से-कपड़ा' मूल्य श्रृंखला विकसित करने का सुझाव दिया।

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने ESG (पर्यावरण, सामाजिक और शासन) मूल्यों के प्रति मध्य प्रदेश की प्रतिबद्धता पर ज़ोर दिया और राज्यव्यापी जल पुनर्चक्रण, अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन और सभ्य कार्य मानकों के कार्यान्वयन पर प्रकाश डाला। इंडिटेक्स के कार्यकारी अधिकारी जोस एम. रोमे और मार्था फ्रैंकोस रे ने राज्य के ESG मॉडल की प्रशंसा की और इसे सतत विकास और समावेशी शासन के लिए एक संभावित वैश्विक मानक बताया।

 

उन्होंने राज्य की नई औद्योगिक और निर्यात नीति 2025 के तहत प्रोत्साहनों की रूपरेखा भी प्रस्तुत की, जिसमें भूमि पर 90 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी, मशीनरी के लिए 40 प्रतिशत पूंजीगत सहायता, हरित प्रौद्योगिकियों के लिए 50 प्रतिशत सहायता और ऋणों पर ब्याज सब्सिडी शामिल है।

 

वर्तमान में सालाना ₹7,000 करोड़ (~812.6 मिलियन डॉलर) से अधिक मूल्य के वस्त्र और परिधान निर्यात करने वाला मध्य प्रदेश यूरोपीय संघ को एक प्रमुख बाज़ार मानता है। डॉ. यादव ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इंडिटेक्स के साथ साझेदारी इस आँकड़े को ₹10,000 करोड़ (~1.16 बिलियन डॉलर) तक बढ़ा सकती है और साथ ही रोज़गार सृजन और महिला सशक्तिकरण को भी बढ़ावा दे सकती है।

 

अंत में, उन्होंने इंडिटेक्स को पीएम मित्र पार्क में आपूर्ति श्रृंखला के प्रमुख के रूप में कार्य करने और जैविक कपास अनुरेखण प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और ईएसजी-प्रमाणित एमएसएमई पर केंद्रित विक्रेता विकास कार्यक्रम शुरू करने में भागीदार बनने का निमंत्रण दिया।

 

डॉ. यादव ने कहा, "हम इस साझेदारी का हर स्तर पर समर्थन करने के लिए तैयार हैं।"

Bhopal: 2025/07/18: On the second day of his Spain visit, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held talks with senior executives of Inditex at its headquarters in Galicia. He positioned Madhya Pradesh as a ‘green, cost-competitive, and traceable production hub,’ and invited Inditex to invest in the state’s growing textile ecosystem.

 

During the meeting, Dr. Yadav underlined Madhya Pradesh’s strong credentials, including being one of India’s top cotton producers with an annual output of nearly 18 lakh bales (3 lakh metric tonnes), and home to over 15 textile clusters in cities like Indore, Mandsaur, Burhanpur, Ujjain, and Neemuch.

 

He highlighted the upcoming PM Mitra Textile Park in Dhar district as a golden opportunity for Inditex to establish a sustainable and integrated garment manufacturing unit. The park, developed under the Government of India’s flagship scheme, aims to attract global players through advanced infrastructure and green manufacturing capabilities.

 

Dr. Yadav also proposed collaboration in organic cotton production, particularly in the Nimar and Malwa regions, which are known for their GOTS-certified farmer groups. He suggested the development of a ‘Farmer-to-Fabric’ value chain to align with Inditex’s sustainability goals, as per a release by Department of Public Relations, Madhya Pradesh.

 

The Chief Minister emphasised Madhya Pradesh’s commitment to ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) values, highlighting state-wide implementation of water recycling, waste management, and decent work standards. Inditex executives Jose M. Romayé and Martha Francos Rey praised the state’s ESG model, calling it a potential global benchmark for sustainability and inclusive governance.

 

He further outlined incentives under the state’s new Industrial and Export Policy 2025, including a 90 per cent subsidy on land, 40 per cent capital support for machinery, 50 per cent aid for green technologies, and interest subsidies on loans.

 

Currently exporting textiles and garments worth over ₹7,000 crore (~$812.6 million) annually, Madhya Pradesh sees the European Union as a key market. Dr. Yadav expressed confidence that a partnership with Inditex could raise this figure to ₹10,000 crore (~$1.16 billion) while promoting job creation and women’s empowerment.

 

Finally, he extended an invitation to Inditex to act as a supply chain anchor in the PM Mitra Park and partner in launching an organic cotton tracing platform and a vendor development programme focused on ESG-certified MSMEs.

 

"We are ready to support this partnership at all levels," Dr. Yadav said.
