मुंबई:  फैब्रिक के व्‍यापार में सुधार हो रहा है। काम अच्‍छा चलने लगा है। स्‍कूल, कालेज, कारपोरेट जगत के खुलने लगे हैं। १०० करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को कोविड के टीके लग चुके हैं। यूनिफार्म का काम काज अच्‍छा चलने लगा है। प्रभुजी टेक्‍स प्रा लि के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्‍टर श्री राम प्रसाद बिदावतका ने यह जानकारी दी।

 

प्रभुजी टेक्‍स प्रा लि आइएसओ ९००१-२०१५  सर्टिफाइड कंपनी है। इस कंपनी का उत्‍पादन बेस एमआईडीसी, मुरबाड़(महाराष्‍ट्र) में स्‍थित है। कंपनी ने मशीनों का अपग्रेडेशन किया है। वह दिन प्रतिदिन अनेक प्रकार के डेव्‍लपमेंट करती जा रही है। कंपनी क्‍वालिटी में आरंभ से ही पूरा ध्‍यान दे रही थी। वह अपने फैब्रिक का ९० प्रतिशत उत्‍पादन औटोमेटिक लूम मशीनो पर करती है। इससे कपड़ा ग्रेडेशन और क्‍वालिटी में बेहतर बन पाता है।

 

प्रभुजी टेक्‍स प्रा लि के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्‍टर ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के कारण कपड़ा व्‍यापार दो सालों से मंदी के दौड़ से गुजरा है। यूनिफॉर्म व्‍यापारियों ने, इन दो सालों में काफी घाटा उठाया है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि दो सालों में यूनिफॉर्म फैब्रिक उत्‍पादकों ने जो नुकसान उठाया है उनके सबसे बड़े कारण हैं  लोन के इंटरेस्‍ट की मार, सैलरी, और बिजली और अन्‍य खर्च।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि मारकेट जब पिक अप करेगा तो नुकसान की भरपाई हो जाएगी। व्‍यापारियों में उत्‍साह का श्रृजन शुरू हो चुका है। लगता है कि नुकसान कवर अप होगा। दो साल का कवर अप तो नहीं होगा मगर कुछ तो कवर अप होगा। २० से ५० प्रतिशत तक कवर अप होने की संभावना है। जो स्‍टॉक है उसे यदि थोड़ा कम भाव में भी बेचेंगे तो कवर अप तो होगा।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा हमें सरवाइव करने के लिए यह जरूरी है कि जो व्‍यापारी हमसे माल लेता है उसको भी सरवाइव करना चाहिए। हमारा सरवाइवल उसके सरवाइवल पर निर्भर करता है।

 

श्री बिदावतका ने कहा कि हमने १९८३ से यह फैब्रिक का उत्‍पादन आरंभ किया। तब से अब तक हमने क्‍वालिटी में कभी कंप्रोमाइज नहीं किया। मैंने कभी भी हल्‍की क्‍वालिटी का फैब्रिक नहीं बनाया।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि २० प्रतिशत ही अच्‍छी फैब्रिक की मांग करने वाले ग्राहक होते हैं। वही हमारे ग्राहक हैं।

 

प्रभुजी टेक्‍स के एमडी ने कहा कि हम ऐसा फैब्रिक बनाते हैं जो स्‍कूल के बच्‍चों को, कॉर्पोरेट, हॉस्पिटल, वाचमैन, पुलिस इत्‍यादि सभी को पहनने में आरामदायक लगे।

Mumbai: The fabric business is improving. The work is going well. Schools, colleges, corporate world have started opening. More than 100 crore people have been vaccinated against  Covid. Uniform production work is going well. This information was given by Shri Ram Prasad Bidavatka, Managing Director, PrabhuG Tex Pvt Ltd.

 

PrabhuG Tex Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. The production base of this company is located at MIDC, Murbad (Maharashtra). The company has upgraded the machines.  It is doing various developments day by day. The company was paying full attention to quality from the very beginning. It produces 90% of its fabric on automatic loom machines. This enables the fabric to become better in gradation and quality.

 

The Managing Director of PrabhuG Tex Pvt Ltd said that the textile business has gone through a slowdown since last two years due to the Corona pandemic. Uniform traders have incurred huge losses in these two years.

 

He said that the biggest reasons for the losses suffered by the uniform fabric manufacturers in the last two years are the hit of interest on loans, salaries, and electricity and other expenses.

 

He said that when the market picks up, the loss will be compensated. The generation of enthusiasm in business shifts has started.  It seems there will be a loss cover up. There will be no cover up of the whole loss of  two years but there will be some cover up at least. There is a possibility of a cover up of 20 to 50 percent. If you sell the stock which is even at a little less price, then there will be a cover up.

 

He said that for us to survive, it is necessary that the merchant who takes goods from us should also survive. Our survival depends on their survival.

 

Mr. Bidavatka said that they started manufacturing this fabric since 1983. Since then they have never compromised in quality. They have never made fabric of light quality.

 

He said that only 20 percent of the customers are in demand of good fabric. Those are our customers.

 

Prabhuji Tex’s MD said that we make such fabric which is comfortable to wear by school children, corporate, hospital, watchman, police etc.
