मुंबई: २०२२/०३/०१: गार्मेंट और कपड़ा बाजार में सुधार का माहौल है मगर बुकिंग कम हो रही है। जिसने भी बुकिंग की उसे तब तक माल की डिलेवरी नहीं की जा रही है, जब तक ग्राहकों ने पुराना पेमेंट अदा नहीं किया। सिल्‍क इंडिया के एमडी रमेश माखरिया ने यह जानकारी दी।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि अब सिस्‍टम बदल रहा है। यह स्‍पष्‍ट हो गया है कि जिन्‍होंने तयसुदा अवधि के भीतर पेमेंट नहीं किया इसका मतलब है कि पार्टी सौलिड नहीं है, और उनके पास अपना फंड नहीं है। ऐसे ग्राहकों के माल डिलिवरी पर बाजार रोक लगा रहा है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि तीसरी लहर की आशंका को देखते हुए फैब्रिक फेयर को अग्रसारित कर दिया गया था और अब वह फैब्रिक फेयर २९ एवं ३० जून को आयोजित होगा, जिसका हमारे हिसाब से कोई मतलब नहीं है, क्‍योंकि हम रेडी स्‍टॉक माल की बुकिंग लेते हैं। इसके अनुरूप यह फैब्रिक फेयर अगस्‍त माह में होना चाहिए था। और धोषित की गयी तारीकें मिलों की सुविधा के अनुसार की गयी है। क्‍योंकि मिलें दो तीन महीने फॉरवार्ड माल की बुकिंग करती है। ये मिलों के हिसाब से फेयर कर रहे हैं, और मिलवाले तीन चार महीने बाद डिलेवरी देंगे। हमलोगों के लिए यह फेयर बेकार चला जाएगा। जून में हमारा ग्राहक माल लेनेवाला नहीं है। सबलोग अगस्‍त सितंबर में दीवाली के पहले माल उठाते हैं।

 

हाल में मेंस एथनिक के दो शो आयोजित हुए। उसमें कुछ खास बुकिंग नहीं हो पायी। अब गार्मेंट उत्‍पादक विश्‍वास के ऊपर माल नहीं दे रहे हैं। ग्राहकों पर साल, दो दो साल का पेमेंट बकया पड़ा है। गार्मेंट उत्‍पादकों ने अपना रवैया बदल दिया है। आज बाजार का ट्रेंड यह हो गया है, कि उतना ही ऑर्डर बुक होना चाहिए, जितना पैसा आ रहा है। ग्राहक यदि पैसा नहीं दे सकते, तो डिलेवरी रोक दी जाती है।

 

ज्ञातव्‍य है कि सिल्‍क इंडिया महीने में लगभग एक लाख पीस गार्मेंट का उत्‍पादन कर रहा है। लॉक डाउन के दरम्‍यान, इन्‍होंने जितना माल बनाया था, वह सारा बिक चुका है, और वर्तमान में कंपनी शॉर्ट सप्‍लाई के दौर से गुजर रही है, और कंपनी अपना उत्‍पादन बढ़ाने की तैयारी कर रही है।

Mumbai: 20/03/01: There is an environment of improvement in the garment and textile market but bookings are decreasing. The goods are not being delivered to those customers whoever failed to pay on time. Ramesh Makharia, MD, Silk India gave this information.

He said that now the system is changing. It is clear that those who do not make the payment within the stipulated period mean that the party is not solid and does not have his own funds. The market is prohibiting the delivery of goods to such customers.

 

He said that in fear of the possibility of third wave, the fabric fair was postponed and now that fabric fair will be held on 29th and 30th June which, according to us, has no meaning, as we take booking of ready stock goods. Accordingly, this fabric fair should have been held in the month of August. And the dates announced are as per the convenience of the mills. Because mills book goods in advance for 2-3 months. These are fair according to the mills and the millers will give delivery after three to four months. For us, this fair will be in vain. Our customers are not a consignee in June.  They pick up the goods in September before Diwali.

 

Recently two shows of Men's Ethnic were organized. There was no special booking in it. Now Garment Manufacturers are not offering goods above trust. Customers have arrears of payment for two years. Garment manufacturers have changed their attitude. Today the trend of the market has become such that there should be as much order book as the money is coming in. If the customer cannot pay, the delivery is stopped.

 

It is to be known that Silk India is producing about one lakh pieces of garment in a month. During the lock down, all the goods, they had made ,have been sold, and at present the company is going through the phase of short supply and the company is preparing to increase its production.
