Hindustan Chambers of Commerce felicitates newly formed Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar ।। हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स ने नवगठिति विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर का किया अभिनंदन

मुंबई: १९ जुलाई २०२२: हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स ने आज मुबई के कालबादेवी स्थित मारवाड़ी  जुनियर कॉलेज में अपना १२५ वां गौरवशाली वर्षोत्‍सव मनाया। इसमें महाराष्‍ट्र  विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर एवं पूर्व विधायक राज पुरोहित मुख्‍य अतिथि थे। आयोजकों में हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स के वर्तमान अध्‍यक्ष शिखरचंद जैन के अलावा सज्‍जन कुमार डोकानियां, अनुराग पोद्दार, विनोद लोढा, निर्मल गुप्‍ता, सुशील गाडिया, गोविंद सर्राफ आदि प्रमुख थे। 

 

इस अवसर पर हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स के अध्‍यक्ष शिखरचंद जैन ने चैम्‍बर की तरफ से राहुल नार्वेकर को विधानसभा के अध्‍यक्ष चुने जाने की बधाई दी। सभा में उपस्‍थित हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स के सभी सदस्‍यों ने करतल ध्‍वनि से  उनका स्‍वागत किया । अन्‍य विशेष अतिथियों में  पूर्व विधायक राज पुरोहित, नगरसेविका रीता मकवाना, आकाश पुरोहित, संजीब बुबना, संधीवी जी आदि प्रमुख थे। इस अवसर पर काशी नाथ जी गाडिया भी उपस्‍थित रहे। वे टेक्‍सटाइल जगत के वरिष्‍टतम व्‍यक्‍तित्‍व हैं।  

शिखरचंद जैन ने उन सभी लोगों का अभिनंदन किया जो हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स के इस १२५ वें गौरवशाली वर्षोत्‍सव पर उपस्थित हुए।

 

महाराष्‍ट्र  विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर कोलावा के विधायक हैं। कालबादेवी इसी के अंतर्गत आता है। राहुल नार्वेकर पहली बार विधायक बने और ३७ साल की उम्र में वे महाराष्‍ट्र के सबसे कम उम्र के विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष बने। उनका जन्‍म मुंबई के कोलावा में १९७७ में हुआ था। उन्‍होंने मुंबई विश्‍वविद्यालय से बीकॉम और एलएलबी की शिक्षा पायी। वे एक सफल वकील भी रहे। हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स से उनका गहरा लगाव रहा है।

 

इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए पूर्व विधायक राज पुरोहित ने सभा में उपस्‍थित काशी नाथ जी गाडिया की हिंदुस्‍तान चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स के विकास में भूमिका की सराहना की।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि कोलावा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए यह सौभाग्‍य की बात है कि उसके एमएलए को महाराष्‍ट्र विधान सभा का  अध्‍यक्ष बनने का मौका मिला।   

 

उन्‍होंने महाराष्‍ट्र विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर से यह निवेदन किया कि वे कपड़ा व्‍यापारियों की समस्‍या के निदान में उनकी मदद करें, उनके लिए विधानसभा में आवाज उठाएं।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि कपड़ा बाजार पर जीएसटी की तलबार लटक रही है। छोटी छोटी कमोडिटी पर जीएसटी लगाई गई है। इसमें सुधार होना चाहिए।

 

विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष राहुल नावेकर ने कोलावा क्षेत्र के समस्‍त जनता का आभार व्‍यक्‍त किया कि यदि आप सबों ने हमें विजयी बनाकर विधानसभा में नहीं भेजा होता तो हमें विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष बनने का मौका ही नहीं मिलता। हम आप सभी के आभारी हैं।   

ज्ञातव्‍य है कि  हिंदुस्तान चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स, मुंबई 125  पुरानी संस्‍था है। यह वर्ष 1897 में मुंबई में 58 सदस्यों के साथ शुरू हुआ था। कपड़ा व्यापार में लगे निर्माताओं, प्रोसेसर, थोक विक्रेताओं, निर्यातकों और कमीशन एजेंटों के 2,200 व्यावसायिक घरानों इसके सदस्‍य हैं। स्वतंत्रता पूर्व के दिनों में, चैंबर ने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम, राष्ट्रवादी भावना के विकास और स्वदेशी आंदोलन के प्रसार को सक्रिय समर्थन दिया था। चैंबर को वर्ष 1999 और 2003 के लिए निष्पक्ष व्यापार प्रथाओं के लिए जमनालाल बजाज उचितव्यवाहर पुरस्कार से नवाजा जा चुका है।  

 

हिंदुस्तान चैंबर जनहित में चिकित्सालय भी संचालित करता है। सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता की समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए, 1960 में एक औषधालय खोला गया था। अब यह कार्डियोलॉजी, त्वचाविज्ञान, ईएनटी, आर्थोपेडिक, स्त्री रोग, बाल रोग, दंत चिकित्सा, तंत्रिका विज्ञान, आदि जैसे विभिन्न विभागों को कवर करने वाला एक पूर्ण विकसित औषधालय है। इसके अलावा, पैथोलॉजी और एक्स-रे की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है।

 

आयुर्वेदिक व होम्योपैथिक विभाग भी विशेषज्ञों की निगरानी में कार्य कर रहा है। यह वर्तमान प्रवृत्ति को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया गया है जहां आयुर्वेदिक और होम्योपैथिक उपचार की लगातार मांग है।

 

कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों का नि:शुल्क इलाज किया जाता है और नि:शुल्क दवाएं उपलब्ध कराने की भी व्यवस्था की जाती है। जिन रोगियों को अस्पताल में भर्ती होने की आवश्यकता होती है और वे इसे वहन करने में असमर्थ होते हैं, उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती होने पर सीधे भुगतान करके आर्थिक सहायता दी जाती है।

 

हिंदुस्तान चैंबर मारवाड़ी कमर्शियल हाई स्कूल और जूनियर कॉलेज भी चलाता है। एक प्रमुख व्यापार निकाय के रूप में खुद को स्थापित करने के बाद, समिति ने महसूस किया कि व्यापार के विकास के अलावा, देश के विकास में बुनियादी कमी शिक्षा और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य है। इस अंतर को पाटने के लिए 1916 में चार छात्रों के साथ मारवाड़ी कमर्शियल हाई स्कूल की स्थापना की। समय बीतने के साथ यह लगभग 2000 छात्रों के साथ वाणिज्य की धारा में मारवाड़ी कमर्शियल हाई स्कूल और जूनियर कॉलेज दोनों के रूप में विकसित हुआ है। समाज के कमजोर वर्ग की मदद के लिए प्रवेश के लिए कोई न्यूनतम प्रतिशत निर्धारित नहीं है। प्रवेश हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों माध्यमों के वर्गों में जाति, पंथ या धर्म के प्रतिबंध के बिना खुले हैं। कंप्यूटर शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए विशेष व्यवस्था की गई है। हर साल छात्रों की नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा जांच की जाती है और उन्हें रिकॉर्ड और संदर्भ के लिए विस्तृत चिकित्सा रिपोर्ट दी जाती है। में परिणाम एच.एस.सी. और एस.एस.सी समान रूप से उत्कृष्ट रहे हैं।

Hindustan Chambers of Commerce felicitates newly formed Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar

 

Mumbai: 19 July 2022: Hindustan Chambers of Commerce celebrated its 125th glorious year anniversary today at Marwari Junior College, Kalbadevi, Mumbai. Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar and former MLA Raj Purohit were the chief guests. Among the organizers were Sajjan Kumar Dokanian, Anurag Poddar, Vinod Lodha, Nirmal Gupta, Sushil Gadia, Govind Sarraf, Sanjeev Bubna, besides the current President of Hindustan Chambers of Commerce, Shikharchand Jain.

 

On this occasion, The President of Hindustan Chambers of Commerce Shikharchand Jain congratulated Rahul Narvekar on behalf of the Chamber for being elected the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. All the members of the Hindustan Chambers of Commerce, who were present in the meeting, welcomed him with a rapturous voice. Other special guests included former MLA Raj Purohit, corporator Rita Makwana, Akash Purohit, Sanjib Bubna, Sandhivi ji etc. Kashi Nath ji Gadiya was also present on this occasion. He is the best personality in the textile world.

 

Shikharchand Jain felicitated all those who were present on this glorious 125th anniversary of Hindustan Chambers of Commerce.

 

Maharashtra  Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar is the MLA of Colava. Kalbadevi comes under this. Rahul Narvekar became an MLA for the first time and at the age of 37, he became the youngest Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra. He was born in 1977 in Colava, Mumbai. He did his B.Com and LLB from Mumbai University. He was also a successful lawyer. He has a deep attachment to the Hindustan Chambers of Commerce.

 

Speaking on the occasion, former MLA Raj Purohit appreciated the role played by Kashi Nath Ji Gadiya in the development of Hindustan Chambers of Commerce.

 

He said that it is a matter of pride for the Colava assembly constituency that its MLA got a chance to become the Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.

 

He requested the Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar to help them in resolving the problem of the textile traders, raise their voice in the assembly for them.

 

He said that the digger of GST is hanging on the textile market. GST has been imposed on small commodities. It should be improved.

 

Assembly Speaker Rahul Navekar thanked all the people of Colava region that if all of you had not made us victorious and sent us to the assembly, I would not have got a chance to become the Speaker. I am grateful to you all.

 

It is to be known that Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai is 125 old organization. It was started in the year 1897 in Mumbai with 58 members. Its members are 2,200 business houses of manufacturers, processors, wholesalers, exporters and commission agents engaged in the textile trade. In the pre-independence days, the Chamber actively supported the freedom struggle, the development of nationalist sentiment and the spread of the Swadeshi movement. The Chamber has been awarded the Jamnalal Bajaj Fair Behavior Award for Fair Trade Practices for the years 1999 and 2003.

 

Hindustan Chamber also operates the hospital in public interest. Considering the problem of public health and sanitation, a dispensary was opened in 1960. Now it is a full-fledged dispensary covering various departments like Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Neurology, etc. Apart from this, the facility of pathology and X-ray is also available.

 

The Department of Ayurvedic and Homeopathic is also working under the supervision of experts. This has been done keeping in mind the current trend where there is a constant demand for Ayurvedic and Homeopathic remedies.

 

Free treatment is provided to the weaker sections and arrangements are also made to provide free medicines. Patients who require hospitalization and are unable to afford it, are given direct payments on hospitalization.

 

Hindustan Chamber also runs Marwari Commercial High School and Junior College. Having established itself as a major trade body, the committee realized that apart from the development of business, the basic constraints in the development of the country are education and public health. To bridge this gap, Marwari Commercial High School was established in 1916 with four students. With the passage of time it has grown as both Marwari Commercial High School and Junior College in the stream of commerce with around 2000 students. There is no minimum percentage fixed for admission to help the weaker section of the society. Admissions are open in both Hindi and English medium sections without restriction of caste, creed or religion. Special arrangements have been made to provide computer education. Every year the students are given free medical examination and detailed medical reports are given to them for record and reference. Results in HSC and SSC has been equally excellent.
