मुंबई: महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2026–27 के लिए प्रस्तुत बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए हिन्दुस्तान चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स के अध्यक्ष सुशील गाड़िया ने कहा कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री, जो वित्त मंत्रालय का भी प्रभार संभाल रहे हैं, ने आज विधानसभा में बजट पेश किया। बजट में किसानों, कृषि क्षेत्र और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को राहत देने के लिए कई प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

 

हालांकि, वर्तमान वैश्विक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए टेक्सटाइल उद्योग को बजट से विशेष राहत की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन इस क्षेत्र के लिए कोई ठोस घोषणा नहीं की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रोफेशनल टैक्स समाप्त करने की मांग उद्योग जगत की ओर से कई वर्षों से की जा रही है और इस बजट से इस दिशा में पहल की अपेक्षा थी, लेकिन इसके संबंध में भी कोई प्रस्ताव सामने नहीं आया।

 

गाड़िया ने बजट में 18 मेगा औद्योगिक हब स्थापित करने तथा प्रत्येक जिले में एमएसएमई केंद्र शुरू करने की योजना का स्वागत किया।

 

उन्होंने कहा कि कुल मिलाकर यह बजट उद्योग जगत की अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप नहीं रहा।

Mumbai: Reacting to the Maharashtra government's budget for the year 2026-27, Hindustan Chamber of Commerce President Sushil Gadia said that the state's Chief Minister, who also holds the Finance Ministry portfolio, presented the budget in the Assembly today. The budget contains several provisions to provide relief to farmers, the agricultural sector, and the rural economy.

 

Although the textile industry was expecting special relief from the budget given the current global situation, no concrete announcements were made for this sector. He said that the industry has been demanding the abolition of professional tax for several years, and this budget was expected to take initiatives in this direction, but no proposals were made in this regard.

 

Gadia welcomed the budget's plan to establish 18 mega industrial hubs and establish MSME centers in each district.

 

He said that overall, the budget did not meet the expectations of the industry.
