मुंबई: 2022/10/19: उत्तर भारत में पॉलिएस्टर-कपास (पीसी) यार्न की कीमतों में 10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की कमी आई। कपास की नई फसल की आवक के बीच मांग कमजोर रही। लुधियाना और सूरत में पॉलिएस्टर स्पून यार्न में 2-5 रुपये प्रति किलो की कमी आई है। बुनाई उद्योग की मांग में अभी सुधार नहीं होने से बाजार धारणा कमजोर रही। डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग से खराब मांग के कारण पुनर्चक्रित पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर में भी गिरावट आई।

व्यापार सूत्रों के अनुसार, मांग के अनुकूल नहीं होने के कारण पॉलिएस्टर यार्न और मिश्रित यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट देखी गई। धीमी मांग कमजोर वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था का प्रतिबिंब है। बाजार को निर्यात बाजार से समर्थन मिलता है, जो यार्न व्यापार में कमजोर बाजार भावनाओं का सामना कर रहा है। व्यापारी यह देखने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं कि दिवाली के बाद बाजार की धारणा में सुधार होता है या नहीं। कपड़ा उद्योग त्योहार के बाद गर्मियों के कपड़ों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करता है।

 

व्यापार सूत्रों के अनुसार पॉलिएस्टर-कपास और पॉली स्पून यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट आई है। पीसी यार्न में 10 रुपये प्रति किलो की गिरावट आई। जबकि लुधियाना और सूरत में पॉलिएस्टर स्पून यार्न में 2-5 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की गिरावट आई है। 30 काउंट पीसी कॉम्बेड यार्न (48/52) रुपया 220-230 प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) पर बेचा गया था। 30 काउंट पीसी कार्डेड यार्न (65/35) की कीमत 185-190 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। 20 काउंट पीसी (पुनर्नवीनीकरण-ओ/ई) पीएसएफ यार्न (40/60) 150-160 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था। 30 काउंट पॉली काता सूत 157-165 रुपये प्रति किलो बिका। रिसाइकल्ड पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (PET बॉटल फाइबर) 85-87 रुपये प्रति किलो था। गुजरात के सूरत बाजार में 30 काउंट पॉली स्पून यार्न 138-143 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) और 40 काउंट पॉली स्पून यार्न 153-153 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था।

 

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने पहले चालू सप्ताह के लिए शुद्ध टेरेफ्थेलिक एसिड (पीटीए), मोनोएथिलीन ग्लाइकॉल (एमईजी) और एमईएलटी की कीमतों में कमी की थी। शुक्रवार को, आरआईएल ने कीमतें तय की थीं: पीटीए 86 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (-1.80), एमईजी 55.70 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (-0.50) और एमईएलटी 92.90 रुपये (-1.72) प्रति किलोग्राम। इस महीने की शुरुआत में, चालू पखवाड़े के लिए पीएसएफ की कीमत 107 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी।

 

उत्तर भारतीय राज्यों में कपास की कीमतों में तेजी देखी गई क्योंकि आवक सीमित रही और बेमौसम बारिश के कारण महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात के कुछ हिस्सों में फसल की आवक में देरी की अटकलें थीं। कारोबारियों के मुताबिक उत्तर भारतीय क्षेत्र में कपास की आवक 170 किलो की 15,000-16,000 गांठ रही। कपास की कीमतों में 20-40 रुपये प्रति मन 37.2 किलोग्राम की कमी आई है। हरियाणा, पंजाब और राजस्थान में रेडी डिलीवरी के लिए कपास की कीमत 6,950-7,040 रुपये प्रति मन थी।

PC, poly yarn prices decline in India

 

Mumbai: 2022/10/19: Polyester-cotton (PC) yarn prices eased by Rs 10 per kg in north India as demand remained weak amid new cotton crop arrival. Polyester spun yarn decreased by Rs 2-5 per kg in Ludhiana and Surat. Market sentiments remained weak as demand from weaving industry has not improved yet. Recycled polyester fibre also declined due to poor demand from downstream industry.

According to trade sources, polyester yarn and blended yarn prices witnessed a downward trend as demand was not supportive.

 

Slower demand is the reflection of the weak global economy. The market gets support from the export market, which is experiencing dampened market sentiments in yarn trade. Traders are waiting to see if market sentiments improve after Diwali. The textile industry focusses on summer garments after the festival.

 

According to trade sources, polyester-cotton and poly spun yarn prices have declined. PC yarn fell by Rs 10 per kg. While polyester spun yarn declined by Rs 2-5 per kg in Ludhiana and Surat. 30 count PC combed yarn (48/52) was sold at ₹220-230 per kg (GST inclusive). 30 count PC carded yarn (65/35) was priced at Rs 185-190 per kg. 20 count PC (recycled-O/E) PSF yarn (40/60) was traded at Rs 150-160 per kg. 30 count poly spun yarn was sold at Rs 157-165 per kg. Recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was at Rs 85-87 per kg. 30 count poly spun yarn was traded at Rs 138-143 per kg (GST extra) and 40 count poly spun yarn at Rs 153-153 per kg in the Surat market of Gujarat.

 

Reliance Industries Limited had earlier decreased prices of purified terephthalic acid (PTA), monoethylene glycol (MEG) and MELT for the current week. On Friday, RIL had fixed prices as: PTA at Rs 86 per kg (-1.80), MEG at Rs 55.70 per kg (-0.50) and MELT at Rs 92.90 (-1.72) per kg. Earlier this month, PSF was priced at Rs 107 per kg for the current fortnight.

 

North Indian states witnessed an upward trend in cotton prices as arrival remained limited and there were speculations of delay in crop arrival in Maharashtra and some parts of Gujarat due to unseasonal rains. According to traders, cotton arrival was 15,000-16,000 bales of 170 kg in the north Indian region. Cotton prices decreased by Rs 20-40 per maund of 37.2 kg. Cotton was traded at Rs 6,950-7,040 per maund for ready delivery in Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
