मुंबई: 18 नवंबर 2022: कमजोर बाजार धारणा के बीच दक्षिण भारत में सूती धागे की कीमतें आज स्थिर रहीं। मूल कच्चे माल का कारोबार पिछली कीमतों पर किया गया क्योंकि डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग से मांग कम थी। बाजार सूत्रों ने कहा।

 

अंतिम उपभोक्ताओं की अनुपस्थिति में संपूर्ण मूल्य श्रृंखला में खरीदार सतर्क थे। विभिन्न स्तरों पर मूल्य असमानता भी उद्योग के लिए चिंता का एक कारण थी।

 

खरीदारों के नदारद रहने से मुंबई के बाजार में स्थिरता का रुख देखा गया। बुनाई उद्योग से मांग और भी कम हो गई। उन्हें परिधान इकाइयों से समर्थन नहीं मिल रहा था। कारोबारी और निर्माण इकाइयां ताजा खरीद को लेकर काफी सतर्क हैं। वे अपने स्टॉक का निर्माण नहीं करना चाहते हैं।

 

मुंबई में, ताने और बाने की किस्मों के 60 गिनती वाले सूती धागे का कारोबार क्रमशः 1,720-1,770 रुपये और 1,650-1,670 रुपये प्रति 5 किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) पर हुआ। 60 कंघे वाले ताने की कीमत 360-365 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। 80 कार्डेड (वेट) कॉटन यार्न 1,540-1,580 रुपये प्रति 4.5 किलोग्राम पर बिका। 44/46 काउंट कार्डेड कॉटन यार्न (वार्प) की कीमत 318-323 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम थी। 40/41 काउंट कार्डेड कॉटन यार्न (ताना) 305-310 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40/41 काउंट कार्डेड कॉटन यार्न (वार्प) 325-330 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से बेचा गया।

 

तिरुपुर बाजार में सूती धागे की कीमतें भी स्थिर रहीं। मौसमी प्रभाव के कारण सीमित खरीदारी गतिविधि थी, लेकिन खरीदार खरीदारी को लेकर सतर्क थे। व्यापारियों ने कहा कि कपड़ा मूल्य श्रृंखला में असमानता उद्योग के लिए अच्छी नहीं है। आज, तिरुपुर बाजार में 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड सूती धागे का कारोबार 305-310 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त), 34 काउंट कॉम्बेड 315-320 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40 काउंट कॉम्बेड 320-325 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर हुआ। 30 काउंट कार्डेड सूती धागे 275-280 रुपये प्रति किलो, 34 काउंट कार्डेड 282-285 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40 काउंट कार्डेड 292-295 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से बिके।

 

गुजरात में, इस सप्ताह की शुरुआत में बढ़ोतरी के बाद कपास की कीमतों में गिरावट आई क्योंकि घरेलू और वैश्विक वायदा में कमोडिटी का कारोबार कम था। कारोबारियों के मुताबिक, कताई मिलें कपास खरीद रही थीं, लेकिन वे पूरी मूल्य श्रृंखला में बनी असमानता के कारण बहुत सतर्क और गणनात्मक हैं। कपास के 356 किलोग्राम प्रति कैंडी के दाम 500-800 रुपये तक गिरे। गुजरात में कपास की कीमत 68,500-69,500 रुपये प्रति कैंडी दर्ज की गई। गुजरात में कपास की आवक विवाद का विषय बनी रही क्योंकि कुछ व्यापारियों ने अनुमान लगाया कि यह 170 किलोग्राम की 20,000-25,000 गांठें हैं, जबकि अन्य ने 34,000-40,000 गांठों का अनुमान लगाया है।

Mumbai: 18 Nov 2022: Cotton yarn prices remained stable today  in South India amid weak market sentiments. The basic raw material was traded at previous prices because demand from the downstream industry was low. Market sources said.

 

Buyers in the entire value chain were cautious in the absence of end consumers. Price disparity at various levels was also the one of the causes for concern for the industry.

 

The Mumbai market witnessed a steady trend as buyers remained absent. Demand from the weaving industry further dampened as they were not getting support from garment units. Traders and manufacturing units were very cautious about fresh buying. They do not want to build up their stocks.

 

In Mumbai, 60 count carded cotton yarn of warp and weft varieties were traded at Rs1,720-1,770 and Rs1,650-1,670 per 5 kg (GST extra) respectively. 60 combed warp was priced at Rs360-365 per kg. 80 carded (weft) cotton yarn was sold at Rs1,540-1,580 per 4.5 kg. 44/46 count carded cotton yarn (warp) was priced at Rs318-323 per kg. 40/41 count carded cotton yarn (warp) was sold at Rs305-310 per kg and 40/41 count combed yarn (warp) was priced at Rs325-330 per kg.

 

Cotton yarn prices also remained stable in the Tiruppur market. There was limited buying activity due to seasonal impact, but buyers were cautious about the purchases. Traders said that the disparity in textile value chain was not good for the industry. Today, 30 count combed cotton yarn was traded at Rs305-310 per kg (GST extra), 34 count combed at Rs315-320 per kg and 40 count combed at Rs320-325 per kg in the Tiruppur market. Cotton yarn of 30 count carded was sold at Rs275-280 per kg, 34 count carded at Rs282-285 per kg and 40 count carded at Rs292-295 per kg.

 

In Gujarat, cotton prices eased after a hike in the beginning of this week as the commodity was traded lower in domestic and global futures. According to the traders, spinning mills were buying cotton but they are very cautious and calculative due to the disparity persisting in the entire value chain. Cotton prices came down by Rs500-800 per candy of 356 kg. Cotton prices were noted at Rs68,500-69,500 per candy in Gujarat. Gujarat’s cotton arrival remained a topic of dispute as some traders estimated it at 20,000-25,000 bales of 170 kg, while others estimated it at 34,000-40,000 bales.
