Textile industry needs to provided with world class facilities ।। टेक्‍सटाइल उद्योग के विकास के लिए उसे विश्‍वस्‍तरीय सुविधा देनी पड़ेगी: Shikharchand Jain, President Hindustan Chamber of Commerce

 

मुंबई: अगर सरकार चाहती है कि भारतीय टेक्‍सटाइल उद्योग का विकास हो तो सरकार को विश्‍वस्‍तरीय सुविधा देनी पड़ेगी। हिंदुस्‍तान चैम्‍बर  ऑफ कामर्स के अध्‍यक्ष शिखरचंद जैन ने सरकार से अनुरोध किया।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि बैंकों का व्‍याज कम होना चाहिए ताकि व्‍यापारियों की परेशानी न बढ़े।  व्‍याज बढने से महगाई कम नहीं होगी। पेट्रोल और डीजल  के दाम बढने से परिवहन का खर्च बढ़ जाता है। इससे भी महगाई बढ़ती है। इससे करेंसी का अवमुल्‍यन होता है। इससे एक दुष्‍चक्र की शुरुआत होती है।  

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि आज अनाज और साग सब्‍जी सस्‍ती हैं। फिर किस बात के लिए महगाई बढ़ रही है? मंहगाई बढ़ने का कारण बैंको के सूद का रेट है। इसे घटाया जाना चाहिए।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि आज भारत में टेक्‍नोलॉजी के  आधुनिकीकरण के हेतु जो विदेशी मशीने आ रही हैं, उस पर जो व्‍याज का रेट है, उसे घटाया जाना चाहिए। उसका स्‍तर अंतराष्‍ट्री होना चाहिए। उसे २ से ३ प्रतिशत होना चाहिए। इससे हमारे य‍हां तकनीकी ज्ञान बढेगा। आधुनिकीकरण की होर लगेगी। मेक इन इंडिया का अभियान सफल होगा। हम भारतीय उत्‍पादक क्‍वालिटी का माल बना सकेंगे।

 

उनहोंने कहा कि आज हमारे देश में श्रमिक कानून बेहद खराब है। आज उद्योग के अनूकूल वातावरण बनाने की जरूरत है। दशकों से आ रही परंपराओं को तोड़ने की जरूरत है। हमे चीन से इस मामले में प्रेरणा लेने की जरूरत है। चीन सारे संसार में क्‍यों छा गया? क्‍योंकि उनका माल सस्‍ता गिरता है। उन्‍हें सरकार से सबसीडी मिलती है। आज वहां का  श्रमिक कानून उन्‍हें परेशान नहीं करता है। यदि सरकार निति बनाने में और बजट पेश करने में इन बातों का ध्‍यान देगी तो हमारे पास भी चीन से मुकाबला करने की पोटेंसी है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि सरकार ने हमे मोरेटोरियम दिया। मगर उससे हमारा काम नहीं चलता है। २१ महीनों तक लगातार मुंबई बंद रहा। इससे व्‍यापार की मट्टी पलीत हो गई। हमारा सारा व्‍यापार चौपट हो गया और बैंकों ने अपना सारा व्‍याज वसूल किया। हमारी कुछ व्‍यावहारिक कठिनाईयां हैं। उन पर नज़रेशानी की जरूरत है। सरकार का निर्यात बढ़ गया मगर टेक्‍सटाइल के मामले में वह सिमट गया। अगर आप चाहते हैं कि टेक्‍सटाइल उद्योग का विकास हो तो आपको विश्‍वस्‍तरीय सुविधा देनी पड़ेगी।

Mumbai: If the government wants the Indian textile industry to develop, then the government will have to provide world class facilities. Shikharchand Jain, president of the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, requested the government.

 

He said that the interest of the banks should be reduced so that the problems of the traders may not increase. Inflation will not reduce by increasing interest. The cost of transportation increases due to increase in the prices of petrol and diesel. Inflation increases even more than this. This devalues the currency. This starts a vicious cycle.

 

He said that grains and vegetables are cheap today. Then why is inflation increasing? The reason for rising inflation is the rate of interest of the banks. It should be reduced.

 

He said that the rate of interest on the foreign machines that are coming to India today for the modernization of technology should be reduced. Its standard should be international. It should be 2 to 3 percent. This will increase our technical knowledge here. There will be a call for modernization. Make in India campaign will be successful. We will be able to make Indian producer quality goods.

 

He said that today the labor law in our country is very bad. Today there is a need to create an industry friendly environment. There is a need to break the traditions that have been coming for decades. We need to take inspiration from China in this matter. Why did China dominate the whole world? Because their goods fall cheap. They get subsidy from the government. Today the labor law there does not bother them. If the government pays attention to these things while making policies and presenting the budget, then we also have the potential to compete with China.

 

He said that the government has given us a moratorium. But that doesn't help us. Mumbai remained closed continuously for 21 months. Due to this the soil of the business got destroyed. All our business collapsed and the banks recovered all their dues. We have some practical difficulties. They need to be looked after. The government's exports increased but in the case of textiles it decreased. If you want the textile industry to grow, you have to provide global facilities.
