ढाका : 16 फरवरी 2023:  डिजिटल टेक्सटाइल और इंकजेट प्रिंटर के अग्रणी निर्माता, भारत स्थित ColorJet Group ने DTG-ढाका में चल रहे Int'l टेक्सटाइल एंड गारमेंट मशीनरी प्रदर्शनी 2023 में बांग्लादेश बाज़ार के लिए  अर्थ सीरीज़ नामक अपना टिकाऊ पिगमेंट प्रिंटिंग समाधान पेश किया है। ColorJet  ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा।

 

अर्थ सीरीज़ डिजिटल टेक्सटाइल प्रिंटिंग में एक उन्नत टिकाऊ पिगमेंट-प्रिंटिंग समाधान है, जो पानी और ऊर्जा की खपत को कम करता है, जिससे पर्यावरण पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है। कंपनी को पहले ITME 2022 में सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद प्राप्त मिला था।

 

कलरजेट अर्थ पिगमेंट इंक रिएक्टिव, एसिड या डायरेक्ट डिस्पर्स डिजिटल प्रिंटिंग के लिए अधिक जटिल प्रक्रिया की तुलना में केवल हीट फिक्सेशन द्वारा उत्कृष्ट स्थिरता गुण और उच्च प्रिंट करने की क्षमता प्रदान करते हैं। ये उच्च-प्रदर्शन डिजिटल वर्णक स्याही लगभग किसी भी प्रकार के कपड़े पर तेज, टिकाऊ और लागत-प्रतिस्पर्धी औद्योगिक कपड़ा छपाई के लिए एक नवीन बाइंडर तकनीक पर काम करते हैं।

 

अर्थ सीरीज़ तीन मॉडल- 32, 16, और 8- इंकजेट के साथ आती है, जो कोनिका मिनोल्टा प्रिंट हेड्स द्वारा संचालित है और ColorJet की तीन नई तकनीकों- किलोटन, पर्ज प्लस और ऑस्की प्लस को भी जोड़ती है।

ColorJet introduces eco-friendly printing solution at DTG Dhaka 2023

 

Dhaka : 16 Feb 2023: India-based ColorJet Group, leading manufacturer of digital textile and inkjet printers, has introduced its sustainable pigment printing solution called the Earth Series at the ongoing DTG-Dhaka Int'l Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition 2023 for the Bangladesh market. ColorJet said in a press release.

 

The Earth Series is an advanced sustainable pigment-printing solution in digital textile printing, which minimises the consumption of water and energy, positively impacting the environment. The company was received positively at ITME 2022 earlier.

 

ColorJet Earth Pigment Inks deliver excellent fastness properties and high printability sharpness by heat fixation only compared to the more complex process for reactive, acid, or direct disperse digital printing. These high-performance digital pigment inks work on an innovative binder technology for fast, sustainable, and cost-competitive industrial textile printing on almost any type of fabric.

 

The Earth series comes with three models—32, 16, and 8—inkjet powered by Konica Minolta print heads and also combines ColorJet’s three new technologies—Kiloton, Purge Plus, and Osci Plus.
