मुंबई: 18 फरवरी 2023: वित्त वर्ष 2022-23  के पहले दस महीनों में सभी वस्त्रों के रेडीमेड परिधान (आरएमजी) का भारत का निर्यात 5.22 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 13,335 मिलियन डॉलर हो गया। भारत के वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय के तहत वाणिज्य विभाग द्वारा जारी किए गए आंकड़े कहते हैं।

 

पिछले वर्ष की इसी अवधि में आरएमजी निर्यात 12,673 मिलियन डॉलर दर्ज किया गया था। सूती धागे, कपड़े, मेड-अप और हथकरघा उत्पादों का निर्यात अप्रैल-जनवरी 2023 में 28.74 प्रतिशत घटकर 9,044.38 मिलियन डॉलर रहा, जो पिछले वित्त वर्ष की इसी अवधि में 12,692.75 मिलियन डॉलर था। पिछले वित्त वर्ष की समान अवधि में कालीन निर्यात 23.14 प्रतिशत घटकर 1,504.25 मिलियन डॉलर से 1,156.18 मिलियन डॉलर रह गया।

 

मानव निर्मित यार्न, कपड़े और मेड अप का निर्यात इसी अवधि में 11.52 प्रतिशत साल-दर-साल (YoY) घटकर 4,606.30 मिलियन डॉलर से 4,075.54 मिलियन डॉलर हो गया।

  

जनवरी 2023 में भारत का आरएमजी निर्यात 3.48 प्रतिशत घटकर 1,492.98 मिलियन डॉलर हो गया। पिछले वर्ष की समान अवधि में निर्यात 1,546.82 मिलियन डॉलर दर्ज किया गया था। सूती धागे, कपड़े, मेड-अप और हथकरघा उत्पादों का निर्यात 1,388.94 मिलियन डॉलर से 37.42 प्रतिशत घटकर 869.26 मिलियन डॉलर रह गया। इसी अवधि में कालीन निर्यात 144.59 मिलियन डॉलर से 27.42 प्रतिशत घटकर 104.95 मिलियन डॉलर रह गया। मानव निर्मित धागे, कपड़े और मेड अप का निर्यात इसी अवधि के 503.01 मिलियन डॉलर से 21.12 प्रतिशत घटकर 396.77 मिलियन डॉलर रह गया।

 

जनवरी 2023 में भारत का कुल निर्यात (वस्तुओं और सेवाओं को मिलाकर) 65.15 अरब डॉलर रहने का अनुमान लगाया गया है, जो पिछले साल की समान अवधि की तुलना में 14.58 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्शाता है। जनवरी में कुल आयात 66.42 अरब डॉलर रहने का अनुमान है, जो पिछले साल की समान अवधि के मुकाबले 0.94 फीसदी अधिक है।

 

अप्रैल 2022-जनवरी 2023 के दौरान, भारत का माल और सेवाओं का निर्यात पिछले वर्ष की इसी अवधि के दौरान 546.55 बिलियन डॉलर के शिपमेंट के मुकाबले 17.33 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 641.24 बिलियन डॉलर तक पहुंच गया। इसी अवधि के दौरान कुल आयात भी 22.92 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 612.75 अरब डॉलर से 753.19 अरब डॉलर हो गया।

RMG exports of India  up 5.22% to $13.3 bn in Apr-Jan FY23

Mumbai: 18 Feb 2023:  India’s exports of readymade garment (RMG) of all textiles increased by 5.22 per cent to $13,335 million in the first ten months of fiscal 2022-23 (FY23, April 2022 to January 2023). The data released by the department of commerce under India’s ministry of commerce and industry says.

 

 RMG exports were noted at $12,673 million in the same period of the previous year.

 

The exports of cotton yarn, fabrics, made-ups, and handloom products declined by 28.74 per cent to $9,044.38 million in April-January 2023 from $12,692.75 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

 

Carpet exports came down by 23.14 per cent to $1,156.18 million from $1,504.25 million in the same period in the last fiscal.

 

Man-made yarn, fabrics and made ups exports went down by 11.52 per cent year-over-year (YoY) to $4,075.54 million from $4,606.30 million in the same period.

  

India’s RMG exports decreased by 3.48 per cent to $1,492.98 million in January 2023. The exports were noted at $1,546.82 million in the same period of last year. The exports of cotton yarn, fabrics, made-ups, and handloom products declined by 37.42 per cent YoY to $869.26 million from $1,388.94 million. Carpet exports fell by 27.42 per cent to $104.95 million from $144.59 million in the same period. Man-made yarn, fabrics and made ups exports came down by 21.12 per cent to $396.77 million from $503.01 million in the same period.

 

India’s overall exports (merchandise and services combined) in January 2023 are estimated at $65.15 billion, exhibiting a growth of 14.58 per cent over the same period last year. Overall imports in January are estimated at $66.42 billion, which was 0.94 per cent higher over the same period last year.

 

During April 2022-January 2023, India’s exports of merchandise and services increased 17.33 per cent to reach $641.24 billion against the shipment of $546.55 billion during the corresponding period of last year. Overall imports also increased by 22.92 per cent to $753.19 billion from $612.75 billion during the same period.
