मुंबई : 2023/07/11: आपूर्ति पक्ष की गतिशीलता में बदलाव के कारण पॉलिएस्टर-कपास, पॉलिएस्टर और विस्कोस यार्न की कीमतों में मिश्रित रुझान देखा गया। दोनों प्रकार के धागों की मांग बहुत उत्साहजनक नहीं थी। व्यापार सूत्रों ने कहा.

 

कमजोर मांग के कारण लुधियाना बाजार में पीसी यार्न की कीमतों में 2-3 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की गिरावट आई है। हालाँकि, पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न बाजार में स्थिर रहा। सूरत बाजार में पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न में भी स्थिर रुझान देखा गया।  व्यापारियों को गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेश (क्यूसीओ) के कारण आपूर्ति में व्यवधान के कारण कीमतों में वृद्धि की उम्मीद थी। दूसरी ओर, मुंबई में विस्कोस वर्टेक्स यार्न में नरमी आई, जबकि रिंग फ्रेम कॉम्पैक्ट विस्कोस यार्न स्थिर रहा। विस्कोस वर्टेक्स यार्न के अधिक आयात से इसकी कीमतों में गिरावट आ सकती है।

 

लुधियाना बाजार में, पीसी यार्न में मंदी का दौर देखा गया और कीमतें 3-4 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम कम हो गईं। बुनाई उद्योग की सुस्त मांग ने कीमत में गिरावट में योगदान दिया। हालाँकि, पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न की कीमतें स्थिर रहीं। एक व्यापारी ने कहा, "बाजार में पीसी यार्न की कमजोर मांग देखी गई, जिससे कीमतों में गिरावट आई। हालांकि पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न की मांग थोड़ी बेहतर थी, लेकिन इसकी कीमतों को समर्थन नहीं मिला।" क्यूसीओ के कार्यान्वयन के बाद व्यापारियों ने पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं देखा।

 

लुधियाना में, 30 काउंट पीसी कॉम्ब्ड यार्न (48/52) की कीमत घटकर 193-204 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) हो गई; 30 काउंट पीसी कार्डेड यार्न (65/35) 185-190 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर स्थिर रहा; और 30 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न का कारोबार 154-162 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) पर स्थिर रहा। पुनर्चक्रित पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (पीईटी बोतल फाइबर) लगातार 71-74 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर बोला गया।

 

सूरत के बाजार में भी पॉली स्पन यार्न में स्थिर रुझान देखा गया। व्यापार सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बाजार में कोई तेजी नहीं देखी गई, लेकिन क्यूसीओ के कारण संभावित आपूर्ति व्यवधान के कारण आने वाले हफ्तों में कीमतें बढ़ सकती हैं। 30 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न की कीमत 136-137 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी को छोड़कर) पर कारोबार करती थी, जबकि 40 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न 150-152 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार करती थी। सूरत में 30 काउंट विस्कोस कॉम्पैक्ट यार्न (स्थानीय) की कीमत 204-205 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी को छोड़कर) नोट की गई।

 

हालांकि, मुंबई बाजार में विस्कोस वर्टेक्स यार्न में 2-3 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की कमी देखी गई। आयातित वर्टेक्स यार्न 180-185 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर बेचा गया, जबकि स्थानीय रिंग स्पन यार्न 197-198 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर स्थिर रहा। व्यापारियों ने कहा कि आयातकों ने बड़ी मात्रा में बुकिंग की है, और जब शिपमेंट भारतीय बाजार में पहुंचेगा तो वर्टेक्स विस्कोस यार्न की कीमतें और कम हो सकती हैं।

 

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (आरआईएल) ने पीटीए के लिए कीमतें 83.40 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (0.90 रुपये की वृद्धि), एमईजी के लिए 48.20 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (अपरिवर्तित) और एमईएलटी के लिए 88.11 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (0.77 रुपये की वृद्धि) निर्धारित की हैं। पॉलिएस्टर कच्चे माल का मूल्य निर्धारण पिछले शनिवार से प्रभावी हुआ। जुलाई 2023 के पहले पखवाड़े के लिए, कंपनी ने पॉलिएस्टर स्टेपल फाइबर (PSF) की कीमतें 102 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर बनाए रखीं।

 

पिछले दो दिनों में गिरावट के बाद उत्तर भारतीय कपास की कीमतों में सुधार हुआ। आईसीई कॉटन के मजबूत संकेतों के कारण कीमतों में 37.2 किलोग्राम प्रति मन 50-60 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी हुई। व्यापार सूत्रों के अनुसार, कताई मिलें नियमित रूप से कपास खरीद रही थीं, लेकिन बड़ी मात्रा में नहीं क्योंकि उन्हें कीमतों में महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि की उम्मीद नहीं थी। पंजाब में 37.2 किलोग्राम प्राकृतिक फाइबर का कारोबार 5,825-5,925 रुपये प्रति मन, हरियाणा में 5,625-5,725 रुपये प्रति मन और ऊपरी राजस्थान में 5,925-6,050 रुपये प्रति मन हुआ। निचले राजस्थान में यह 356 किलोग्राम की प्रति कैंडी 54,500-56,000 रुपये पर बिकी.

PC cotton yarn prices decline in Ludhiana, viscose vertex yarn eases

Mumbai : 2023/07/11: The prices of polyester-cotton, polyester, and viscose yarn showed mixed trends due to changes in the supply side dynamics. Demand for both types of yarn was not very encouraging. Trade sources said.

 

In the Ludhiana market, PC yarn prices decreased by Rs 2-3 per kg due to poor demand. However, polyester spun yarn remained stable in the market. The Surat market also saw a stable trend in polyester spun yarn, but traders expected an increase in prices due to supply disruptions caused by the quality control order (QCO). On the other hand, viscose vertex yarn eased in Mumbai, while ring frame compact viscose yarn remained stable. The higher import of viscose vertex yarn may lead to a decline in its prices.

 

In the Ludhiana market, PC yarn experienced a bearish tone, with prices trading lower by Rs 3-4 per kg. The sluggish demand from the weaving industry contributed to the price decline. However, polyester spun yarn prices remained steady. A trader said, "The market observed poor demand for PC yarn, which led to a decline in prices. Although there was slightly better demand for polyester spun yarn, its prices did not find support." Traders did not see any impact on polyester spun yarn following the implementation of the QCO.

 

In Ludhiana, the price of 30 count PC combed yarn (48/52) eased to Rs 193-204 per kg (inclusive of GST); 30 count PC carded yarn (65/35) remained stable at Rs 185-190 per kg; and 30 count poly spun yarn traded steadily at Rs 154-162 per kg (inclusive of GST). Recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was quoted steadily at Rs 71-74 per kg.

 

The Surat market also witnessed a steady trend in poly spun yarn. According to trade sources, the market did not see any upward movement, but prices may increase in the coming weeks due to possible supply disruptions caused by the QCO. The price of 30 count poly spun yarn traded at Rs 136-137 per kg (excluding GST), while 40 count poly spun yarn traded at Rs 150-152 per kg. In Surat, the price of 30 count viscose compact yarn (local) was noted at Rs 204-205 per kg (excluding GST).

 

However, the Mumbai market experienced a decrease of Rs 2-3 per kg in viscose vertex yarn. Imported vertex yarn was sold at Rs 180-185 per kg, while local ring spun yarn remained steady at Rs 197-198 per kg. Traders said that importers have booked a large quantity, and the prices of vertex viscose yarn may decrease further when shipments reach the Indian market.

 

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has set prices for PTA at Rs 83.40 per kg (an increase of Rs 0.90), MEG at Rs 48.20 per kg (unchanged), and MELT at Rs 88.11 per kg (an increase of Rs 0.77). The pricing of polyester raw materials took effect last Saturday. For the first fortnight of July 2023, the company maintained the prices of polyester staple fibre (PSF) at Rs 102 per kg.

 

After a decline in the past two days, north Indian cotton prices recovered. The prices increased by Rs 50-60 per maund of 37.2 kg due to strong signals from ICE cotton. According to trade sources, spinning mills were regularly purchasing cotton but not in large quantities as they did not expect significant price increases. Natural fibre was traded at Rs 5,825-5,925 per maund of 37.2 kg in Punjab, Rs 5,625-5,725 per maund in Haryana, and Rs 5,925-6,050 per maund in upper Rajasthan. In Lower Rajasthan, it was sold at Rs 54,500-56,000 per candy of 356 kg.
