ITME India previews Africa & ME Textile Expo in Mumbai !! आईटीएमई इंडिया ने मुंबई में अफ्रीका और एमई टेक्सटाइल एक्सपो का पूर्वावलोकन किया

मुंबई: अक्तूबर 11, 2023: इंटरनेशनल टेक्सटाइल मशीनरी एग्जिबिशन (आईटीएमई) सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया ने आज मुंबई में आगामी टेक्सटाइल मशीनरी प्रदर्शनी – जो अफ्रीकी देश केन्‍या की राजधानी नाइरोबी में आयोजित किया जाएगा, उसकी एक झलक प्रस्‍तुत की। इसमें जिन वक्‍ताओं ने भाग लिया उसमें ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया  के चेयरमैन केतन सांघवी, टेक्‍सटाइल इंडस्‍ट्री एक्‍सपर्ट उपदीप सिंह,  ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया  के ट्रेजरर एस सेंथिल कुमार, बलबिंदर सिंह साहनी, खोसला प्रोफिल के चेयरमैन एंड एमडी प्रमोद खोसला, SUVIN  के एमडी अविनास मयेकर और ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया के एग्‍जेक्‍यूटिव डायरेक्‍टर सीमा श्रीवास्‍तव प्रमुख थे ।  

 

ITME प्रदर्शनी प्रदर्शनी 30 नवंबर से 2 दिसंबर, 2023 तक केन्याटा इंटरनेशनल कन्वेंशन सेंटर, नैरोबी, केन्या में आयोजित की जाएगी। यह एक ऐसा आयोजन है जो कपड़ा उद्योग के परिदृश्य को फिर से परिभाषित करने के लिए तैयार है। यह भारतीय कंपनियों को पूरे अफ्रीका में नए संबंधों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक गतिशील मंच प्रदान करगा। यह एक अनूठे और विशिष्ट व्यापार मेले के दूसरे संस्करण की एक झलक देगा।

आज ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया ने जिस  विषय पर चर्चा की वही थी 'वस्त्र प्रौद्योगिकी और इंजीनियरिंग के लिए अफ्रीका खास कर केन्‍या में क्‍या संभावनाएं  हैं।

 

 

ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया  के चेयरमैन केतन सांघवी ने कहा कि अफ्रीका मे सौ से ज्‍यादा कंपनियां हैं जो हमसे व्‍यापार करना चाहते हैं। टेक्‍सटाइल और उसकी मशीन उत्‍पादकों के लिए अफ्रीकी देशों में और मध्‍य पूर्व के देशों में अत्‍यधिक संभावनाएं हैं। हम केन्‍या को एक नए बाजार की तरह दोहन कर सकते हैं। इनोवेटिव टेक्‍सटाइल टेक्‍नोलोजी और इंजिनियरिंग सोल्‍यूशंस के क्षेत्र वहां संभावनाएं हैं। हम उनके साथ ज्‍वाइंट वेंचर कर सकते हैं। केन्‍या में संभावनाएं तलाश कर सकते हैं। वह हमारा नया बिजनेस डेस्टिनेशन हो सकता है।

 

उन्‍होंने कहा कि नैरोबी, केन्या में आयोजित इस प्रदर्शनी में दुनियां के २३ अन्‍य देश भी भाग ले रहे हैं। इसमें भारत, आस्‍ट्रीया, बेनिन, चीन, इजिप्‍ट, इथियोपिया, जर्मनी, घाना, इटली, जॉर्डन, कीनिया, नाइजिरिया, युगांडा, साउथ अफ्रीका, स्‍पेन, ताइवान, टोगो, टर्की, टयूनिसिया, यूएसए, जाम्‍बिया आदि प्रमुख हैं। आज जरूरत है कि हम अफ्रीका के साथ व्‍यापारिक वातावरण बनाएं, ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट करें, उन्‍हें आवश्‍यक सहयोग प्रदान करें, उन्‍हें उत्‍साहित करें कि वे टेक्‍सटाइल उद्योग लगा सकें। इसमें हम दोनों को पारस्‍परिक लाभ मिलेगा। भारत का टेक्‍सटाइल और इंजिनियरिंग उद्योग में वह पोटेंसी है कि हम इस शुरुआती संवंध को एक लंबे टिकने वाले संवंध में बदल सकते हैं।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि यह एक त्रिदिवसीय अधिवेशन होगा। इसमें टेक्‍नीकल और फाइनांसियल टॉपिक्‍स पर  पैनेल डिस्‍कसंस और इंटरएक्‍टिव सेसंस भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे। रिनाउंड स्‍पीकर और इंडस्‍ट्री स्‍टालवार्ट उनको को सुनने और उनके साथ इंटरएक्‍ट करने को यह अवसर होगा, जो टेक्‍सटाइल और इंजिनियरिंग उद्योग के क्षेत्र में उनकी जानकारी और स्‍किल को बढ़ाएंगे। केन्‍या के डोमेस्‍टिक टेक्‍सटाइल इंडस्‍ट्री में सरकारी नीतियों का लाभ उठा कर कैसे आगे बढा जाय, इसपर भी प्रकाश डाला जाएगा। फाइनांसियल सोल्‍यूशंस और टेक्‍नोलाजी अपग्रेडेशन पर भी प्रकाश डाला जाएगा।

ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया के चेयरमैन केतन सांघवी ने मंच पर प्रोफिल के चेयरमैन एंड एमडी प्रमोद खोसला का स्‍वागत किया । श्री खोसला ने १९७७ में अपने केरियर शुरू किया। अगले दो वर्षों में उन्‍होंने अपनी कंपनी शुरू कर दी। वे आज टेक्‍नीकल टेक्‍सटाइल उद्योग के बड़े और सफल प्‍लेयर हैं। इनका उत्‍पाद दुनियां के ६० देशों में बिकते हैं।

ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया के ट्रेजरर एस सेथिल कुमार ने उपदीप सिंह का स्‍वागत किया। कपड़ा उद्योग विशेषज्ञ उपदीप सिंह इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य वक्ता रहे। उन्‍होंने कहा कि भारतीय टेक्‍सटाइल मशीनों के लिए अफ्रीका महादेश में बहुत संभावनाएं हैं।  

 

इस आयोजन को भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय और कपड़ा मंत्रालय के साथ-साथ केन्या के निवेश, व्यापार और उद्योग मंत्रालय का समर्थन प्राप्त है। हस्ताक्षर प्रदर्शनी इस दशक में कपड़ा, कपड़ा इंजीनियरिंग और सहायक और संबद्ध उद्योगों में असीमित व्यापार, सोर्सिंग, सहयोग और निवेश के अवसर खोलकर अफ्रीका और मध्य पूर्व के कपड़ा उद्योग को बदलने में मदद करेगी।

 

आईटीएमई अफ्रीका और एमई का यह संस्करण भारत और केन्या सहित 23 भाग लेने वाले देशों की मेजबानी करेगा। यह कपड़ा प्रौद्योगिकी में वैश्विक नेता के रूप में भारत की स्थिति को ऊपर उठाएगा। यह  अफ्रीकी और मध्य पूर्वी उद्योगों को आधुनिकीकरण और नवाचार को अपनाने के लिए सशक्त बनाएगा।

 

 इस आयोजन में सरकारी निकायों, कपड़ा व्यवसायों, मशीनरी आपूर्तिकर्ताओं, उपकरण निर्माताओं, मीडिया घरानों के साथ-साथ कपड़ा व्यापारियों और उनके विभिन्न हितधारकों ने भाग लिया। इस सम्‍मेलन में लगभग १०० लोग सम्‍मलित हुए । यह कारीक्रम ITME सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया के कार्यालय में ही आयोजित किया गया।  

 

 

ITME India previews Africa & ME Textile Expo in Mumbai

 

Mumbai: October 11, 2023: The International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITME) Society of India today presented a glimpse of the upcoming textile machinery exhibition in Mumbai – to be held in Nairobi, the capital of the African country Kenya. The speakers who participated included Ketan Sanghvi, Chairman of ITME Society of India, Textile Industry Expert Updeep Singh, Treasurer of ITME Society of India S Senthil Kumar,  Balbinder Singh Sahni, Pramod Khosla, Chairman and MD of Khosla Profile, Avinas Mayekar, MD of SUVIN and Seema Srivastava, Executive Director of ITME Society of India.

 

ITME Exhibition is  the exhibition which will be held from November 30 to December 2, 2023 at the Kenya International Convention Centre, Nairobi, Kenya. It is an event that is set to redefine the landscape of the textile industry. It will provide a dynamic platform for Indian companies to foster new relationships across Africa. This will give a glimpse of the second edition of a unique and distinctive trade fair.

 

The topic of discussed today by ITME Society of India was 'What are the possibilities in Africa especially Kenya for textile technology and engineering. 

 

Ketan Sanghvi, the Chairman of ITME Society of India, said that there are more than a hundred companies in Africa who want to deal business with us. There is immense potential for textile and machine manufacturers in African countries and the Middle East. We can tap Kenya as a new market. There is potential there in the areas of innovative textile technology and engineering solutions. We can do joint venture with them. We can explore possibilities in Kenya. It could be our new business destination.

 

He said that 23 other countries of the world are also participating in this exhibition organized in Nairobi, Kenya. In this, India, Austria, Benin, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Togo, Turkey, Tunisia, USA, Zambia etc, are prominent. Today there is a need to create a business environment with Africa, make trade agreements, provide them with necessary support, and encourage them to set up textile industries. In this we both will get mutual benefit. India's textile and engineering industry has the potential to convert this initial relationship into a long-lasting relationship.

He said that this will be a three-day convention. Panel discussions and interactive sessions will also be organized on technical and financial topics.

 

This will be an opportunity to hear and interact with renowned speakers and industry stalwarts to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of textile and engineering industry. How to take advantage from Kenya's domestic textile industry and government policies will also be highlighted. Financial solutions and technology upgradation will also be highlighted.

 

How can they import capital goods from India, how will they be funded, how to start up, how to take advantage of the domestic financial scheme, we will also guide them on this. How to produce high quality cotton fiber, how to produce more, how to earn profit. Other topics will also be discussed in seminars.

 

Ketan Sanghvi, Chairman, ITME Society of India, welcomed Pramod Khosla, Chairman and MD, of Profil, on the stage. Mr. Khosla started his career in 1977. In the next two years he started his own company. Today they are big and successful players in the technical textile industry. Their products are sold in 60 countries of the world.

S Sethil Kumar, Treasurer of ITME Society of India welcomed Updeep Singh. Textile industry expert Updeep Singh was the main speaker in this program. He said that there is a lot of potential for Indian textile machines in the African continent.

 

The event is supported by India's Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Textiles as well as Kenya's Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry. The signature exhibition will help transform the textile industry of Africa and the Middle East this decade by opening up unlimited trade, sourcing, collaboration and investment opportunities in textiles, textile engineering and allied industries.

 

This edition of ITME Africa & ME will host 23 participating countries including India and Kenya. This will elevate India's position as a global leader in textile technology. It will empower African and Middle Eastern industries to embrace modernization and innovation.

 

The event was attended by government bodies, textile businesses, machinery suppliers, equipment manufacturers, media houses as well as textile traders and their various stakeholders. About 100 people attended this conference. This program was organized in the office of ITME Society of India itself.
