 नई दिल्‍ली : 2023/10/05:  पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने 2 अक्टूबर, 2023 को ग्वालियर में आयोजित एक समारोह में 1,110.58 करोड़ रुपये के मल्टी-मॉडल लॉजिस्टिक पार्क की वस्तुतः आधारशिला रखी। यह मध्य प्रदेश के धार जिले के पीथमपुर में 112 हेक्टेयर में बनेगा। प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने लगभग Rs 19,260 करोड़ की विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखकर मध्य प्रदेश के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर स्‍थापित किया। प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय ने यह जानकारी दी।

 इन उल्लेखनीय परियोजनाओं में इंदौर में एक मल्टी-मॉडल लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क है। मोदी ने क्षेत्र में आगामी कनेक्टिविटी परियोजनाओं के महत्व पर जोर दिया। इंदौर में मल्टी-मॉडल लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क के साथ-साथ उज्जैन में विक्रम उद्योगपुरी की स्थापना से मध्य प्रदेश के औद्योगिक विकास को काफी बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है।

 

यह पार्क पीथमपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, कपड़ा और फार्मा क्लस्टर के पास स्थित है, जो इंदौर तिहि-दाहोद नई रेल लाइन के साथ-साथ प्रस्तावित महू रिंग रोड के निकट है। इसमें औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के गांव जमोदी, खेड़ा अकोलिया और सागौर भी शामिल हैं। पार्क के लिए जमीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी और परियोजना से संबंधित बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास और निर्माण कार्य सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा नियुक्त एजेंसी द्वारा किया जाएगा।

 

यह पार्क क्षेत्र के 15 लाख से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार प्रदान करेगा। चयनित कुल 112.60 हेक्टेयर भूमि में से 106.8 हेक्टेयर भूमि का उपयोग पार्क के लिए किया जाएगा और 5.8 हेक्टेयर भूमि रेलवे साइडिंग के निर्माण के लिए होगी। इससे सामान की लॉजिस्टिक्स लागत कम करने में मदद मिलेगी और स्थान भी इसे लॉजिस्टिक्स हब के लिए सबसे उपयुक्त बनाता है। देवी अहिल्याबाई होल्कर हवाई अड्डा परियोजना स्थल से 30 किमी दूर होगा।

 

इसके अलावा, इस परियोजना से आसपास के क्षेत्रों में तेजी से विकास होने की उम्मीद है, और देवास, खंडवा, बड़वानी, खरगोन और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में स्थित उद्योगों को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

New Delhi: 2023/10/05: PM Narendra Modi virtually laid the foundation stone of a Rs 1,110.58 crore multi-modal logistics park at a ceremony held in Gwalior on October 2, 2023. It will be built on 112 hectares in Pithampur in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi set an important milestone for Madhya Pradesh by laying the foundation stone of various development projects worth about Rs 19,260 crore. The Prime Minister's Office gave this information.

 

Among these notable projects is a multi-modal logistics park in Indore, Modi stressed the importance of upcoming connectivity projects in the region. The establishment of Vikram Udyogpuri in Ujjain along with the Multi-Modal Logistics Park in Indore is expected to provide a significant boost to the industrial development of Madhya Pradesh.

 

The park is located near Pithampur Industrial Area, textile and pharma cluster, adjacent to the Indore Tihi-Dahod new rail line as well as the proposed Mhow Ring Road. This also includes industrial area villages Jamodi, Kheda Akolia and Sagaur. The land for the park will be provided by the state government and the development and construction of infrastructure related to the project will be done by an agency appointed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

 

This park will provide direct and indirect employment to more than 15 lakh people in the area. Out of the total 112.60 hectares of land selected, 106.8 hectares of land will be used for the park and 5.8 hectares of land will be for the construction of railway siding. This will help in reducing the logistics cost of goods and the location also makes it best suited for a logistics hub. Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport will be 30 km away from the project site.

 

Moreover, the project is expected to lead to rapid development in the surrounding areas, and will also give a boost to the industries located in Dewas, Khandwa, Barwani, Khargone and surrounding areas.
