नई दिल्ली: 2025/05/29: वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने मंगलवार को निर्यातकों से मुक्त व्यापार समझौतों (एफटीए) का उपयोग बढ़ाने को कहा और निर्यात निकायों एवं उद्योग के साथ बैठक में गैर-टैरिफ बाधाओं पर चर्चा की। प्रस्तावित केंद्रीकृत निर्यातक पोर्टल, यूरोपीय संघ और अमेरिका के साथ भारत की व्यापार संधि वार्ता और सेवाओं एवं मूल्यवर्धित वस्तुओं के निर्यात को और बढ़ावा देने के तरीकों पर भी चर्चा की गई।

 

गोयल ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, "सभी निर्यात संवर्धन परिषदों (ईपीसी) और उद्योग संघों के प्रतिनिधियों से मुलाकात की और भारत के लिए उभरते वैश्विक अवसरों पर चर्चा की। साथ ही, उन्हें ऐसी सुविधा बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया, जिससे विदेशी खरीदार भारतीय निर्यातकों को आसानी से खोज सकें, ताकि हमारे देश के निर्यात को और बढ़ावा मिले।"

 

एक अधिकारी ने कहा, "बैठक के दौरान गैर-टैरिफ बाधाओं पर चर्चा की गई।"

 

उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि डिजिटल उत्पाद पासपोर्ट (डीपीपी) जैसे यूरोपीय संघ के नियमों से निपटने के लिए निर्यातकों को सहायता प्रदान की जा सकती है।

 

डीपीपी, जिसे 1 जनवरी, 2026 से ईयू द्वारा लागू किया जाना है, का उद्देश्य किसी उत्पाद के संपूर्ण जीवन चक्र-कच्चे माल से लेकर विनिर्माण, उपयोग, पुनर्चक्रण और निपटान तक की जानकारी को डिजिटल रूप से रिकॉर्ड करना, संग्रहीत करना और साझा करना है। यह इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, बैटरी, कपड़ा और निर्माण सामग्री सहित कई तरह के उत्पादों के लिए अनिवार्य होगा।

 

एक उद्योग प्रतिनिधि ने कहा, "इस बात पर चर्चा हुई कि चिली और न्यूजीलैंड सहित लगभग 9-10 एफटीए पाइपलाइन में हैं," उन्होंने कहा कि ईयू के साथ एक प्रारंभिक फसल व्यापार सौदा तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है और इसे जल्द ही पूरा किया जा सकता है।

 

बैठक में भाग लेने वाले एक अन्य उद्योग प्रतिनिधि ने कहा, "निर्यातकों के डेटा को शामिल करने और इसे एक सामान्य पोर्टल पर डालने के तरीकों पर चर्चा हुई।"

 

RoDTEP योजना

 

वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय ने कहा कि सरकार ने चालू वित्त वर्ष में 10,750 से अधिक उत्पाद श्रेणियों के लिए निर्यात उत्पादों पर शुल्क और करों की छूट (RoDTEP) के तहत 18,233 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए हैं। 31 मार्च, 2025 तक इस योजना के तहत कुल संवितरण 57,976.78 करोड़ रुपये को पार कर गया है।

 

इस योजना के तहत विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्रों और निर्यातोन्मुख इकाइयों में निर्मित वस्तुओं के निर्यात के लिए लाभ इस वर्ष 1 जून से बहाल कर दिए गए हैं।

New Delhi: 2025/05/29: Commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal Tuesday asked exporters to increase the utilisation of free trade agreements (FTAs) and discussed non-tariff barriers at a meeting with export bodies and industry. The proposed centralised exporters portal, India's trade pact talks with the EU and the US, and ways to further boost exports of services and value-added goods were also discussed.

 

"Met representatives of all Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) & Industry Associations and discussed emerging global opportunities for India. Also, encouraged them to create a facility that makes Indian exporters easily discoverable by overseas buyers to further boost our country's exports," Goyal said in a post on X.

 

"Non-tariff barriers were discussed during the meeting," said an official.

 

Industry representatives said support could be provided to exporters to deal with EU regulations like the Digital Product Passport (DPP).

 

The DPP, which is to be implemented by the EU from January 1, 2026, aims to digitally record, store and share information about a product's entire life cycle-from raw materials to manufacturing, usage, recycling and disposal. It will be mandatory for a wide range of products including electronics, batteries, textiles and construction materials.

 

"It was discussed that about 9-10 FTAs are in the pipeline, including Chile and New Zealand," said an industry representative, adding that an early harvest trade deal with the EU is progressing at a faster pace and it may be concluded soon. 

 

"Discussions happened on ways to incorporate exporters' data and put it on a common portal," said another industry representative who attended the meeting.

 

RoDTEP scheme

 

The government has allocated Rs 18,233 crore under the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) in the current financial year for over 10,750 product categories, the commerce and industry ministry said. As of March 31, 2025, total disbursements under the scheme have crossed ₹57,976.78 crore.

 

The benefits under the scheme for exports of goods manufactured in SEZsand export-oriented units are restored from June 1 this year.
