IGNOU and RAI strengthen partnership with the launch of MBA in Retail Management।। इग्नू और आरएआई ने रिटेल मैनेजमेंट में एमबीए की शुरुआत के साथ साझेदारी को मज़बूत किया

नई दिल्ली: 2025/11/7: इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय (इग्नू) और रिटेलर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (आरएआई) ने रिटेल मैनेजमेंट में एमबीए शुरू करने के लिए एक समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं, जो भारत के रिटेल क्षेत्र के लिए कुशल पेशेवरों को विकसित करने के उद्देश्य से उनके दीर्घकालिक सहयोग का विस्तार करता है।

 

 

रिटेलिंग में बीबीए की शुरुआत के साथ शुरू हुई इस साझेदारी ने देश भर के हज़ारों शिक्षार्थियों को संगठित रिटेल क्षेत्र में ज्ञान और कौशल क्षमताएँ हासिल करने में मदद की है। नया एमबीए प्रोग्राम इस यात्रा के अगले चरण का प्रतीक होगा, जो उद्योग में नेतृत्व की भूमिका निभाने की इच्छा रखने वाले छात्रों और कार्यरत पेशेवरों के लिए उन्नत शिक्षा प्रदान करेगा।

 

रिटेल मैनेजमेंट में एमबीए इग्नू की शैक्षणिक कठोरता को आरएआई के उद्योग अनुभव के साथ जोड़ेगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि शिक्षार्थियों को वैचारिक समझ और व्यावहारिक अनुभव दोनों प्राप्त हों।

 

पाठ्यक्रम रिटेल और टिकाऊ व्यावसायिक प्रथाओं के व्यापक क्षेत्रों को संबोधित करेगा - स्नातकों को आधुनिक रिटेल के विकसित होते परिदृश्य में आगे बढ़ने के लिए तैयार करेगा।

 

इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति, प्रोफेसर उमा कांजीलाल ने कहा:

“इग्नू हमेशा से गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा को सुलभ और कार्य जगत के लिए प्रासंगिक बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध रहा है। रिटेलर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया के साथ हमारा दीर्घकालिक सहयोग इसी दृष्टिकोण को दर्शाता है।

 

इसी भावना को दोहराते हुए, रिटेलर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, कुमार राजगोपालन ने कहा:

“भारतीय खुदरा क्षेत्र में प्रतिभाओं को सशक्त बनाने के साझा लक्ष्य से प्रेरित होकर, इग्नू के साथ हमारा जुड़ाव पिछले कुछ वर्षों में लगातार बढ़ा है। साथ मिलकर, हमने देश भर के छात्रों के लिए उद्योग के कामकाज को समझने और उसमें सार्थक करियर बनाने के अवसर पैदा किए हैं। रिटेल मैनेजमेंट में नया एमबीए इसी दृष्टिकोण को आगे बढ़ाता है। यह अकादमिक गहराई को उद्योग के अनुभव के साथ जोड़कर शिक्षार्थियों को उभरते खुदरा परिदृश्य में नेतृत्व की भूमिकाओं के लिए तैयार करता है। जैसे-जैसे यह क्षेत्र विभिन्न प्रारूपों और भौगोलिक क्षेत्रों में विस्तार कर रहा है, ऐसे कार्यक्रम यह सुनिश्चित करने में मदद करेंगे कि विकास क्षमता और व्यावसायिकता के साथ मेल खाता हो।” 

 

यह कार्यक्रम सभी विषयों के स्नातकों के लिए खुला होगा। यह इग्नू के अध्ययन केंद्रों के राष्ट्रव्यापी नेटवर्क के माध्यम से संचालित किया जाएगा, जिससे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के शिक्षार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण खुदरा शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में मदद मिलेगी।

IGNOU and RAI strengthen partnership with the launch of MBA in Retail Management

 

New Delhi: 2025/11/ 7: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and the Retailers Association of India (RAI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch MBA in Retail Management, expanding their long-standing collaboration aimed at developing skilled professionals for India’s retail sector.

 

The partnership, which began with the launch of a BBA in Retailing, has helped thousands of learners across the country to gain knowledge and skills capabilities into the organised retail sector. The new MBA programme is going to mark the next phase of this journey, offering advanced learning for students and working professionals who aspire to take on leadership roles in the industry.

 

The MBA in Retail Management will combine IGNOU’s academic rigour with RAI’s industry experience to ensure that learners gain both conceptual understanding and practical exposure. The curriculum will address wide areas of retail and sustainable business practices — equipping graduates to navigate the evolving landscape of modern retail.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Professor Uma Kanjilal, Vice-Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Open University, said:
