नई दिल्ली: 20/09/2026: भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कल 20वें रोज़गार मेले में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के ज़रिए अलग-अलग सरकारी संगठनों में नए नियुक्त युवाओं को 51,000 से ज़्यादा अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर बांटे।

 

भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा: "दुनिया को हमारे इनोवेटर्स, हमारे एंटरप्रेन्योर्स और हमारी युवा शक्ति से बहुत उम्मीदें हैं।" उन्होंने नए नियुक्त लोगों से यह भी कहा: "मैं आप सभी को जीवन की इस नई शुरुआत के लिए बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएँ देता हूँ।"

 

हाल ही में हुए ब्रिक्स (BRICS) समिट का ज़िक्र करते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि सरकार की रणनीति इंटरनेशनल सहयोग को पारंपरिक सरकार-से-सरकार के जुड़ाव से आगे ले जाने की है। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (PMO) ने एक प्रेस रिलीज़ में कहा कि BRICS CONNECT और BRICS MSME कोऑपरेशन पोर्टल जैसी पहल का मकसद एंटरप्रेन्योर्स, किसानों, महिलाओं और युवाओं को सीधे ग्लोबल पार्टनरशिप से जोड़ना है।

 

मोदी ने कहा कि लगभग 40 देशों के साथ फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट से करियर की नई संभावनाएँ खुल रही हैं, घरेलू एंटरप्रेन्योर्स के लिए नए बाज़ार और पार्टनरशिप बन रही हैं, और युवाओं के लिए मौके बढ़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा: "ये फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट हमारे युवाओं के लिए संभावनाओं के नए दरवाज़े खोल रहे हैं।"

 

भविष्य के लिए ज़रूरी स्किल्स पर बात करते हुए, PM ने नेशनल एजुकेशन पॉलिसी, स्किल इंडिया मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना और अप्रेंटिसशिप को बढ़ावा देने की कोशिशों का ज़िक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि PM-SETU स्कीम 60,000 करोड़ रुपये (~$6.25 बिलियन) के निवेश और इंडस्ट्री की सीधी भागीदारी से 1,000 सरकारी ITI को मॉडर्न बना रही है।

 

मोदी ने भारत को दुनिया का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा स्टार्ट-अप हब बताया और कहा कि अब लगभग आधे मान्यता प्राप्त स्टार्ट-अप टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों से आते हैं। उन्होंने गाँवों, कस्बों और छोटे शहरों के युवाओं की तारीफ़ की जो नए आइडिया पर काम कर रहे हैं, कंपनियाँ बना रहे हैं और अपने साथियों के लिए रोज़गार पैदा कर रहे हैं।

 

मोदी ने प्रधानमंत्री विकसित भारत रोज़गार योजना का भी ज़िक्र किया, जो एक लाख करोड़ रुपये (~$10.42 बिलियन) की पहल है और जिसका मकसद पहली बार दो करोड़ युवाओं को फॉर्मल वर्कफोर्स (औपचारिक कार्यबल) में लाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस स्कीम में पहली बार नौकरी पाने वाले कर्मचारियों के लिए 15,000 रुपये (~$156) तक का इंसेंटिव और नई नौकरियां पैदा करने वाले एम्प्लॉयर्स के लिए फाइनेंशियल इनाम देने का प्रावधान है।

 

नौकरियां पैदा करने को मैक्रो-इकोनॉमिक परफॉर्मेंस से जोड़ते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि जब इकॉनमी बढ़ती है, इन्वेस्टमेंट बढ़ता है और नए उद्योग फैलते हैं, तो युवाओं के लिए नए मौके बनते हैं। उन्होंने पहली तिमाही में 7.8 परसेंट की ग्रोथ रेट और इन्वेस्टमेंट में 12 परसेंट की बढ़ोतरी का ज़िक्र किया और कहा कि ग्लोबल अनिश्चितताओं के बावजूद रेटिंग एजेंसियां ​​भारत के इकोनॉमिक आउटलुक को बेहतर बता रही हैं।

 

प्रधानमंत्री ने नए अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे टैक्स कंप्लायंस को आसान बनाकर, 'ईज़ ऑफ़ डूइंग बिज़नेस' को बेहतर करके, शिक्षा और स्किलिंग में बदलाव लाकर और इनोवेशन के लिए नए सेक्टर खोलकर प्रशासनिक सुधारों को आगे बढ़ाने में मदद करें। उन्होंने कहा कि हर फ़ाइल पर साइन और प्रशासनिक फ़ैसले से रुकावटें दूर होनी चाहिए, नए आइडिया को बढ़ावा मिलना चाहिए और इनोवेशन पर आधारित इन्वेस्टमेंट और रोज़गार को बढ़ावा मिलना चाहिए।

 

मोदी ने नए अधिकारियों से अपील की कि वे अपनी शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल सहानुभूति के साथ करें और नौकरी में आने से पहले उन्हें जिन प्रशासनिक दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा था, उन्हें कम करें। उन्होंने उनसे 'मिशन कर्मयोगी' फ़्रेमवर्क के ज़रिए अपनी स्किल्स को लगातार बेहतर बनाने और नई टेक्नोलॉजी सीखने के लिए भी कहा। उन्होंने बताया कि 'कर्मयोगी प्रारंभ' मॉड्यूल नए लोगों के लिए बनाया गया है और 1.7 करोड़ कर्मचारी पहले से ही iGOT प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर मौजूद हैं।

New Delhi: 2026/09/20: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday distributed more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly appointed youth in various government organisations through video conferencing at the 20th Rozgar Mela.

 

Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India said: "The world has high hopes from our innovators, our entrepreneurs, and our youth power." He also told the recruits: "I wish you all the very best for this new beginning in life."

 

Referring to the recently concluded BRICS Summit, Modi said the administration’s strategy is to take international cooperation beyond traditional government-to-government engagement. Initiatives such as BRICS CONNECT and the BRICS MSME Cooperation Portal are intended to bring entrepreneurs, farmers, women and youth directly into global partnerships, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a press release.

 

Modi said Free Trade Agreements with approximately 40 countries are opening new career possibilities, creating new markets and partnerships for domestic entrepreneurs, and widening opportunities for youth. He added: "These Free Trade Agreements are creating new doors of possibilities for our youth."

 

On future-ready skills, the PM cited the National Education Policy, Skill India Mission, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and efforts to promote apprenticeships. He said the PM-SETU scheme is modernising 1,000 government ITIs with an investment of Rs 60,000 crore (~$6.25 billion) and direct industry participation.

 

Modi described India as the world’s third-largest start-up hub and said nearly half of recognised start-ups now come from tier-two and tier-three cities. He commended youth from villages, towns and smaller cities for working on ideas, building companies and generating employment for their peers.

 

Modi also highlighted the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana as a Rs one lakh crore (~$10.42 billion) initiative aimed at bringing two crore youths into the formal workforce for the first time. He said the scheme provides incentives of up to Rs 15,000 (~$156) for first-time employees and financial rewards for employers that create new jobs.

 

Linking job creation with macroeconomic performance, Modi said new opportunities for youth emerge when the economy grows, investments rise and new industries expand. He cited a 7.8 per cent growth rate and a 12 per cent rise in investments during the first quarter, and said rating agencies are upgrading India’s economic outlook despite global uncertainties.

 

The Prime Minister asked the new officials to support continuing administrative reform by simplifying tax compliance, improving ease of doing business, implementing changes in education and skilling, and opening new sectors to innovation. He said every file signature and administrative decision should help remove hurdles, allow ideas to flourish, and promote innovation-led investment and employment.

 

Modi urged the recruits to use their authority with empathy and reduce the bureaucratic difficulties they had faced before entering service. He also asked them to keep upgrading their skills and learn new technologies through the Mission Karmayogi framework, noting that the Karmayogi Prarambh module has been designed for new entrants and that 1.7 crore employees are already on the iGOT platform.
