A man named Ghulam Muastufa was caught by Railway Protection Force. His links connect with terrorists.

गुलाम मुस्‍तफा नामक एक आदमी रेलवे सुरक्षा बल के द्वारा पकड़ा गया है। इसके तार आतंकवादियों से जुड़ते हैं। 

These people are active in UP (Basti), Orissa, Jharkhand and their racket is such that it connects with Pakistan, Bangladesh and Singapore. They work to challenge the internal security of the country. This gang worked across the country. 20,000 agents were associated with his network. He had accounts in 2400 branches of State Bank and 400 branches of Grameen Bank.

 ये लोग यूपी( बस्‍ती), उरीसा, झारखंड में सकृय हैं और इनका रैकेट ऐसा है जिसका संवंध पाकिस्‍तान, बंगलादेश और सिंगापूर से जुड़ता है। ये देश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा को चुनौती देने का काम करते हैं। यह गैंग देश भर में काम करता था। उसके नेटवर्क के साथ २० हजार एजेंट जुड़े थे। स्‍टेट बैंक के २४०० शाखाओं में और ग्रामीन बैंक के ६०० शाखाओं में उसके खाते थे।

This case is directly related to the citizenship law. He used to tout railway tickets. These people had devised such soft ware which used to dent the software of the railway. It used to dismantle the OTP, CAPTCHA and other security arrangements and cross it.

यह मामला सीधे सीधे नागरिकता कानून से जुड़ा हुआ है। वह रेलवे टिकट की दलाली करता था। इनलोगों ने ऐसा सौफ्ट वेयर डेभलप कर लिया था जो रेलवे के सौफ्टवेयर में सेंध लगाता था। यह ओटीपी, कैप्चा और अन्‍य सुरक्षा व्‍यवस्‍था को ध्‍वस्‍त कर क्रॉस कर जाता था। 

Ghulam Mustafa is not a lonely person. He was engaged in black marketing of tickets by making a gang. Their software was quite developed. They used to book 3 tickets in less than one and a half minutes. Whereas normally it takes 3 minutes to book 1 ticket. In this work, two more companions of Ghulam Mustudfa used to cooperate. Ghulam Mustufa was a madrasa student. Monthly earnings of this gang were 10 to 15 crores.

गुलाम मुस्‍तफा कोई अकेला व्‍यक्ति नहीं हैं। बाजाप्‍ता वह एक गैंग बनाकर टिकटों की कालाबाजारी में लगा हुआ था। इनका सौफ्टवेयर काफी वि‍कसित था। ये डेढ मिनट से कम समय में ३ टिकट बुक कर लेते थे। जबकि सामान्‍य रूप से १ टिकट बुक कराने में ३ मिनट लगता है। इस काम में गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा के दो और साथी सहयेाग करते थे। गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा मदरसे का पढा लिखा था। इस गैंग की महीने की कमाई १० से १५ करोड़ रूपये थी। इन कमाई से वे टेरर फंडिंग और हवाला का कारोबार करते थे।

झारखंड में पैदा हुआ  गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा भुवनेश्‍वर से पकड़ा गया है। यह गैंग देश भर में काम करता था। उसके नेटवर्क के साथ २० हजार एजेंट जुड़े थे। स्‍टेट बैंक के २४०० शाखाओं में और ग्रामीन बैंक के ६०० शाखाओं में उसके खाते थे।

Attempt is being made to make Shaheen Bagh look like Arab Spring. Before this, there was an attempt to show Jamia as the same but that had failed, and both those girls, Ladida Sakloon and Ayesha Raina, were exposed.  Now, they are trying to make Shaheen Bagh look like Arab Spring by involving elderly women and children.

शाहीन बाग को अरब स्‍प्रींग जैसा दिखाने की कोशिश हो रही है। इससे पूर्व जामियां को ऐसा दिखाने की कोशिश हुयी थी जो फेल कर गया था, और वो दोनो लड़कियां लदीदा सकलून और  आयसा रैना एक्सपोज हो गयीं। । अब बुजूर्ग महिलाओं को और बच्‍चों को शामिल कर शाहीन बाग को अरब स्‍प्रींग जैसा दिखाने की कोशिश हो रही है।

It is being told that this CAA law is being made to expel Muslims from the country. The NRC that will come is going to be even more dangerous. This will take away the citizenship of the Muslims and expel them from the country.

बताया इस तरह जा रहा है, कि यह सी ए ए का कानून मुसलमानों को देश से बाहर निकालने के लिए बनाया जा रहा है। जो एन आर सी आएगा वह तो इससे भी खतरनाक होनेवाला है। इससे मुसलमानो का नागरिकता छीन लिया जाएगा और उन्‍हें देश से बाहर निकाला जाएगा।

You think,  it is not even possible to happen. And this will not even happen. The government has no such intention to do so. The government is doing well in its place. There is a long list of achievements of these six years of government.

आप ही सोचिए वैसा होना तो सम्‍भव नहीं है। और ऐसा होगा भी नहीं। सरकार की ऐसी कोई मंसा भी नहीं है। सरकार अपनी जगह अच्‍छी चल रही है। सरकार के इन छ सालों की उपलब्धियों की एक लम्‍बी फेहरिस्‍त्‍ा है।

But opposition parties are desperate to come to power. The same people are creating this ruckus. It also includes imported leftist ideologues. Those who are out of power, despite knowing it, have made CAA a means of intimidating Muslims.

लेकिन विपक्षी दल सत्‍ता में आने के लिए बेकरार हैं। वही लोग मिलकर यह हंगामा करवा रहे हैं। इसमें आयातित विचारधारा वाले  वामपंथी भी शामिल हो जाते हैं। सत्‍ता से बाहर जो भी हैं उन लोगों ने जानते बूझते हुए भी सत्‍ता के लिए मिलकर सी ए ए को मुसलमानों को डराने का जरिया बना लिया है।

Their thinking is that if they keep the government in a unstable situation, then the government will not be able to do anything in 5 years tenure. And it will fail. They want to destabilize the government.

उनका सोचना यह है कि यदि इसी तरह सरकार को उलझाए रखेंगे तो सरकार ५ वर्षों में कुछ कर नहीं पाएगी । और विफल हो जाएगी। ये सरकार को अस्थिर करना चाहते हैं।    

Divisional slogans like Mim Bhim Khalsa are chanted in Shaheenbagh's Majma. Who benefits from this?. Those who have escaped from the country of Pakistan are our non-Muslim brothers. This law was made in view of their suffering. Since we Indians have given shelter to religiously persecuted  people all over the world, then if our own brothers are victims of religious discrimination in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan, should we keep a blind eye to them. Then why there is such a scenario?

 

शाहीनबाग के मजमे में मीम भीम खालसा जैसे विभाजित करने वाले नारे लगाए जाते हैं।  इससे किसको लाभ मिलता हैं। पाकि‍स्‍तान से जो लोग भाग कर आए हुए ग़ैर मुसलमान भाई हैं जिनकी तकलीफ को देखते हुए यह कानून बना। चूंकि हम भारतीयों ने दुनिया भर के धार्मिक रूप से प्रतारित लोगों को शरण दिया है तो आज यदि हमारे अपने भाई पाकिस्‍तान, बंगलादेश और अफगानिस्‍तान में धार्मिक भेद भाव के शिकार हैं तो क्‍या हमें उनसे आख मोर लेना चाहिए। फिर किस बात का तमाशा। 

You would be surprised to know that there are only 40,000 such people who have been staying in India for years. The implementation of this law will benefit these 40 thousand people. It will not be a big burden on this country either. On the other hand, we do not have enough resources to become shelter of refugees from all over the world. If Muslims and opposition believe that Rohingia and Ahmadiyya should also be included in it, then can you justify it.

आपको जानकर तआज्‍जुब होगा कि मात्र ४० हजार ऐसे शारणा‍र्थी गण हैं जो बरसों से भारत में रहकर गुहार लगा रहे हैं। इस कानून के लागू होने से तत्‍काल इन्‍ही ४० हजार लोगों का लाभ होगा। यह इस देश पर कोई बड़ा भार भी नहीं होगा। दूसरी तरफ हमारे पास इतने रिसोर्स नहीं है कि हम सारी दुनियां के शरणार्थियों के शरणस्‍थली बन जांय। मुसलमानों और विपक्षियों की यदि  यह मंसा है कि इसमें रोहिंगिया को और अहमदिया को शामिल किया जाय तो इसका क्‍या जसटीफिकेशन है। 

The general public is not stupid. Most of them know the actual situation. Ultimately, this spectacle will only help the Bharatiya Janata Party.

आम जनता बेवकूफ नहीं है। उसका अधिकांश वस्‍तुस्थिति को जानती है। अंतत: यह तमाशा भारतीय जनता पार्टी को ही मदद करेगा।   

Countries around the world follow NRC-like procedures for the safety of their citizens. When the same thing is done in India, then the opponents say that it is anti-Muslim law.

दुनियां भर के देश अपनी सिटीजन की  सुरक्षा के लिए एन आर सी जैसी प्रकृया का पालन करते हैं। यही बात भारत में की जाती है तो प्रतिपक्षी कहते हैं कि यह मुसलिम विरोधी कानून है।

Ghulam Mustukhafa is a follower of Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan. Apart from Ghulam Mustafa, Hamid Asraf has also been arrested. He was also caught earlier in 2014 in Basti district of Uttar Pradesh. But he escaped from prison. From there he fled to Nepal. And from Nepal he had fled to Dubai. His name also came up in 2011 in blowing up a school in Gonda. The third partner has not been caught yet.

गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा का तार पाकिस्‍तान बंगलादेश और दुबई से जुड़े हुए हैं। आप पूछेंगे कि इन पाकिस्‍तानी लोगों को भारत में रेल टिकट लेकर क्‍या करना है। इनको  जगह वे जगह धमाके कराने हैं। गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा पाकिस्‍तान के तबलीगी जमात का फौलोअर है। गुलाम मुस्‍तुफा के अलावा हामिद असरफ भी पकड़ा गया है। वह पहले भी २०१६ में उत्‍तर प्रदेश के बस्‍ती जिले में पकड़ा गया था। मगर वह जेल से भाग निकला था। वहां से वह नेपाल भाग गया था। और नेपाल से वह दुबई भाग गया था। २०११ में गोंडा में एक विद्यालय को उड़ाने में भी उसका नाम आया था। तीसरा साथी अभी नहीं पकड़ा गया है।

Imagine, two people caught in Andheri, Mumbai who have been living there for two years without any valid paper. This is an issue related to the life of all of us. How many families are hurt if a bomb explodes? Will you not be sad by assessing what is the loss of the country, what is the loss of the society.

सोचिए मुंबई के अंधेरी में दो लोग पकड़े गये जो बिना किसी वैध कागज के दो सालों से वहां रहते आ रहे हैं। यह हम सब के जीवन से जुड़ा मसला है। एक बम धमाका होता है तो कितने परिवारों को नुकसान होता है। देश का क्‍या नुकसान होता है, समाज का क्‍या नुकसान होता है, उसका आंकलन करके आप दुखी होंगे।

This man's money-laundering racket has come to light, he has been doing this work by a Singaporean company.

इस आदमी का मनीलौंडरिंग का रैकेट सामने आया है वह सिंगापुर के किसी कम्‍पनी के मारफत यह काम करता रहा  है।

The association of these people is with Pakistan,  Bangladesh and Singapore. They work to challenge the internal security of the country. But the opposition does not understand this for being a ruling party. The opposition is mad after the Muslim votes. Just as vultures flock to the flesh of dead animals, so are all parties such as Congress, Left parties, Mulayam, Mayabati, Mamta Banerjee, etc, flocking for Muslim votes.

इन लोगों का संवंध पाकिस्‍तान, बंगलादेश और सिंगापूर से जुड़ा है। ये देश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा को चुनौती देने का काम करते हैं। मगर विपक्ष को सत्‍ता के लिए यह बात नहीं समझ आ रही है। विपक्ष को सिर्फ बोट की पड़ी है। जैसे मरे हुए जानबर के मांस के लिए गिद्ध मडराते हैं उसी तरह मुसलिम बोटों के लिए य सभी पार्टियां जैसे कांग्रस, वाम दल, मुलायम, मायाबती, ममता बैनरजी, आदि इन पर मडरा रहे हैं।

But just as every action has a reaction, social polarization also also follows this rule. Those people are also gathering who think the CAA is right. And their number is more than that.

मगर जिस तरह हर क्रिया की एक प्रतिक्रिया होती है उसी तरह से सामाजिक ध्रुवीकरण भी होता है। इसके वरक्‍स वे लोग भी जमा हो रहे हैं जो समझते हैं कि सी ए ए सही है। और उनकी संख्‍यां इनसे कहीं ज्‍यादा है।
