Cotton yarn prices ease in north India ।। उत्तर भारत में सूती धागे की कीमतों में नरमी

नई दिल्ली: 31 अक्टूबर 2022: उत्तर भारत के सूती धागे की कीमतों में आज गिरावट आई। दिवाली के बाद की मारकेट सेंटीमेंट कमजोर बनी हुई है। सस्ता कपास और खराब मांग के कारण लुधियाना और दिल्ली में कीमतों में 10-15 प्रति किलोग्राम की गिरावट आई । उत्तर भारत में कपास की कीमतों में 37.2 किलोग्राम प्रति मन 300-350 रुपये की गिरावट आई है। संभावित आपूर्ति व्यवधान के बावजूद पानीपत के पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न में भी मंदी की प्रवृत्ति देखी गई।

बुनाई उद्योग की खराब मांग और सस्ते कपास ने लुधियाना के बाजार में यार्न की कीमतों को और घटा दिया। बाजार में अभी भी विश्वास की कमी है।  सूती धागे की कीमतों में गिरावट को लेकर खरीदारों को भरोसा है। संपूर्ण कपड़ा मूल्य श्रृंखला को आरामदायक कीमतों पर खरीदने की जरूरत है, ताकि वे पूरे वर्ष के लिए कच्चे माल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कर सकें। 

लुधियाना में, 30 काउंट कॉटन कॉम्बेड यार्न 300-310 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) पर बेचा गया। 20 और 25 काउंट कॉम्बेड यार्न का कारोबार क्रमश: 290-300 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 295-305 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम था। 30 काउंट का कार्डेड यार्न 275-285 रुपये प्रति किलो पर स्थिर रहा। 

दिल्ली में, मांग कमजोर रही । खरीद और बिक्री डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग से खरीदारी में सुधार की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे। प्रमुख किस्मों और किस्मों के लिए सूती धागे में 5 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की कमी आई। बाजार विश्वास की कमी का सामना कर रहा है। सेलर्स पूरी वैल्यू चेन से खरीदारी में सफलता का इंतजार कर रहे थे। नई फसल की आवक और कीमतों में गिरावट से खरीददारों को अपने स्टॉक को फिर से भरने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा। 

दिल्ली में 30 काउंट कॉम्बेड यार्न 295-300 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) पर, 40 काउंट कॉम्बेड 325-330 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 30 काउंट कार्ड 275-280 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम और 40 काउंट कार्ड 310- 315 रुपये प्रति किग्रा था।

पानीपत के पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न बाजार में कुछ मामलों में और पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न की किस्मों में गिरावट देखी गई। हालांकि, यार्न की कई अन्य गिनती और किस्मों का कारोबार पिछली कीमतों पर किया गया था। व्यापार के अनुसार, कॉटन कॉम्बर की कीमतें कॉटन और कॉटन यार्न के अनुरूप कम नहीं हुईं क्योंकि कताई मिलों ने कॉम्बेड यार्न का उत्पादन शुरू नहीं किया था, जिससे कॉम्बर को उप-उत्पाद के रूप में उत्पादित किया जाता है। दिल्ली एनसीआर में गंभीर प्रदूषण से निपटने के लिए कड़े नियमों के कारण पानीपत में कोयले से चलने वाले बॉयलर उद्योग को प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा। यह यार्न रंगाई गतिविधियों को प्रभावित करेगा जिससे आपूर्ति कम हो जाएगी। लेकिन धीमी मांग से कीमतों में तेजी आने की संभावना नहीं है। 

पानीपत में, 10 के पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (सफेद) का कारोबार 100-105 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) पर हुआ। 10 के पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (रंगीन - उच्च गुणवत्ता) का कारोबार 110-115 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 10 पुनर्नवीनीकरण यार्न (रंगीन - निम्न गुणवत्ता) 80-85 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम, 20 पुनर्नवीनीकरण पीसी रंगीन (उच्च गुणवत्ता) 115-120 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर हुआ था। किलो और 20 के पुनर्नवीनीकरण पीसी रंगीन (निम्न गुणवत्ता) 100-105 रुपये प्रति किलो पर। 30 काउंट रिसाइकिल यार्न 155-160 रुपये प्रति किलो के हिसाब से बिका। बाजार में 10s ऑप्टिकल यार्न की कीमत 100-110 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। कंबर की कीमतें 120-125 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर चल रही थीं। रिसाइकल्ड पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (PET बॉटल फाइबर) 88-90 रुपये प्रति किलो था। 

दिवाली मुहूर्त कारोबार के बाद से उत्तर भारत में कपास की कीमतों में 37.2 किलोग्राम प्रति मन 400-450 रुपये की गिरावट आई है। पंजाब में कपास 6,100-6,200 रुपये, हरियाणा में 6,100-6,200 रुपये और ऊपरी राजस्थान में 6,200-6,250 रुपये प्रति मन पर कारोबार कर रही थी। निचले राजस्थान में भाव 356 किलोग्राम प्रति कैंडी 61,000-62,000 रुपये दर्ज किए गए। 

कारोबार के मुताबिक, कताई उद्योग की कमजोर मांग के बीच मौसम के रूझान के कारण कपास की कीमतों में गिरावट आई। कपास की आवक अभी भी सीमित थी क्योंकि किसान मौजूदा कीमतों पर बेचने में दिलचस्पी नहीं ले रहे हैं। पिछले सीजन में ऊंची कीमतों ने कपास की कीमतों के संबंध में उनकी उम्मीदों को बढ़ा दिया था। इस क्षेत्र में कपास की आवक लगभग 14,000-15,000 गांठ थी।

Cotton yarn prices ease in north India; sentiments weak after Diwali

 

New Delhi:31 Oct 2022:  North India’s cotton yarn prices declined today as post-Diwali sentiments continue to remain weak. The prices dropped by  10-15 per kg in Ludhiana and Delhi due to cheaper cotton and poor demand. Cotton prices fell by Rs 300-350 per maund of 37.2 kg in north India. Panipat’s recycled yarn also witnessed a bearish trend despite possible supply disruption.

Poor demand from the weaving industry and cheaper cotton drove yarn prices south ward in the Ludhiana market. The market is still lacking confidence, but buye are confident about the bottom line of cotton yarn prices. The entire textile value chain needs to buy at comfortable prices so, they can ensure availability of raw material for the full year. 

In Ludhiana, 30 count cotton combed yarn was sold at Rs 300-310 per kg (GST inclusive). 20 and 25 count combed yarn were traded at Rs 290-300 per kg and Rs 295-305 per kg respectively. Carded yarn of 30 count remained steady at Rs 275-285 per kg. 

In Delhi, demand remained weak as buye and selle were waiting for buying to improve from the downstream industry. Cotton yarn eased by Rs 5 per kg for major counts and varieties. The market is facing a lack of confidence. Buye were waiting for breakthrough in buying from the entire value chain. New crop arrival and decline in prices will encourage buye to replenish their stocks. 

In Delhi, 30 count combed yarn was traded at Rs 295-300 per kg (GST extra), 40 count combed at Rs 325-330 per kg, 30 count carded at Rs 275-280 per kg and 40 count carded at Rs 310-315 per kg. 

Panipat’s recycled yarn market witnessed a downward trend in a few counts and varieties of recycled yarn. However, many other counts and varieties of yarn were traded at previous prices. According to the trade, cotton comber prices did not ease in line with cotton and cotton yarn as spinning mills did not start combed yarn production from which comber is produced as a by-product. Coal fired boiler industry will be restricted in Panipat due to stringent regulations imposed to tackle severe pollution in Delhi NCR. It will affect yarn dyeing activities which will reduce supply. But slower demand is not likely to push prices up. 

In Panipat, 10s recycled yarn (white) was traded at Rs 100-105 per kg (GST Extra). 10s recycled yarn (coloured - high quality) was traded at Rs 110-115 per kg, 10s recycled yarn (coloured - low quality) at Rs 80-85 per kg, 20s recycled PC coloured (high quality) at Rs 115-120 per kg and 20s recycled PC coloured (low quality) at Rs 100-105 per kg. 30 count recycled yarn was sold at Rs 155-160 per kg. 10s optical yarn was priced at Rs 100-110 per kg in the market. Comber prices were ruling at Rs 120-125 per kg. Recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was at Rs 88-90 per kg. 

North India’s cotton prices dropped by Rs 400-450 per maund of 37.2 kg since Diwali Muhurta trading. Cotton was traded at Rs 6,100-6,200 in Punjab, Rs 6,100-6,200 in Haryana and Rs 6,200-6,250 per maund in upper Rajasthan. The prices were recorded at Rs 61,000-62,000 per candy of 356 kg in lower Rajasthan. 

According to the trade, cotton prices came down due to the season’s trends amid poor demand from the spinning industry. Cotton arrival was still limited as farme are not interested in selling at current prices. Higher prices in the previous season raised their expectations regarding cotton prices. Cotton arrival was around 14,000-15,000 bales in the region.
