PC yarn prices drop in India due to cheap raw material, poor demand।। सस्ते कच्चे माल, खराब मांग के कारण भारत में पीसी यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट

 

मुंबई: 02 नवंबर 2022: भारतीय घरेलू बाजार में पॉलिएस्टर-कॉटन (पीसी) और पॉली स्पून यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट आई। कम मांग और सस्ते कच्चे माल ने मिल मालिकों और स्टॉकिस्टों को अपनी दरों में कटौती करने के लिए मजबूर किया। पॉली स्पून सूती धागे सस्ते पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर के कारण 2-5 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम गिर गया, जबकि लुधियाना में पीसी यार्न  10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम गिर गया। रिलायंस ने पीएसएफ और उसके कच्चे माल की कीमतों में भी कमी की है। व्यापार सूत्रों का कहना है।

 

दीवाली के बाद भी मांग में सुधार नहीं होने के कारण पॉलिएस्टर यार्न और मिश्रित यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट देखी गई। गुजरात में सूरत और अन्य बाजार अभी भी दिवाली के कारण आंशिक रूप से बंद हैं, जिससे बाजार की धारणा भी प्रभावित हो रही है। मानव निर्मित सूत और कपड़ा बाजार अगले हफ्ते ही पूरी तरह से खुलेगा। यार्न की कीमतों में गिरावट का मुख्य कारण सस्ता कच्चा माल रहा। रिलायंस को चीनी बाजार के अनुरूप पीएसएफ और पीटीए की कीमतों में कटौती करनी पड़ी। कमजोर सेंटिमेंट के लिए खराब मांग भी एक अन्य कारक थी।

 

लुधियाना और सूरत में पॉलिएस्टर-सूती यार्न में 10 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की गिरावट आई, जबकि पॉली स्पून यार्न में 2-5 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की गिरावट आई। 30 काउंट पीसी कॉम्बेड यार्न (48/52) 210-220 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) पर बेचा गया। 30 काउंट पीसी कार्डेड यार्न (65/35) की कीमत 185-190 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। 20 काउंट पीसी (पुनर्नवीनीकरण-ओ/ई) पीएसएफ यार्न (40/60) 150-160 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था। 30 काउंट पॉली काता सूत 154-160 रुपये किलो बिका। रिसाइकिल पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (PET बॉटल फाइबर) 84-86 रुपये प्रति किलो था।

 

गुजरात के सूरत में 30 काउंट पॉली स्पून यार्न 141-142 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) और 40 काउंट पॉली स्पून यार्न 155-156 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर कारोबार कर रहा था।

 

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने चालू सप्ताह के लिए शुद्ध टेरेफ्थेलिक एसिड (पीटीए), मोनोएथिलीन ग्लाइकॉल (एमईजी) और एमईएलटी की कीमतों में कमी की। शुक्रवार को, आरआईएल ने कीमतें तय की थीं: पीटीए 81.70 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (-2.20), एमईजी 52.90 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (-1.20) और एमईएलटी 88.25 रुपये (-2.30 रुपये) प्रति किलोग्राम। चालू पखवाड़े के लिए पीएसएफ की कीमत 2 रुपये घटाकर 105 रुपये प्रति किलो की गई।

 

उत्तर भारतीय राज्यों में कपास की कीमतों में तेजी का रुख देखा गया क्योंकि अंतरराष्ट्रीय और घरेलू कपास वायदा कीमतों में तेजी आई। यूक्रेन को अपने शिपमेंट के लिए एक सुरक्षित गलियारा प्रदान करने के समझौते में भागीदारी को निलंबित करने के रूस के कदम के बाद आईसीई कपास अनाज के साथ बढ़ी।

 

घरेलू मांग में अभी तेजी नहीं आई है। लेकिन कपास वायदा कीमतों के संकेतों से कीमतों में सुधार हुआ। कपास की आवक उत्तर भारतीय क्षेत्र में 170 किलोग्राम के 14,000-15,000 गांठ पर दर्ज की गई थी। कपास की कीमतों में 100-150 रुपये प्रति मन 37.2 किलोग्राम की वृद्धि हुई। प्राकृतिक फाइबर का कारोबार पंजाब और हरियाणा में 6,250-6,300 रुपये और ऊपरी राजस्थान में 6,450-6,500 रुपये प्रति मन पर हुआ। निचले राजस्थान में कपास 61,000-62,000 रुपये प्रति कैंडी 356 किलो बिका।

PC yarn prices drop in India due to cheap raw materials, poor demand

Mumbai: 02 Nov 2022:  The prices of polyester-cotton (PC) and poly spun yarn declined in the Indian domestic market.  Low demand and cheap raw material forced millers and stockists to cut their rates. Poly spun cotton yarn fell by Rs 2-5 per kg due to cheap polyester fibre, while PC yarn came down to Rs 10 in Ludhiana. Reliance has also decreased prices of PSF and its raw materials. Trade sources say.

 

Polyester yarn and blended yarn prices witnessed a downward trend as the demand did not improve even after Diwali.  Surat and the other markets in Gujarat are still partially closed on account of Diwali, which is also dampening market sentiments. Man-made yarn and textile market will completely open only next week. Cheap raw material was the main reason for the decrease in the prices of yarn. Reliance had to cut prices of PSF and PTA in line with the Chinese market. Poor demand was also another factor for weaker sentiments.

 

Polyester-cotton yarn declined by Rs 10 per kg, while poly spun yarn came down by Rs 2-5 per kg in Ludhiana and Surat. 30 count PC combed yarn (48/52) was sold at Rs 210-220 per kg (GST inclusive). 30 count PC carded yarn (65/35) was priced at Rs 185-190 per kg. 20 count PC (recycled-O/E) PSF yarn (40/60) was traded at Rs 150-160 per kg. 30 count poly spun yarn was sold at Rs 154-160 per kg. Recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was at Rs 84-86 per kg.

 

In Surat, Gujarat, 30 count poly spun yarn was traded at Rs 141-142 per kg (GST extra) and 40 count poly spun yarn at Rs 155-156 per kg.

 

Reliance Industries Limited decreased the prices of purified terephthalic acid (PTA), monoethylene glycol (MEG) and MELT for the current week. On Friday, RIL had fixed prices as: PTA at Rs 81.70 per kg (-2.20), MEG at Rs 52.90 per kg (-1.20) and MELT at Rs 88.25 (Rs-2.30) per kg. PSF price was cut by Rs 2 to Rs 105 per kg for the current fortnight.

 

North Indian states witnessed an upward trend in cotton prices as international and domestic cotton futures bounced back. ICE cotton surged with grains after Russia’s move to suspend participation in the agreement to provide a safe corridor to Ukraine for its shipments.

 

Domestic demand has not picked up yet. But prices improved from the cues of cotton futures. Cotton arrival was noted at 14,000-15,000 bales of 170 kg in the north Indian region. Cotton prices increased by Rs 100-150 per maund of 37.2 kg. The natural fibre was traded at Rs 6,250-6,300 in Punjab and Haryana and Rs 6,450-6,500 per maund in upper Rajasthan. Cotton was sold at Rs 61,000-62,000 per candy of 356 kg in lower Rajasthan.
