नई दिल्ली: 2023/04/06: कच्चे माल की बढ़ती लागत और पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर और अन्य उत्पादों पर गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेश (क्यूसीओ) के कार्यान्वयन के कारण पिछले पखवाड़े में भारत के पॉलिएस्टर स्पन यार्न की कीमतों में 2-3 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की वृद्धि हुई है। व्यापार सूत्रों ने सुझाव दिया कि इस महीने आयातित आपूर्ति प्रभावित हो सकती है। कई आपूर्तिकर्ताओं ने अभी तक बीआईएस प्रमाणीकरण प्राप्त नहीं किया है। पॉलिएस्टर-कॉटन यार्न की कीमतें स्थिर रहीं।

 

गुजरात के सूरत बाजार में, पॉली स्पन यार्न की कीमतों में वृद्धि हुई, 30 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न 2-3 रुपये बढ़कर 142-143 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी अतिरिक्त) और 40 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न 157-158 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम तक पहुंच गया।

 

क्यूसीओ लागू होने के कारण पिछले महीने आयात की खेप नहीं भेजी गई थी। इस महीने आपूर्ति बाधित हो सकती है, जिससे बाजार की धारणा को समर्थन मिल रहा है।

 

कमजोर मांग के बावजूद आपूर्ति की चिंता के बीच लुधियाना में पॉलिएस्टर कताई धागे की कीमतों में भी 2-3 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की वृद्धि हुई। पॉली स्पन यार्न की कीमतों में वृद्धि हुई। कच्चे माल की कीमतों में वृद्धि का रुझान देखा गया। रमजान के बाद डाउनस्ट्रीम उद्योग से खपत बढ़ेगी। क्यूसीओ के कार्यान्वयन से पॉली स्पन यार्न की कीमतों में भी वृद्धि हुई।

 

लुधियाना में, 30 काउंट पॉली स्पन यार्न की कीमत 153-162 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) थी; 30 काउंट पीसी कॉम्बेड यार्न (48/52) 217-230 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (जीएसटी सहित) पर स्थिर था; 30 काउंट पीसी कार्डेड यार्न (65/35) 202-212 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर स्थिर था, और पुनर्नवीनीकरण पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर (पीईटी बोतल फाइबर) 75-78 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर नोट किया गया था।

 

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (आरआईएल) ने चालू सप्ताह के लिए शुद्ध टेरेफथलिक एसिड (पीटीए) और एमईएलटी की कीमतों में वृद्धि की, जबकि मोनोइथाइलीन ग्लाइकॉल (एमईजी) की कीमतों में कमी आई। आरआईएल ने पीटीए के रूप में 87.20 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (2.30 रुपये की वृद्धि), एमईजी 53.20 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (3.30 रुपये की कमी), और एमईएलटी 93.08 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम (0.86 रुपये की वृद्धि) के रूप में निर्धारित किया। कंपनी ने इस पखवाड़े के लिए पॉलिएस्टर स्टेपल फाइबर (पीएसएफ) की कीमत दो रुपये बढ़ाकर 108 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम कर दी।

 

उत्तर भारतीय कपास की कीमतों में गिरावट आई क्योंकि आईसीई कपास में गिरावट का रुख दिखा। कपास बुधवार को 37.2 किलोग्राम प्रति मन 40-50 रुपये गिरकर बंद हुआ। व्यापार सूत्रों ने संकेत दिया कि बाजार वैश्विक कपास के रुझान से प्रभावित था। कातने वालों की ओर से कपास की मांग लगातार बनी रही। स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं होने के कारण उन्हें लगातार कपास की खरीदारी करनी पड़ी। उत्तर भारत में कपास की आवक 170 किलोग्राम की 8,000 गांठ तक पहुंच गई। कपास का कारोबार पंजाब में 6,125-6,250 रुपये प्रति मन, हरियाणा में 6,125-6,230 रुपये प्रति मन, और ऊपरी राजस्थान में 6,370-6,470 रुपये प्रति मन और निचले राजस्थान में 59,000-61,000 रुपये प्रति कैंडी 356 किलोग्राम पर कारोबार हुआ।

Polyester spun yarn prices up in India as raw material costs rise

 

New Delhi: 2023/04/06:  India's polyester spun yarn prices increased by Rs 2-3 per kg in the last fortnight due to rising raw material costs and the implementation of the Quality Control Order (QCO) on polyester fibre and other products. Trade sources suggested that imported supplies may be affected this month as many suppliers have yet to obtain BIS certification. Polyester-cotton yarn prices remained stable.

 

In the Surat market of Gujarat, poly spun yarn prices increased, with 30 count poly spun yarn rising Rs 2-3 to Rs 142-143 per kg (GST extra) and 40 count poly spun yarn reaching Rs 157-158 per kg.

 

Import consignments were not dispatched last month because of implementation of QCO. There might be supply disruptions this month, supporting market sentiments.

 

Polyester spun yarn prices in Ludhiana also increased by Rs 2-3 per kg, with concerns about supply supporting market sentiments despite weak demand. Poly spun yarn prices increased as raw material prices witnessed an upward trend. After Ramazan, consumption will pick up from the downstream industry. Implementation of QCO also led to a rise in poly spun yarn prices.

 

In Ludhiana, 30 count poly spun yarn was priced at Rs 153-162 per kg (GST inclusive); 30 count PC combed yarn (48/52) was steady at Rs 217-230 per kg (GST inclusive); 30 count PC carded yarn (65/35) was stable at Rs 202-212 per kg, and recycled polyester fibre (PET bottle fibre) was noted at Rs 75-78 per kg.

 

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) increased prices for purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and MELT for the current week, while monoethylene glycol (MEG) prices decreased. RIL set prices as PTA at Rs 87.20 per kg (increase of Rs 2.30), MEG at Rs 53.20 per kg (decrease Rs 3.30), and MELT at Rs 93.08 per kg (increase Rs 0.86). The company raised the price of polyester staple fibre (PSF) by Rs 2 to Rs 108 per kg for this fortnight.

 

North Indian cotton prices weakened as ICE cotton displayed a downward trend. Cotton traded Rs 40-50 lower per maund of 37.2 kg on Wednesday. Trade sources indicated that the market was influenced by global cotton trends. Cotton demand from spinners remained consistent as they had to continuously purchase cotton due to not having large stocks. Cotton arrivals in North India reached 8,000 bales of 170 kg. Cotton was traded at Rs 6,125-6,250 per maund in Punjab, Rs 6,125-6,230 per maund in Haryana, and Rs 6,370-6,470 per maund in upper Rajasthan, and at Rs 59,000-61,000 per candy of 356 kg in lower Rajasthan.
