नई दिल्ली: 13 दिसंबर 2022: विभिन्न औद्योगिक पार्कों और एस्टेट में 1 लाख हेक्टेयर भूमि अब नेशनल सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम (NSWS) पर उपलब्ध है। यह पोर्टल भारत में औद्योगिक भूमि खरीदने के लिए वन-स्टॉप शॉप बनने की राह पर गामजन है। केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने हाल ही में नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एनएसडब्ल्यूएस की समीक्षा बैठक के बाद एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा।

 

गोयल ने उल्लेख किया कि राष्ट्रीय भूमि बैंक को भी एनएसडब्ल्यूएस में एकीकृत किया गया है। वाणिज्य और उद्योग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा, "बैठक में, एक बार प्रविष्टि के माध्यम से डेटा संग्रह के एकीकरण पर विभिन्न हितधारकों से कई नए विचार सामने आए, विशेष रूप से कपड़ा संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण  जानकारी।"

 

बैठक में 32 केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभागों, 36 राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों और उद्योग संघों (सीआईआई, फिक्की, एसोचैम और पीएचडीसीसीआई) की भागीदारी देखी गई।

 

 

सिंगल बिजनेस यूजर आईडी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मंत्रालयों और राज्यों के बीच डेटा के एपीआई एकीकरण के लिए पैन नंबर को एक विशिष्ट पहचानकर्ता के रूप में उपयोग किए जाने की संभावना है। गोयल ने कहा कि एनएसडब्ल्यूएस डेटा दोहराव को कम करने और ऑटो-जनसंख्या मॉड्यूल का उपयोग करके विभिन्न रूपों में समान डेटा भरने में भी मदद करता है।

 

मंत्री ने बताया कि एनएसडब्ल्यूएस को लगभग 76,000 आवेदन/अनुरोध प्राप्त हुए थे। लगभग 48,000 अनुमोदन एनएसडब्ल्यूएस के माध्यम से दिए गए थे। उन्होंने कहा कि एनएसडब्ल्यूएस में तकनीकी गड़बड़ियां 514 जितनी कम थीं, जिसका अर्थ है कि पोर्टल ने 99 प्रतिशत से अधिक दक्षता दिखाई।

 

गोयल ने खुलासा किया कि 27 केंद्रीय विभागों और 19 राज्यों को एनएसडब्ल्यूएस में शामिल किया गया है। लाइसेंस के नवीनीकरण को भी एनएसडब्ल्यूएस के तहत लाया जाएगा। इसकी शुरुआत वाणिज्य और उद्योग, उपभोक्ता मामलों, खाद्य, सार्वजनिक वितरण और वस्त्र मंत्रालय के पांच मंत्रालयों से होगी।

NSWS to become one-stop shop for buying industrial land in India

New Delhi:13 Dec 2022: With 1 lakh hectares of land in different industrial parks and estates now available on the National Single Window System (NSWS).  The portal is on its way to become a one-stop shop for buying industrial land in India.  The Union minister, Piyush Goyal said at a press conference after a review meeting on the NSWS held in New Delhi recently.

 

Goyal mentioned that the National Land Bank has also been integrated into the NSWS. “At the meeting, several new ideas emerged from various stakeholders, especially on the integration of data collection through a single time entry of critical information,” said Piyush Goyal, Union minister of commerce and industry, consumer affairs, food and public distribution, and textiles.

 

The meeting witnessed participation from 32 central ministries/ departments, 36 states/ UTs, and industry associations (CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, and PHDCCI). 

 

The PAN number is likely to be used as a unique identifier for API integration of data between ministries and states for ensuring single business user ID. NSWS also helps in reducing data duplication and filling same data in various forms using the auto-population module, Goyal added.

 

The minister pointed out that the NSWS had received nearly 76,000 applications/requests and about 48,000 approvals had been granted through the NSWS. He noted that technical glitches in the NSWS were as low as 514, meaning that the portal showed over 99 per cent efficiency.

 

Goyal revealed that 27 central departments and 19 states have been onboarded on the NSWS and that the renewal of licences would also be brought under the NSWS starting with the five ministries of commerce and industry, consumer affairs, food, public distribution, and textiles.
